@Tillybabs I don't think I can take waiting a few days for you to test again, whack out that FRER lol, I'd be shocked if that was an EVAP. Ahh that's ok, I've read that is can take 4 months between each appointment at Tommy's so I'm thinking about going private now tbh

@ChinChilly if you can afford it then I would definitely go private. 4 months is a long time and they might be able to diagnose and treat you quickly

Wveryone else - I feel okay but have no sense of taste or smell at all now. Might make it easier to eat healthily?

@TheDaydreamBelievers I had Covid a month or so ago. Get plenty of rest and drink lots of fluids.

I was ok apart from I had some muscle pain and fatigue in the lower back area mainly. But I slept a lot.

Interestingly the acupuncturist told me that Covid will make any underlying issues flare up and I've had issues with my lower back before and still do on the odd occasion.

@Tillybabs I can settle for tomorrow. I've found a clinic near where I live the intial consultation is £190 so I'm not sure how much treatment will be, I guess I'll wait for my Tommy's appointment and ask the question before I go private

@TheDaydreamBelievers I still ate crap when I couldn't taste or smell it took a while for that to come back

Ladies - I got a BFP on the 26th of last month at 9DPO, I have a private scan on Thursday and praying that there is a heartbeat. Lots of positive vibes please 🤞🤞 I really thought I was out that cycle as we only managed see once which was 2 days before I ovulated.

I did a frer this morning and got a bfn. So I guess it was an evap line!

Plus I've started to get AF cramps so I'm not surprised.

Oh well, roll on IVF!

Back after a few weeks away and being in a bit of turmoil, update from me - I had a positive test, then I had some bleeding a week later (on the day of a stressful job interview), and today I’ve discovered it is definitely a chemical pregnancy. It’s been a rollercoaster of a week. Trying not to get too downhearted as it was only our second month of trying and it proves I can get pregnant, just have to get back into the ttc next week if I can figure out when my body is ready again. Hope you are all doing ok x

I’m 2DPO today only 10 more days to go before testing! I’ve told my boss about me going for IVF in Prague in Nov. He’s sorted out all my time off etc. I will continue to try until then but at least my time off is sorted out should I not get pregnant before then.

Hi everyone, I got my BFP last Monday, currently 5+3, got an early scan booked in for 2 weeks on Saturday.. can't relax and get as excited as I would like to as I'm fully convinced something is going to go wrong so hopefully I feel better after my scan, hope you're all doing okay x

Oh congratulations @MissM94, so so happy for you.
My fertile window starts today so going to be dtd a lot. We're currently on holiday so have managed to dtd 3 of the last 4 days. Hopefully I ovulate early so it counts haha! Otherwise we will just keep going I guess. Due to ovulate on Monday currently.

@ChinChilly aww bloody hell (no pun intended!!) make sure you have a nice bubble bath to ease the pain and flow haha! It slowly is but I'm so scared of something happening it's taking over me getting excited! I'm annoyed I got symptoms so early and tested haha I've never had a loss and I don't know anyone IRL who has, but cos I've read so much on here I know it's so common so I'm trying not to get too attached because tbh I don't know how I would get over it, if it was to go that way 😩 but it's out of my control isn't it currently, I'll be okay when I hopefully see something on my scan in a couple of weeks haha

@MissM94 I would say just let the excitement happen, I spent the entire time I was pregnant waiting for something bad to happen I didn't allow my self to enjoy it or be excited and it didn't make it any easier when we found out the was no heartbeat but I'd spent the previous 12 weeks anxious about something happening whereas I could of spent it being happy and excited...the outcome wouldn't of been any different but getting over it wouldn't of been either so for now you are pregnant so enjoy it.
