I'm 7dpo with the best chart I have ever had, a good amount of sex at the right time, and boob pain to end all boob pain. Test day (14 dpo) will be my husband's birthday. I keep daydreaming about BFPs and then stopping myself as I know I'll get AF before then and be upset.

But I'm already trying to plan ahead. I've signed up for a 30 day yoga challenge in Jan and my friend and I are going to do dry January. I'm hoping my ivf can start late Jan/feb depending on cycles so fingers crossed it will be a dry year! 

@WhirlingD hopefully AF doesn’t arrive! And you are preggo and you can still do dry Jan and the yoga challenge anyway! It’s nice to have a plan of action though! Xx

Yes my chart is off the scale with progesterone! Fingers crossed we have made a baby this cycle 😂 only 2DPO so I’m a long way off yet so not getting my hopes up just yet going for a day 21 progesterone test on 31st Dec.

@Farley21 any updates? I have my fingers crossed for you that it's nothing 🤞

@WhirlingD oh download the app try dry for dry Jan, i found it so motivating! Which yoga challenge will you do? I might join you as I've been completely sedentary since I got ill last two weeks of nov.

Was a super Swede yesterday and went to IKEA 😂. 7 weeks today and no symptoms still other than sore boobs 🤷

I'm doing the yoga with Adrienne 30 day one. It's free and I really like her.

@Juno231 I took another hcg strip this morning and it seems to be even darker again!
Bleeding is so weird. There's nothing at all on pad when I got up this morning but a bit of brown when I wipe.
I was awake all night so still lying in bed hoping a lot doesn't come out when I get up properly.
The hcg strips is a good thing surely?
I'll ring early pregnancy unit on Wednesday when they open. It's an awful time..

@Farley21 fingers crossed for you - early pregnancy bleeding can happen without meaning anything is wrong

Im coming up for a 70 odd days on this cycle, with no temp rise, and just feeling so flat today. Like, I never ovulate, so whats the f-ing point? I cannot believe the nhs system makes you wait this long for help when actually we have had essentially no chances (and thats with me speeding it up by paying for private assessment). Since March 2020 I appear to have ovulated about 4 times, total.

Hi everyone! I’m so happy to find this thread. I have not been able to read all of the posts but will try to keep up from now on.

I am 31 & came off the mini-pill on November 1st. I had been on it for 10 years with no bleeding at all. My husband is also 31 & we have been together for 8 years. We are only now open to the possibility of having our first child, as we feel we are financially secure enough & in a good place at work (I’m a teacher).

After taking my last pill on Halloween, I had withdrawal bleed on November 8. I then tried OPKs as I had no idea if/when I ovulate. I seem to have ovulated on November 26. I then had my first proper AF on December 8th.

I ran out of OPKs and then sort of estimated I’d be ovulating around 19-24 December so we just had sex 3 times between those dates & I’m hoping for the best In all honesty I am finding everything a bit overwhelming. I have learned I actually know very little about the human body, conception and pregnancy. I don’t really understand many of the abbreviations & the timings of it all. I am hoping being part of this thread will help educate me

@Farley21 keeping everything crossed your bleeding isn't anything to worry about, early pregnancy really isn't much fun.

@Juno231 Sweden looks lovely, but cold 🥶 my sickness didn't really kick in until just about after 8 weeks but I do hope you don't get struck down with it.

@TheDaydreamBelievers it must be so frustrating for you, the NHS is amazing but the fertility side of it can be really rubbish.

Not much going on here, still vomit ville but it does seem to start settling. I've got 3 appointments at the hospital between now and the 6th Jan. I'm glad they're keeping an eye on things but omg its such a pain going to the hospital this frequently.

@whirlingD @Gracie2021 😂 we managed to sneak in a super silent Christmas night bonk 😂

I assumed ovulation day was 25th Dec as my fertile fluids dried up that day and the day before I had a lot of ovary pain. But I haven't been able to temp the last few days...

