Afternoon ladies. Busy day helping OH sister move house. So will squeeze in some DTD later on. My LH has dropped to high from peak. No ovulation pain I don't think but I've been so busy today I might not of noticed.

Hi everyone! How are we all doing today? Think I've caught DD's cold because I feel ROTTEN! 🤢😩 think AF will be due in a week, but hard to tell when I didn't track it. Planning on going out with DH Saturday night without DD, so that'll be interesting 😂

@hoola23 I'd say it's safe to assume you are ovulating as an egg must have been fertilised last cycle! Good luck for the DTD tonight 🤞🏻

@CShandy01 I would have no idea how to check my cervix and I feel a bit squeamish thinking about it 😂 All I can think about is a smear test 😂🤦🏻‍♀️

My period is due CD44 (🤪) I believe. So I would expect some manic baby making to happen middle of November. Feels like soo far away I can't wait to just get back to it now.

@MrsRosaline I'm the same about checking my cervix no idea with it🤣

Has anyone ever had like hip pain during the TTC journey? Since yesterday I've had like a weird sort of tugging/pulling/prickling sensation in the right groin, actually went down my leg and down to my bum. Today I feel like a 90 year old with really uncomfortable tugging in my right groin going into my hip. Literally hobbling upstairs. And it definitely isn't any work out as I've been a lazy cow and haven't done anything since Pilates Thursday. Only exercise has been walking to and from the fridge 😂😂😂

Off to boots with DD today as my face is horrific. My breakout has got worse and I look like a hormonal teenager 😂 except I have grey hair...and 4 stomachs...and bags under my eyes the size of those giant blue IKEA shopping bags of doom 😂 hoping someone can point me in the right direction!

@CShandy01 that sounds awful hun but very positive!!!!!

I'm not complaining but really struggling hun in all honesty! My fatigue is unbelievable! Desperate to take some time off work but my team is under so much pressure I don't feel able! Every day is a total slog and feel sick constantly and nothing helps argh X

I've proper messed this cycle up. We didn't do it yesterday either and I'm not even that bothered to be honest. Lost the drive a bit but will maybe try again next month. Been so exhausted over the last two weeks and I just can't be arsed🤣🤣 at least it means I won't do any symptom spotting this month which I'm SO pleased about!!

@hoola23 even if you managed to DTD I think our bodies can sense when we're not really into it or our minds are preoccupied, so I bet you probably would have had AF show it's face anyway chick. Really good idea to give it a miss and start again next month 🙂👍🏻 that way you'll be more focused and will enjoy it more, and let's face it, we SHOULD be enjoying the whole TTC process (I know it's a pain, but we really should be having fun 🙂🙂🧡🧡) And every month I say I won't symptom spot, but it's so SO hard not to. Although I'm dead proud of myself and I didn't buy a single test when I was in Boots - will deffo just wait for AF to show like last time.

@newtolineofduty so sorry to hear you're struggling at the moment. Are you feeling sick most of the day? Or are there times when it seems to come on more than others? Are you keeping up with any vitamins?

Well got my teenage acne repellent creams that apparently can bleach towels they're that powerful 😂😂 so this'll be fun!

@CShandy01 yeah totally. I got my first peak on cb on Friday and I would assume I ovulated yesterday maybe? But today I have loads of ewcm and cervix is defo open. Haven't really had much ewcm at all this month until today. One of my apps says predicted ovulation day is today. Should I DTD? I never normally bother by this point🤣

Ladies , a little bit of advice please. I only got one day of peak is that normal?
I also not sure what day I could of possibly ovulated🤔
We have managed to DTD cd 7,9,13,14,15 and will get today aswell.

@hoola23 if you can be bothered and want to I say why not? No harm in trying! Just make sure both you and DH get satisfied from it 😂🤣👍🏻

@Aims1991 that sounds perfectly normal to me. I've been known to have less than 12 hours of peak 😩😩

@Aims1991 also 😱😱😱 at the DTD days there!! God you must be shattered! We only did it 3 days over what I assumed was fertile period (Friday - Sunday) and even that was a slog 😂

@CShandy01 12 hours is all I seem to have. I got a smiley face a cb the same day. I feel I've invested so much this month! And about to be hit with a BFN in a few weeks. I'm not buying any tests. But I get AF symptoms about 7-10 days before due so let's see🤷🏻‍♀️😭

@CShandy01 haha was a struggle to manage it but OH realised it was needed to be done. He was shattered some nights too

@Aims1991 honestly chick the best thing I ever did was stop testing early. 1) I saved a small fortune and 2) nothing is quite as bad as that blank white space on a test. Ugh makes me shudder thinking about it.

You need to also tell yourself that you can only do so much. I've genuinely got to the point now where I say "as long as we actually DTD when it counts, that's all I can really do." It sounds like you've done it LOADS, and as long as you've DTD just before you ovulated once, or during ovulation once, then you're always in for a shot 🙂🙂 try not to beat yourself up over it. Honestly I have such a positive feeling for someone in the group this month. Can't quite shake it!

@CShandy01 this is our 10th month of trying. But the first 3/4 months we didn't test or know when I was ovulating. Wasn't until may that we tested and then in august we stopped testing coz OH was getting a bit frustrated with it. But this month we both cut out caffeine and started taking vitamins. And put our all into it

@Aims1991 sounds like you've have a really good plan this month 🙂❤️ I'm keeping my fingers crossed that at least 1 of us will get a BFP! 💖💖

@CShandy01 I can't promise it will be enjoyable but we will try🤣🤣 I thought my last fertile day would have been yesterday but the ewcm is saying otherwise!

@CShandy01 I defo think someone is about to get one 🤞🏼

@hoola23 I have two knew pieces of knowledge now from this TTC journey:

1. you're not out of time DTD if there's still EWCM!
2. no one is out completely until the witch AF shows up.

Both of which STILL do not provide me with any comfort during the TWW 😂 but hey ho!
