Trying for baby number 3

Hi mummies

I'm in month two now of ttc my baby number 3, I know it's not been long but I'm nearly 30 and I'm worried that i won't be able to get pregnant again ☹️ did anyone else feel like this? I went through the whole tww last month and this month I'm trying to be a bit more casual about it as I STRESSED last month ridiculously. I hated trying to track ovulation and dpo it was alstreful absolutely expensive with pregnancy tests I got a bit obbsesed! Any support would be lovely

I'm a housewife who currently has my two children already 7 year old girl and 9 year old boy, I am so desperate now for a baby though it's giving me anxiety the thought of not being able to have another xxx

I went from day 10. - 20 every day at 530 pm my cycles are 27-30 days normally

Have you tried using the opk from the day after your af end right through the month? It could be your missing the surge! It can happen so quick!! My start to get a bit darker on cd 13 and I then I get my peak cd14! Prior to my son I ovulated on cd 20 🤷‍♀️ So it’s changes quite a bit!
@Skl2021 oh goodness yea... I bet you are flat out atm cause everyone is out for meals etc!! Lol you may lock yourself in the bathroom again 🤣🤣 well we started last night with the every other night.... wait and see I will have a longer cycle this month! Xx

Sorry guys just seen you had commented 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I would defo do the whole month! Plus I got my peak at 8am in the morning and that evening it was back to negative! So defo test twice a day when you see it getting darker xx

@Ibbleobbleblackbobble I would do it for more days just incase and maybe twice a day like springflower said sometimes u can miss it or your ovulation may not be when u think it should be. Mine shows up when it wants different every month 🤦 I had to test all month to find it 🤣🙈
@Springflower3 ohh now u started u can't stop hope your ready for the ride 🤣🙈 haha I'm on no plan only DTD once upto now think it will be when ever I can be arsed month again 🤣 I can tell my oh is wanting the everyday/ every other day back he's getting very touchy feely needy 🙈 I need to go shopping and I'm currently sat doing nothing watching this morning 🙊🤔 xx

@Skl2021 I’m so jealous! I’m currently procrastinating in work!! Fml! I think when you have no idea when you ovulate it is harder to start dtd!! But it only take one sperm 😬😬 if only it was that fucking easy!!! Did you take a opk today?
My DP is all on for it but by this time next week he will be spent!! 🤣🤣

@Ibbleobbleblackbobble Just a quick question. What OPK tests are you using and are they all from the same batch? Xx

I’m not sure what they are. They are from Amazon and yes all the same batch maybe I got a duff batch.

@Ibbleobbleblackbobble I used some cheap ones from Amazon for 2 months, didn’t get 1 line all month. I was in state, thinking like you that there was something wrong (I’m 37 too) I went to home bargains and bought a pack of their own brand to check.. and boom got a line straight away. Maybe you’ve got a dodgy batch too. Xx

It’s hard to know with opk, if I’m doubt @Ibbleobbleblackbobble have you tried the CD ones? They are a bit expensive tbh but if your struggling you could use them for one month then go back to the cheapies?? Xx

@Ibbleobbleblackbobble I think on Amazon it is about 30 quid for 20 sticks..... you use them with fmu.... which some people defo find easier and then when you get the flashing smiley start dtd and then a static smiley means ovulation is imminent!!

@Skl2021 12 days away! Yea I get why you don’t want to start too soon! Could you imagine doing smep and starting at cd 8!!! You would be sickened!!
If it makes you feel any better I’m not to sure when I will ovulate! Like cd 14 is so early for me tbh! Xx

@Springflower3 well you never know it turns up when it wants 😂 might be early this month 🤞🤞 haha I did try it and it was a killer by the end I just didn't want to do it but had to as that was the most important time!! Xx

Morning ladies. Happy Friyay! 🎉 What a week. Been so busy so sorry for the radio silence. We’re going to Legoland tonight for the weekend and I’ve not started packing yet and working until 2.30pm. I’d say I’m winning at life, right?! 🤣

@Nats7504 wow Legoland I would love to take the kids but it's about 7 hours from me and would hate driving around London 🤦 we will probably go out for the day but not sure were yet 🙈 last minute decision I guess 🤣 haven't tested since the other day might try one today. I'm cd 12 wbu xx

@Skl2021 I’ve never been but meeting my sister there with her 2 little ones, mine are a bit old for Legoland but hey ho! It’s about 3 hours from me but I won’t be driving thank god! The weathers meant to be nice so the world is your oyster. Knacker the kids out at a park, BBQ and a cold glass of wine? Have you got a positive OPK yet? Xx

@Nats7504 yes we were thinking sea side or farm/maize and if got BBQ stuff in just incase 🤞🤞 nope haven't had a positive one yet but I didn't ovulate until cd 22 last month so not expecting it yet. My app is saying I'm starting fertile week now but think it's wrong xx