...well, until this morning when I slept through my temping alarm and woke up at 09:30 (I normally tp at 6am) and I took my temp it was only 36.4, so now I'm a little worried I haven't ovulated at all 🤷‍♀️ chart (with adjusted, and discarded temp) for fun.

@juno231 congrats on the 7 weeks! Also I love the super Swedish photos 🤩

@thedaydreambelievers there must be something they can do? I'm really surprised you haven't been offered something to kick start your period then some Clomid to heavily assist your ovulation!!

@Farley21 hope you’re holding up ok. My sister had 2 actual short periods when pregnant with her 2nd one, scared the hell out of her. My niece is a very healthy one year old now, so just know it really can be ok. Glad to see the hcg going up for you, hope it’s just a little body adjustment and back to a healthy/non scary pregnancy soon x

@Kay00 not until we get into the fertility/assisted conception clinic. My healthboard wont offer any intervention at gp level. Currently we have been told initial appt will be end of jan or start of feb

@thedaydreambelievers ok, that's not too much longer to wait, although it must feel like a lifetime away!

I had another high temp today (after my first decent nights sleep in days) so I'm pretty confident I ovulated, and most likely on Christmas day 🤶🎅🌲

@TheDaydreamBelievers I'm so sorry, it's so crap being left in limbo. I've ovulated 5 times in the last 14 months, it's so frustrating and disheartening.

Is anybody else feeling bored, fat and fed up? All I seem to have done these last few days is eat and slob about. I need a rocket up my backside 🚀

@Kay00 we are ovulation buddies my ovusense thinks I ovulated on Xmas day so we are both 4DPO today. I’ve got a progesterone blood test on Friday afternoon to make sure it’s confirmed :)

@MissC07 yes!!!!! Bored fat and fed up sums it up. Tbh this whole process has me hating my body too, aside from the "why won't it work", I've now comfort to the point I can barely look at myself. Have a new pup and hoping the walks etc will help get the weight off again.

Happy new year to you too @TheDaydreamBelievers. I can feel AF coming on so I'm having an extra glass of champagne and trying to stay positive and hoping that next year will be my year baby-wise. This time last year I was full of hope. It's hard not to reflect on the past year without a twinge of sadness.

Happy New Year all. 7DPO here today chart is the best I have had so far but going to wait it out until atleast 4th Jan as I think that’s when my period is more than likely to show

I did have a glass of Prosecco and some lambrini last night and 1 shot of Jäegermeister but I doubt that has effected my chart too much.

@Moocher90 yay! looking really promising! can I ask which app you’re using in that picture please? I’m also a bit confused as AF is due around 4th of January for me too but I thought I ovulated a few days earlier than when you did on December 25th so I think I’ve definitely got my dates mixed up this month

@BlueSky57 this is ovusense which is an internal monitor you wear in your vagina over night whilst sleeping and then download. I also do FF and take my temp orally in the morning at 6am

@moocher90 thats am excellent looking chart!!

Mine at 7dpo isn't giving me quite as high temps as I would usually get. I wonder if I should experiment by using a little extra Clomid next month to give me a stronger ovulation 🤔 it's a bit naughty, but I'm beyond caring!

I also had half a pint of a super rare Devonshire Perry and a glass of prosecco last night, and it hasn't affected my temperature much.

My period is due around the 8th, but if my last few Clomid cycles are anything to go by then it could be as late as the 11th 😳 so I need to bare that in mind before I get my hopes up!

@Juno231 how many dpo where you when you tested?

I’m 8DPO today going to hold off a few more days and see what my temps do. felt abit crampy yesterday and today so I’m not holding out much hope this cycle. My breasts are the only thing that are hurting at the sides, feeling heavy and nipples abit sore too which in presuming is the progesterone.

@Moocher90 my previous BFP (that ended in MMC) was negative at 9dpo but positive by 10dpo
