Hi girls, getting a bit paranoid that the old thread will fill up and we'll lose each other so here's the next for when it's done :)

@Justanothercyster That is exactly how I'm feeling! never sick just constant feeling sick and it's getting me down already 😩 just affecting so much and feel like a crap mum to my other children as I can't do anything 🤦 can't stick this for another 5 weeks might have to contact doctors see if there's anything I can take xx

@xoJellyBean if it helps I wouldn’t ovulate until around middle of month roughly a 37 day cycle, looks like it’s on its way from tests probz in next few days.
I’m doing good thanks, 6 weeks tomorrow so bloated and queasy when hungry but also when eat, mornings and evenings are the worst. Xx

Does anyone know what's happening biologically with long cycles? I have an almost 4 week long follicular phase. So is it taking longer for everything to happen, or is my reproductive system just chillin for 2 weeks before it starts doing something?

And is there anything you can take to shorten the follicular phase?

I'm fed up of waiting so long every cycle to ovulate again!

@letsgotrilobite I'd love to know this too. My OPKs are still negative and I'm on cd24, I think this is the latest for me in about a year. Feeling fed up also 🥲

@letsgotrilobite have you had any tests done? For me, it would take ages to ovulate only because of hormonal issues due to pcos.

@xoJellyBean that is weird 😩 did u start testing early enough incase u missed it? Wonder why u ovulated early last month then. Bet your so frustrated! Hang in there Iv got 🤞🤞 for you!! Ttc is challenging! Have u done anything different this month?
I'm just in a huge mess ATM. Nearly 7 weeks and IV been bleeding on and off like a dark brown. Had some sharp pains aswell. Rang out of hours at weekend and they said they can't do anything. Basically a threatened miscarriage they will contact my gp today. So still haven't heard anything from my gp yet so I'm stuck in limbo land. Hopefully they contact me soon and refer me for an early scan or something. I don't have an epu or anything near me so have to go through them xx

@xoJellybean I am, been on the "talkative one" for about 2 years now haha, they're a funny bunch but many of the OGs are now going through fertility treatments because of certain issues. You should join! I'll post a link. We created a pregnancy "side car" for grads, and we had a few BFPs from OGs yesterday! ✨ might be a lucky one x

Unfortunately still no sign of ovulation and I haven't had a temp rise either. My temp dipped right down to 35.98 this morning so I have no clue what the hell my body is doing!

@xoJellyBean a dip is a sign ovulation may happen in a few days. I always get a bit of a dip anything from 2-4days before I ovulate

@Suki2020 OPKs have got a little bit darker so hopefully it's on its way! Although I'm getting my vaccine tomorrow so I hope it doesn't do anything lol

I'm really struggling and feel absolutely awful but my sister has started TTC. She doesn't know how long I have been trying and the issues we have had with this, she just thinks we are happy with our dogs... I just have this awful feeling she's going to get pregnant straight away and I'm so torn with how I'm going to react... I really don't know how to describe the feeling 😭 it's so wrong but I can't help it! Judging by how awful I was when my sister in law got pregnant I really don't know what I'm going to be like😭😭

@Justanothercyster hey, I got more bloods done and I've got very low SHBG. Did you ever come across this? GP thinks it could be PCOS

I had very high testosterone is all I can remember
