Looks like weāre pretty in sync indeed šš
@Danani regarding taking your temperature, Iām just starting myself but from what Iāve researched, itās apparently more important taking it after youāve had at least 3 hrs of sleep than taking it at the same time each day. So if you wake up for a wee at 5 am and you know you wonāt get much sleep after that, take your temperature before getting out of bed. If itās the weekend and you sleep solidly till 9 am, take it then.
I suppose after a while you get to know your pattern and you know more or less whatās the norm. My issue definitely is insomnia and pretty much every night my sleep is distributed. But between around midnight and 3-4 am I tend to always get a block of sleep.
Iāve told my DH that he needs to be on it with his vitamins and he was like āwhy?āšØ Erm., let me think, maybe because I want to give it our best shot this month?! š Heās so oblivious to this whole TTC because heās already got a DS with his ex, and that was accidental apparently. Heās, therefore, got 100% trust in his āswimmersā and heās confident we can conceive accidentally too. He doesnāt consider the fact that heās older now, and letās be honest we donāt DTD that often to cover my entire fertile window.
But I feel like I canāt give him the full lecture on all Ive been doing to get pregnant cause itāll put him off completely haha He loves being spontaneous and HATES being put under pressure so I need to keep him in the dark, and just send the āI want to DTDā signals at the right time š
Iāll try my hardest not to test so early this cycle, Iāve wasted so many tests and ££ šKnowing that my luteal phase can be 13 days long (thought it was only 11), Iāll only test at 13 DPO and later this time š¤
