Wow that last one was a quick one! The bus driver nearly missed the bus!🏎🚌

Here is the bus where anything goes, and chat isn’t just TTC it’s anything. Ranting very much encouraged to her things off your (are they sore boobs?!) chest. The last bus had loads of work promotions too & we’ve still got interviews so hopefully it’s a lucky bus in more ways than just making babies.

We are here to help and support each other & anything goes. We’ve had losses, heartache & some super fertile short ride passengers so welcome all.

I think you do have a gut feeling when it comes to your own body. I really hope this week goes OK for you. What a worry. And I think I'd have assumed all was fine by then also. You just do? After you have seen then on the screen.
@Manifestingbaby yeah I know! I mean, honestly?

@Crazydoglady123 my heart breaks for you honestly, the scan sounds like its haunting you. Not naive to have thought all would be well at that stage, I'm sure it was an awful shock. You are right to put a bit of distance between you and people who are upsetting you. That's a very cold attitude, babies aren't replaceable. Hopefully you get to friday without having to go to a&e on your own. We are here to support you through the week until then x

So looks like early ovulation for me. Think the last 2 cycles were annovulatory due to jab. One cycle a bit long, the other quite short. Light periods, no ov pain. Definite ov pain today cd10 and have been doing opks this cycle for the first time since last year and the opks line up with the pain. Lots of well timed dtd so that's good but I'm always a bit skeptical about early ovulation not being ideal. @becarefuloutthere I know you used to ovulate early, was anything ever said about it at the clinic?

@Manifestingbaby well remembered! No, they never said anything about it but then I was nhs and with assisted conception so they're not there to investigate issues, but to treat you via ivf. It would have been interesting to see a fertility specialist and see if they had any thoughts on early ovulation. Google was no good really. My lp was always the right length, just a short follicular phase like you. Fingers crossed for a good outcome!

@becarefuloutthere thank you! Well an early egg is better than no egg, god love me I have my hopes up already 🤦‍♀️ haven't tracked in a long time but when i did cd12 was most common which was a bit better but had cd9-14 an none ended in a bfp!
That's the thing with infertility isn't it, there are rarely actual answers just work arounds.

@Manifestingbaby yup that's exactly it! They don't try and find out all potential possibilities and just go for the treatment option which solves the issue of getting pregnant but doesn't work out the root cause behind the reasons why it wasn't happening naturally. The whole things massively frustrating!
There's nothing wrong with a bit of hope, we all need to cling onto it. 🙏🏾

Gutted for you @bez91 I was hoping this time would be your sticky bean 😢 and scary on the break in at the yard but glad DH didn't get caught in the middle of it!

@Crazydoglady123 You poor thing, I'm so sorry about your sad news. You're perfectly entitled to feel your feelings of sadness and loss and grief. Nobody should try to minimise or invalidate them.

@Juno231 you mentioned levothyroxine, how are your thyroid bloods looking?

I just accidentally locked my boss's personal bank account and I am so embarrassed at how stupid I am that I have a pain in my tummy. It's probably not that big a deal but at the moment it seems pretty bad.

@Manifestingbaby yeah it's ok thanks. I'm glad the weekend is over now, it's just lying to my friends now that I struggle with so I've decided to tell them after the 8 week scan next week.

Nothing much to report here, currently in a post birthday slump after DD was 2 and my house was manic for the weekend. I've got so much to do and I'm avoiding it all 😂

@Somatronic if you'll laugh about this in a year's time you might as well laugh about it now as it's not so bad :) As for levo - my TSH is 3.1 which isn't elevated much but likewise isn't below the 2.5 you're meant to have for TTC. So no levothyroxine from the NHS for me - although frustratingly I've seen others actually have it prescribed even at 3.1 levels!

@Crazydoglady123 there's still hope and we will allll be thinking of you this week and Friday, you know that. So so hard 😘

@Manifestingbaby Thank you. My OH said how I describe it sounds like PTSD. I wake up in the night sometimes and all I can see is that screen. They had to turn the screen away at EPU as I can't face seeing it again and I just know it's going to take quite a while till I'm comfortable having a scan again.

I know mine was more a twin risk but they all deserve positive vibes at the stage their at.

Omg, over the past weekend and today I've been so so anxious, could barely sleep. Heart racing and nearly crying everyday because of the worrying about the vitamins I was taking and whether they could harm my baby.

Today I managed to get hold of a midwife, took a while but got there. She wasn't worried at all. She said she'll worry if it was a massive amount (3x or more of what I was taking) over a long period of time. Mine was only 3 weeks.

She also mentioned about suppliments not being stored to excess and that your body gets rid of any excess.

Definitely put my mind at rest.

@Crazydoglady123 yeah you always have us lot to sound out to! Its so hard isn't it, when it's just something you've never experienced before. Makes you realise how lucky you are when it is straightforward! Not that I've experienced that. 🙄
One thing I did wonder with you (purely because I find these things really interesting) is there any way they can tell which one is the one still there? Because I know they were different grades. The data side of me needs answers (when you can't always have them!) Really hoping the other one hangs on right for you. 🤞

@Juno231 that's very frustrating. And it makes no sense! Levothyroxine is harmless so why not try a super low dose for a few months?

@paintfairy interesting about your progesterone! and the fact you've ended up with two strong follicles again. I agree with abstaining and fingers crossed it works this time. I also wondered if it was the grade C embryo that didn't make it :/

@Juno231 yeah that's the assumption you would make. But I'm actually wondering! I just feel with all this stuff it's just less scientific than they try to make it? Nature does its own thing.

@paintfairy funny you should say but one was always about 3 days smaller-about 3mm difference than the other (I always assumed in my head the smaller was the grade C but obviously I'll never know). But on the scan on the Wednesday my baby that had died was 2.4cm and my alive baby 2.5cm so if I did loose it at the weekend prior when I lost symptoms then that'd have given the smaller on a few days to catch up and over take so in my head logically I believe the smaller baby is the one still going. I need to find out tomorrow but reading up online there's a risk with VTS that the singleton will be born premature or low birth weight. I guess as twins measure smaller they don't catch up as well even though there's now one
