@kirinm not good news as I thought, right sided ectopic but HCG is only 61 which I'm really hoping means I can avoid methotrexate. Bloods again Saturday x

Oh I'm so sorry. It is so unfair that it has happened again. I hope for your sake that your levels drop by Saturday and you can avoid any treatment. xx

@Sansa87 thank you. I just knew it wasn't going to be good news but doesn't make it any less shit! Had a big cry and am just hoping that because my numbers are so low that it'll resolve by itself. How are you feeling today? X

@kirinm thank you 😘 it's always something I worried about when trying again but never thought would actually happen again if that makes sense.

Today was also the day I had a consultation with the gp about why we weren't getting pregnant. They're doing bloods, swabs and have referred me to the fertility clinic for scans etc so that's good news x

After my ectopic I had what was eventually considered a miscarriage but they couldn't rule out an ectopic - another pregnancy of unknown location. Thankfully my levels dropped off so didn't need intervention - fingers crossed that is the same for you.

A big cry is totally okay. It is an utterly shit position to be in once let alone twice.

Oh fucking hell @whambam89 not again 😔 I’m so, so sorry. I really hope you don’t need further intervention and it will resolve itself. Doesn’t make it any less shit though. Glad the GP seems to be moving you forward. Massive hugs to you, come have a big shit cry to us if you need it 💜 xxx

@whambam89 oh I'm so sorry, life can be so cruel sometimes can't it 😔. A good cry will do you the world of good, just let it all out. I really hope it all resolves on it's own without intervention this time 🤞🏻. Really positive news on the fertility test front though. Hopefully that can give some answers! ❤️

@whambam89 my blood pressure sky rocketed, and I’ve been admitted for an induction but hospital is chaotic, so no idea when it’s going to happen

Terrified because induction was like my nightmare birth plan

@Sansa87 I had an induction with my DD and it honestly wasn't awful, expect it to take a little while though! It'll be worth it all once she's in your arms. Good luck. 😘

@whambam89 Thankyou. I’ve just had the balloon put in, which wasn’t pleasant at all 😅 they’ve gone to see if there’s any chance I’m allowed home for the 24 hours.

@Sansa87 I don't think I could ever get excited about a positive test again, especially when bleeding is involved so I think that's helping although I have had the occasional meltdown.

HCG has increased over 20% which obviously isn't good news, just waiting to be seen by the consultant

Oh @whambam89 I'm sorry. That's not what you want. This is quite similar to what happened with mine. They went up and then down and then back up. I hope whatever happens they offer treatment early so you aren't let in this horrible limbo for too long.

Oh @whambam89 that’s shit! Have they said what treatment they’d be looking at or do they want to do more bloods first? Hopefully they respect your wishes of wanting to avoid methotrexate, it’s not like it isn’t an informed decision! I’m with @Sansa87 you have dealt with this amazingly 💜

@Sansa87 Good luck! So exciting for you! There have been quite a few threads on the pregnancy board about positive induction stories, go take a look at those and hopefully they will put your mind at ease a bit 💜 so looking forward to your update!

Nearly at 24 hours with the balloon and it’s not fallen out yet which sucks because I’ve been bouncing and walking a lot.

Next step will be the gel!
