Afternoon ladies. I've been reading your posts but not really joined in as I know absolutely nothing about temping, sorry, and didn't have anything useful to add.
There have been soooo many post here in the last 14 ish hours that we're going to need a new thread soon.
I'm saddened to hear this cycle for some of you is 6+. I can only imagine how frustrating it is to just want a child and not be getting that BFP. I used to be on a thread here 3 years ago where some ladies were getting their BFPs after many many months of trying. They went on to have healthy babies and there's a whole tribe of them now! I stayed in touch with some of them and one even gave birth to her second child a week ago.
On a personal note, this is my first cycle for my 5th child. Please let me explain.
In 2018 I fell pregnant with twins, a boy and a girl. Sadly we lost them both at 19+4w in January 2019 due to placental abruption.
Later in 2019 I fell pregnant, again with twins and again a boy and a girl. I went into labour at 22+4w and our daughter was delivered the next day. Our son was born three days later but sadly he was only with us for four days. He did not survive the early neonatal period. Our daughter did survive and next month she will be two. She had a lot of complications, all of which she overcame, and despite delayed development she's as healthy as most other nearly 2 year old children. We would like her to have a surviving brother or sister, hence our TTC journey continues.
So, although I long for that BFP, for me I won't relax until I have a healthy baby in my arms. I'm 39 so time is ticking for us.
