2WW September 2021 Edition

Good afternoon ladies,

I hope you are all well.

Would any of you like to jump on this 2WW train with me?

Time is going by so slowly but hopefully we'll be able to keep each other sane!

Just a little but about myself.

Hubby and I lost our first baby at 19+4 due to my incompetent cervix. We were absolutely devastated and we still are to be honest. We have decided to start trying again partly because we really do want to start a family but also because we know that women are more fertile after miscarriage/baby loss and we want to make the most of this window. I have PCOS and my cycles are typically long and unpredictable. It was a bit of a miracle I managed to get pregnant so quickly the first time.

I definitely ovulated last week, I had the cramps, EWCM and everything. The only issue is i have no idea which day I actually ovulated. The last day of my fertile was Monday this week. Hubby and I did quite a bit of baby dancing last week including Sunday so I'm literally praying for good news at the end of this 2ww.

I'm just going to act as though I ovulated on Monday so I should be at least 2dpo now.

Praying this thread turns into one of those lucky ones where we all get good news xx

Thanks for having your fingers crossed but I there was nothing there this morning…. Yesterday’s must’ve been a faulty one … this month the odds are against me really as we only DTD once in the fertile window and I missed my surge this cycle.

I’ll test again if my AF is late, and report back

@Mummytobe93 - 7dpo is still early. I'd maybe test again in another couple of days, give hcg a chance to develop! Got my fingers crossed for you! 🤞 keep us updated 🙂

I tested 10 dpo and there was absolutely nothing, there's definitely still time!

I'm out this month (again). AF arrived with a vengeance this morning ☹️

Just thought I’d let you know I got my BFP! Can’t quite believe it.

The positive OPK must have been when I actually ovulated as opposed to the first positive I got earlier in the month….so CD29!!

Had implantation bleeding Sunday night at 6dpo, then positive test on digital 1-2 weeks today at 9DPO 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Hi Ladies - well I'm back again for my next two week wait! Think this is month 12 now of TTC. According to positive OPK I should be around 7DPO today.

Anyone else in their 2WW?

I’ve got to the 5 week mark as of today and lines still glaringly strong on the tests so hopefully all is well so far 🤞🏻 Got a horrible cold at the moment which is making me feel run down, also my boobs are enormous and can hardly put them in my bra it’s so sore lol. So taking this as a good sign!

@DaisyAmelie aw congratulations! Fingers crossed for you and hope the horrible cold goes away soon.

I'm now 8DPO but haven't tested yet. I've been feeling a little off since yesterday morning - weird heavy feeling in my uterus, very tired and slightly nauseous. But that definitely could be PMS, and I've been super busy recently so probably just a bit run down. Got my first fertility appointment next Tuesday though so feeling quite positive that we're finally getting the ball rolling.

Any positive yet? Am also trying for n2 and am 36

@Jujules20 sorry to but in I’m 34 almost 35 trying for number currently 13dpo and negative result yesterday just wondering what your outcome was? X

No bfp yet but tbh ive not being actively trying. DH say from January on wards as we are moving across Europe and the prep is quite intense.

My mum had my oil sister at 40 so 35 is plenty of time

@Jujules20 @Lua2020 I'm back on the 2ww train again this month  Think this is maybe cycle 12 of TTC, but I'm starting to lose count! About to go on holiday for a week but both DH and I are booked in for our initial fertility tests when we return. Currently on 5DPO I think, so not planning on testing for at least another 4-5 days yet.

@Jujules20 I know it's a silly autocorrect, but oil sister had me in stitches :D

@MaltyJones92 aww the holiday will be good for you two am sure. Really enjoy it as we all need a break
12 is a a long time. My hear sincerely goes out to you two. I maybe wrong but '92 means you're still in late 20ies so there's is loads of hope
