Morning everyone. My period arrived bang on cue today. So I guess I've got about 10 days or so and then I'll be trying again! X

Hi @Aims1991 I'm just about getting by thanks, after my work deadline in 10 days, I can get back to focusing on TTC! I have little idea where I even am in my cycle at the moment although I think I'm about 6 days away from AF showing up. This month has been a write off but I'm feeling ok about it as everyone has the odd month like this I think.

How are you doing?

@MrsRosaline aww it's always disappointing when AF shows up but there is also that feeling of a new start and cycle to try in, hope you are doing ok x

@StillJustWaiting did you do any more tests after your negative frer?! you're so strong!! Keeping everything crossed for you!

@MrsRosaline you defo seem to be on the right track now hun! My AF should be here on 3-4 days so I will defo be joining your cycle in a few days! I really want an august birth baby and conceiving next month is the goal🤣

@Aims1991 how are your symptoms going?! So excited for you to test!! I won't be testing this month now as I'm 100% sure I'm not pregnant. Just going to wait for AF

Hi guys I'm new here! Month 4 TTC, been using clearblue ovulation tests. Cycle is usually 28 day but the ovulation tests show my peak at day 16 which means ovulation is between day 16 and 18. Does this seem late for 28 day cycle? I'm getting a little worried that late ovulation is why it's not working.

@Chaz5041 welcome hun. I believe a short luteal phase is classed as less than ten days. I've seen afew threads specific to short luteal phases which might be worth a read-various supplements seem to either bring forward or delay ovulation which may be worth looking in to! If you ovulate day 16/17 it would be classed as 'normal' though hun so don't worry x

@hoola23 feel weird this morning, got some cramps. Feel like I'm about to go to the toilet and see AF! Got such a sore head also 🙄

@plantbasedlondoner feel weird this morning, maybe af is almost here🤷🏻‍♀️ on cd25 which I have been know to be early with before.

@hoola23 thanks hun! It's been rearranged for Friday! No the spotting hasn't stopped but I'm feeling a little calmer about it given it's been afew days now and it's consistently brown and it kind of comes and goes so it's not getting heavier x counting down to scan on 14th! X

@newtolineofduty oh really! I'm trying to hold out as long as possible! If AF arrives then this would be the worst symptoms ever🤣

I don't want to get too excited but I have a super super faint line on FRER on an hour and a half hold!!! So faint that I can't even see it on a picture but it is there!! Can anybody else see it at all?! AF was due yesterday....
I hope this is my BFP got another FRER for tomorrow morning 🤞

Is it a myth or should you only use FMU when testing

@StillJustWaiting it's so so so so faint but I think I see something! But if your AF is a day late I think frers should be darker than that. Are you sure your dates are right? Could you have ovulated later? X

@Aims1991 when I got my BFP it was in the evening at 9dpo so I don't think it matters too much.

@newtolineofduty glad you're feeling a bit calmer. I agree, as long as it's brown I think everything is good! Yay!

@CShandy01 how are you feeling hun! Any symptoms yet? I know I'm out this month, already over it! Roll on fertile week. Defo manic baby making this cycle!

@hoola23 i could have quite easily ovulated later, i have irregular cycles last month was 34 day cycle and the month before 37 day cycle.... i have only gone on AF being due yesterday going by my last cycle... but if i went by the month before's cycle AF would be due Friday... I haven't tracked BBT or used Ovulation tests but was going to start next cycle 🤞
Can anybody else see it? It is so so so faint! Xx

@StillJustWaiting oh that's good! I think you just have ovulated later if that's positive as it should be pretty dark after AF is due. I would try if you can and test again on Friday as it doubles every 48 hours and the line should defo be darker! If you do it tomorrow it may not show that much progression. Or just just do it tomo and buy some more for Friday!! Fingers crossed for you! X

@hoola23 In a way though hun I wonder if this month has almost felt like a bit of a 'break' because you didn't properly try and if that's felt helpful?

@Aims1991 I do think it's best to wait to test as long as poss to avoid false negatives butttttt im getting excited for you!!!!! Did you give it a good go this month!? X

@newtolineofduty yeah I've certainly been a lot more chilled until about 6dpo when I swore I felt something happening!! 🤣 really going to give it a good shot this cycle! I really wanted to be pregnant before my 35th but I really don't think I will be. I turn 35 in December 😭😭😭

@newtolineofduty oh god yeah, I took EPO & folic acid. OH took wellmans fertility vitamins. We drank loads of pomegranate juice too and DTD cd 7,9,13,14,15,17 and I got my peak around 13
