I'm honestly shocked that they will leave it until 6 weeks. I know there is a big thing on not scanning until then but you could get an idea of what is going on from blood tests.

How are you feeling? Are you still bleeding?

Wtf, can’t believe they have left it a week with your history?! How awful they are leaving you hanging in the balance. Hope you are okay xx

@kirinm @MrsB2019x I suppose because I'm not in any pain they aren't concerned. I feel ok I'm not holding onto any hope at all to be honest, can't imagine it'll be viable. Still spotting, it's like what I'd expect implantation bleeding to be like. Very dark, old blood but it was pink last night 🤷🏻‍♀️

@whambam89 Hopefully as it’s now darker it’s the bleeding tailing off.. 🤞

@Sansa87 so glad you are ok! How exciting that your due date is nearly here 😁

@whambam89 you poor thing, especially having to wait so long to be seen. The lines do look really strong though so I'll keep everything crossed for you 🤞🏻. I had spotting (pink/brown) at 5 weeks, 8 weeks and 10 weeks during this pregnancy and so far all is going well (I'm 24 weeks) so try not to read too much into it (easy to say I know!!)

@SS123456 if it was just the spotting I don't think I'd be too concerned, it's the fact I had a normal "period" that lasted 3 days.

I had my dating scan yesterday, I'm now 13+5 weeks. Finally got there after a very rocky road.

I've taken another test this morning (bottom one) and I feel like it's getting lighter so I'm now 99.9% sure that it's not viable. Will keep testing to see what happens but hopefully I can avoid any medical intervention this time x

@kirinm @MrsB2019x the top one is from 2 days ago, I've picked up 4 more of the same tests so will keep checking them.

I feel ok, mentally exhausted with anything and no pregnancy symptoms at all. I'm pretty certain it's not viable / couldn't be a viable pregnancy with the line not being much darker by now and my heavy bleed x

@whambam89 mine got lighter if I drank more before bed/during the night which I did. I don’t think you’re are drastically changing, and think they all look pretty similar.

Are you sure these tests can get darker?

@sansa87 @kirinm I used the same ones with DD and they were darker than that with her (although that was 4 years ago now), I'm not sure - I guess I'll just keep testing and see what happens before Thursday x

If it wasn’t for how they treated you last time I’d say go to A&E, just so you can get some answers rather than be stuck in this awful limbo 😔 but I totally understand why you wouldn’t want to do that. Could you try EPU again on Monday to see if they can bump you up if the bleeding is getting worse?

Hope you're okay @whambam89 I'd consider giving EPU another call today. It isn't okay to have expected you to wait a week.

@MrsB2019x @kirinm they could have seen me today but said it would be better to wait until I'd be 6 weeks. I'm not in any pain or anything and the bleeding has subsided again. Saturday it was more pink/red but yesterday there was hardly any and it was really dark again, tests are getting lighter as well (I've not done one this morning yet) so I'm wondering if it's "just" a weird early miscarriage?

I didn't have any pain @whambam89 and thankfully I was able to avoid surgery like you. My ectopic was diagnosed by blood tests and then subsequently scans. I wonder why that has changed. I obviously hope that this is a viable pregnancy for you but I know the relief I felt when I had 'just' a miscarriage after my ectopic. It is horrible to have to appreciate you are at least not going to go through the ectopic process again.

Have you done any more tests? Are you sure they're getting lighter?
