It seems AF is coming to get me end of this week (Fri), so instead of feeling sorry for myself I’m trying to look forward to October and getting to try again! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Thanks! No, I had an MVA for a MMC in August so this is the first cycle since I got my period back. We use the SMEP method, all 3 times it's worked first time, we are incredibly fortunate. Just hoping this one stays with us ❤️

CD 7 for me.
After having irregular periods since I started & my last few ones being particularly more painful than usual & my last one coming early, I phoned the doctors.
I'm in on Monday for my smear test & I'm being booked in for bloods & potentially an ultrasound 🙃🙃
Trying not to overthink it all but fully expected the doctor to shoot me down & tell me I've nothing to worry about.

All my apps are saying I'm due to ovulate next week but at this point, I have no clue anymore so think I'll just start testing from Monday & see what happens!

I’m currently dpo 4 I think so just patiently playing the 2ww. I won’t be testing unless I am a week late.
If AF comes again I’m going to try the SMEP as it sounds good but we have been extremely relaxed this month and have DTD for the fun of it! 😂

Jumping on board! This will be month 3 of TTC number 2 and I'm currently CD5. Trying to stay calm and not get sucked into pre-seed/acupuncture/expensive vitamins etc. like I did last time. My game plan this month is to try and speed ovulation up by nursing DS1 less as I found through tracking that I've been ovulating late.

I'm 13dpo but not holding out much hope. My boobs are hurting and my BBT is still up.... but other than that nada.

I don't have any test but just did an OPK and it was almost positive. How can that be?!

@Bridgey8 sounds very promising 👀 I've read that OPKs can have strong lines at the end of a cycle indicating pregnancy but not sure how accurate that is - I'd get a test to be sure

Heya @Bridgey8 ive heard that it can be possible to use a OPK test for early pregnancy not too sure how it works. (Something to do with hormones i think) fingers crossed that AF doesnt show up and you get a BFP in the next few days

Hey @Bridgey8! Everything you’ve listed sounds very very very promising indeed!! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 Keep us posted when you actually test! I’ve heard too that OPKs can show positive if PG! And the BBT is a sure sign if it’s still up! 🍀

@Peauela I'm going to wait till after tomorrow morn. I have my first netball game of the season so would rather not know before as I think I'd be reluctant to play if it was positive! Sounds silly I know!

We’re on cycle 3. Currently CD 12 with ovulation expected CD14/15 so we’ve DTD every other day since CD6. Been doing clear blue ovulation tests but no peak yet!

@Danani I tend to stay relaxed for the first half of the cycle and then the TWW appears and I'm a symptom spotting, POAS addict no matter how hard I try to remain zen!

Hey everyone!

So, I’m trying my hardest to not let this ruin my mood but I feel so annoyed! DH came home from work yesterday with a bad back (the kind where he feels OK if he’s lying still, and everything else hurts!), so we couldn’t DTD. I hope this clears up for him pretty quickly so we can get back on track from tomorrow, but just feeling annoyed that it’s only CD 9 and we’re already NOT following the SMEP plan. Also feeling like a terrible person for being annoyed, I know it’s not his fault and I feel bad he’s in pain, but I had such high hopes for this cycle. 😔

Sorry to hear about DH! I hope he makes a speedy recovery.

I can understand your fears as I always worry that there’s only this short period of time of getting things right before having to wait a whole new cycle to try again.

I’m just waiting for AF to leave so we can crack on, but the days seem to go so slowly when TTC!
