How long did it take you?

I’m 25 and hoping to start trying very soon.
I’ve been doing research as I don’t want to get my hopes up if I don’t fall pregnant soon after trying. How long did it take you? 😊

1st - age 24 - 6ish months
2nd - aged 26 - 6 months
3rd - aged 28 - first try

First child, I was 27 and it took about nine months (a bit less if you count from date of first period I got back after 12 years on hormonal contraception - it took me about three months to get my periods back)

Second child, I was 30 and it took me one month. Took my last pill on November 25... by December 22 I had a positive pregnancy test.

3 months, aged 33

18months age 35

1 month off pill at 34 (but sadly ended in miscarriage)

3 months next try aged 35.

First child, 11 months. I was 28.

Second child, literally first try. I was 30.

Third child, four months. I was 32.

9 years of nothing with ex.
1st try sperm donor on my own. Aged 38.

Four months both times at 41 and 43. I think they say don't worry about it until it's been a year.

31 - first try
35 - first try

31 yrs old, 6 months, ended in MC at 11 weeks
Since then a year and no luck

30 - nine months
33 - four months ( MC at 11 weeks)
34 - two months

1st a year (20yo)
2nd 7 months (22yo)

1st - not sure as we weren't really trying
2nd - had sex once and got pregnant

6 weeks aged 28.

1st - accident aged 24, ended in termination

All aged 38:

2nd - first try, ended in mmc
3rd - first try, ended in ectopic
4th - first try, ended in mc

At 28: Pregnancy 1 - 8 months. Had a mmc at 8 weeks.
At 29: pregnancy 2 - 8 months

Both within the normal range of time.

On cycle 1 of ttc number 2 and expecting it to take some time.

I should add that I'm nearly 32 but I feel like 8 months is my thing 😂.

11 years, from age 23 to 34 (in the end we had IVF which worked first time)

I used ovulation sticks and had been tracking my period and egg white mucus for a while.
For child 1 it was the first go!
For child 2 it took 3 months but I hadn't had a period yet from BF DS1 so was harder to know my cycle.

My first was conceived in the middle of a dry spell (whilst at a festival). DTD once and it was the first time without contraception. Just happened to do it during my fertile week which I knew nothing about!

Currently TTC #2 and only on the first month of trying. AF due in 6 days so we shall see!

Oh and I was 27 the first time and I’m 31 now

3 months - 31 years old
7 months - 34 years old

31 - 2nd month of trying (1st month was a little odd because I had just come off the pill and wasn't sure about my cycle)

33 - currently on cycle 4 of trying for no. 2 and I seem to be doing more this time round than first time!

11 cycles - Age 32/33
4 cycles - Age 36/37 (ended in MC)
