@Luluspies hi and welcome, unexplained infertility is a nightmare! We are 42 and 40 and been ttc just over 3 years, everything fine on tests so far, but looks like I have adenomyosis and possible endometriosis so that could be causing issues for us some consultants will give clomid if you're ovulating Noelle from why I've heard and some won't so worth an ask just depends who you're speaking to as far as I can tell!

hey all still just following along quietly in the background. @notyetamumbuttrying just wanted to say with the veiny boobs, I've only just had a couple of little veins appear on mines now at 11 weeks so definitely don't worry about any lack of veins early on 😅 really hoping it's happened for you! Must be hard to symptom spot when you're taking progesterone as that's definitely going to make this cycle feel different. Will be keeping an eye here closely next week 🤞

@Marvellouslymadmum good luck calling today then! What's the latest with the adeno? Will you get a lap so that they can look for endo too?
@2020mission ooh 11 weeks now, that's mad! 😃 bet you can't bloody wait for your scan! Yeah have tried not to symptom spot apart from the constant cramping as that is new, but I know it could be the progesterone also. All a bit of a headfuck as always! 🤪

@2020mission I second the veiny boobs! I'm 11+5 and if I'm honest they've only started to look veiny the last week. How are you getting on lovely?
It's weird as every month I used to find symptoms of pregnancy. This time, I didn't know I was pregnant until 6 weeks as had no symptoms other then late period, which I put down to the previous MC.
@notyetamumbuttrying cramping was my other earliest symptom. Got everything crossed it's good cramps!

Thank you @Theawkwardblonde hope so but sadly it's too early for hcg to be secreting yet (earliest would be tomorrow) so it's gotta be the progesterone pessaries!
Your scan doesn't happen to be 17th June does it?? You'd be joining us all on D day! 😃

@Theawkwardblonde Hey yeah I'm 11+2 now so just a few days behind you. I've been fine in general just low appetite and mild nausea now and again since 7 weeks really. I didn't have any symptoms until about 6 weeks either, nothing that I didn't get every cycle at least - it was just tender boobs and slightly tired. It still doesn't feel real to me because I've got no evidence there's a baby in there as I've not had any scans 😅 . Hope you're getting on ok?

@2020mission I'm glad your nausea has been Mild. I've been sick everyday since about 7 weeks and it's not shifted. Not complaining though!

AF arrived for me - first one since vaccine.

I have heard people say its heavier than usual after vaccine!

@notyetamumbuttrying how are you holding up? I really hope it’s not dragging for you (pretty sure it probably is though 😩) super exciting times on here, so much happening in the next couple of weeks for people 🤞🏼 x

@Annny27 how long were you delayed by? The vaccine had no impact on my cycle.
@polejunkie I'm ok actually, staying at my parents tonight so means I can't test in the morning 😝 how are you?

@Luluspies it's probably not a good idea to try to get ovulation meds other than through private fertility or nhs as can cause hyperstimulation which can be very nasty and that might not be the reason for your issues. It's worth going through the usual investigations and proper review rather than trying to get clomid which might not make any difference anyway x

So I've been to clinic, verdict is pcos but with normal amh for age which is unusual for pcos (normally elevated) but I was on implant 12 years which stopped the cysts. OH sperm still 11mil but motility and morphology improved masively with bud and fenugreek, losing weight and lowering alcohol. I've been given letrozole for 4 cycles and put on ivf waiting list as high priority as a backup. Its good to have a plan but I've just started my sisters post I was offered over a month ago so kinda glad we can't start this cycle as need to get my brain in gear! Fingers crossed for everyone x

I’ve just had the most stressful 24hrs as my sisters partner tested positive for covid on Friday and I saw her about 12 days ago so we’ve been waiting for her results to come back and praying that she is negative and worrying that if she’s positive, I might have it and then my ivf will all be cancelled!!! 😭😭
Thankfully she got the all clear this morning and I can breathe again! 😌 Planning to hide away at home for the next 2 weeks so covid can’t get me!!! 😂

@crazycatlady1981 omg how stressful - so glad all is ok, I hadn’t actually considered that if I get covid it will all be cancelled, maybe I’ll stay home too!!

Oh that sounds so stressful!! Thank god she didn't have it and all is ok with you both. Hope her partners ok?! Weirdly I was never tested throughout my ivf treatment and I'm with the nhs 🤷🏾‍♀️

@CreativeThinkerTequilaDrinker haha and me too! I'm trying to be chill but I am constantly googling each day. I'm just so scared to see a negative and then have to use a lower grade frostie. It's my first ever round but I do have a good feeling tbh which is also scaring me cos then I'll be more crushed to see the negative! 😩 it was 5AA so pretty top notch! Even more reason to be crushed if it's negative 🤯
Ah so you're short protocol then? Any chance you could be pregnant or did you not try this month?

@polejunkie yeah I only knew because I’ve seen people posting about it on my ivf Facebook group when they tested positive! My clinic said that I don’t have to isolate but it’s one of my many ivf nightmares along with getting no eggs at all or not responding to treatment!! 😱 so I’ve decided for my own mental health that staying home as much as possible is the best plan! 😬
I’ve got baseline scan tomorrow and then start stims on Wednesday if all goes to plan!

@notyetamumbuttrying yeah everyone’s ok, he just had a cough but went for covid test because track n trace contacted him as he went to a bar that was later closed due to covid outbreak! 🙄 I’m not planning to test unless I get symptoms or get told to test by track n trace! I’m not sure if I have to do a test before the EC, no one’s mentioned it so hopefully not!🤞🏻

@crazycatlady1981 I have exactly the same fears as you 😩 hope your baseline scan goes well and you can start stims as expected 🤞🏼 I have baseline weds and hoping for stims on Thursday eeek, scary but excited! Do you feel like anything is different? My down regs must be working as my AF was late and I’ve been spotting ever since, plus headaches and extremely tearful haha - unless I am genuinely just emotionally unstable 😂
@notyetamumbuttrying I have high hopes, keep that positive attitude - you’ve done amazing to wait to test but I absolutely under your fear of seeing a negative x
