Wow that last bus was an amazing bumper BFP filled bus where we were all crying and screaming for joy as lots of our lovely passengers got their BFPs…🙌🏻we are having an ADVENT CALENDAR of a BFP each day! 🥰❤️

There’s still some ppl lingering on this bus so that’s it, I’m calling time, all the rest of you are due off this bus with your 2 lines please 🤞🏻

This is the bus where we’ve got lots of things going on, bumps, rainbows 🌈, ivf, and now lots more miracle BFPs before ivf! Maybe we should issue passengers with an ivf referral on your way in too to help spur those eggs & sperm into action!

Whether you are TTC “normally”, IUI/ivf or anything we are a crew that cling together to the bitter end & always ready to help a sister out. We’ve had multiples, some losses so know two lines can be just as terrifying as none, and we’ve got ladies where those two lines are more illusive than a white Christmas 🎅🏻

It costs an embarrassing story for your ticket, doesn’t have to be TTC related as we know laughing when TTC is needed.

@MrsBiddy you're definitely not on your own don't worry, I've been around here so long and so many woman found the same with their partners! Like others have said, try and DTD leading up to and don't tell OH too much about when you're ovulating so he doesn't feel the pressure!

Dtd last night 😬 he delivered the goods! Once is better than none 😆 was hoping to dtd more before but we both have been tired and busy with work.

Don't think I'll be getting two pink lines this Christmas but hey least I can drink all the alcohol 🤣🍾🥂🍹🍸

Thank you all, I did sleep in the morning in the end, @Minster2012 Xmas was our extended deadline, I am just very weary of the time passing, do I want to be pregnant at 45? don’t know, I need to read about it

@MrsBiddy I'm in the same boat as you this month. It's so frustrating isn't it? I am the same age as you and also have PCOS so I understand the frustration of feeling that you're running out of time and the frustration of irregular cycles etc.

My DH was so stressed with the house reno that he just couldn't get into the headspace at all this cycle and I found it very frustrating but it also just can't be helped. We DTD twice, once on CD 18 and the other one several days later so probably pointless. I have no idea when/if I ovulated this month. Last month my cycle was 22 days, now I'm on day 30 so how on earth am I supposed to time sex?! And OPKs are apparently pointless for PCOS people so I don't even bother.

We can try to renew efforts in the new year and hopefully our time will come. Glad you got a session in last night! Woop!

@Somatronic that's really frustrating but we found it difficult to motivate ourselves if we've got stressful stuff ongoing. Are you still in a hotel?

If you read about it @Franklydear then it might worry you more, I think it's more important to think what difference is 45 to 44 but yes a deadline is understandable. Has to be one you are both comfortable with. Did you get your second blood results back?

I've been trying to chill and also write Xmas cards to make me feel like I'm being productive, actually ones to extended family to tell them too so proper writing...my brain aches & on one I actually spelt my name wrong...send help!! 🤪

Is CM an indicator for fertility and PCOS @Somatronic? I always found that less stressful than OPKs. Hard when there's loads of other stuff going on but it only needs one swimmer to make it.

@Minster2012 no hopefully we won't have to stay in hotels this week. I think the house will be in better shape now. I'm in my parents' house at the moment watching my parents' marriage crumble before my very eyes 😅

@larrythelizard I think CM is a good indicator but I almost never get EWCM so no good to me.

Fair play on the Christmas cards women. I have to send thank you cards for my wedding yet and I've been married for fecking ages. It's so embarrassing. I fell out with a lot of my family after the wedding so I've been putting it off. I meant to do it yesterday so instead I decorated and cleaned the parents' house and baked mince pies, gingerbread biscuits and an apple crumble. I just can't bring myself to write them!

I can understand, my cycles are long 😩 im currently on day 33 lol my OvuSense said ovulation day was yesterday 🙂 hopefully last nights tumble caught the egg 🍳

My cycles vary every month between 39-44 😑 I'm hoping that when I lose weight it will go down 🤞🏻🤞🏻

@Minster2012 @larrythelizard it’s a rabbit hole, so not 42, 43 would be so bad? Well, not 43, is 44 so different, we are now probably looking at 45.... how far down the hole we go? I think I’ll let this af come, or not, and have the conversation in the new year, but this cannot turn into 49 has been done before, right?
No blood result yet, I’ll chase it up soon

@Somatronic ahhhhh just don't do the cards, or put happy Xmas on the thank yous so at least it's 2 for 1! And oh god on the marriage crumbling, no wonder it doesn't put either of you in the mood for DTD

@Somatronic it's hard when you've got other stuff going on. There's been a couple of cycles where we've just DTD when neither of us really wanted to. It's no fun.

@Minster2012 I don't do cards, presents for a few is stressful enough 😆 hats off to you. Did you get the tree decorated?

@bez91 it now has lights on as I found a willing 6"5 odd helper. 2 trees, But no decorations. It's a start. And we have hung curtains. Scuse the mess it's a work in progress

I met up with a friend who is also having ttc issues. It was so good to talk to someone about it. She’s also a GP, I try really hard. Not to use her for endless health advice but she was really helpful this time and helped me come up with a plan.

I’m going to finish off getting my nhs tests and get referred to fertility and if it turns out that is going to take ages then go private. At the moment I am just in the market for a clomid prescription but they’re really making me jump through hoops.

@bez91 I also never do Christmas cards.

@bez91 in my house, it's Xmas cards return to those who would be offended if we didn't, in primary they did all class cards which was sweet, doesn't seem to be the case in secondary, I am confused, I'll put the tree up eventually, we go lavish on that but don't decorate the rest of the house at all, at ds request, but we'll go around to look at other people's houses, we use to go to see Santa in Legoland every year before flying home, but again not for the last couple, this year I can't get the Xmas feeling, need to get a move on with that

Ok peeps, I am going to take a break, focus on Xmas and see what happens , now I always say this and just read and then I feel compelled to answer and here I am, so I won’t read for a while, and properly break, I need to think what I want to do, so for now toodles

So we had a cleaner from when we had Alice who came every month and did a whole house clean, did a great job for £35. But he's messed me about twice now and changed days / times without telling me so I've cancelled him.. Feeling guilty as hell but I need to know where I am with Alice and keep to plans! So now the hunt for a new cleaner commences...

Hope everyone's doing OK, DH finishes school at 3pm every day this week which is a miracle so getting some more family time before he finishes on Friday 😁

@mrsbiddy I hope your TWW goes fast for you, it only takes one time 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 as a fellow PCOS warrior, the long cycles are the biggest pains ever! My friend has also PCOS n she lost a stone and it made her cycles more regular like 30/40 days than 70/80

@Kirky658 that's really frustrating on the cleaner but you definitely need to know days times etc or how can you do your stuff? And also lovely on the more family time, I fear we are going to not get much as DH has employees off which means it all falls on him

Oh and @kaylsd yes it smells very Pune like which is lovely I've not had a real tree before
