Don’t fear Boris, it will be outside, socially distanced at various points of the UK & Ireland (other parts of the globe may attend), whatever the 🌞❄️⛄️we are up for it & often the sperm & 🥚stay apart at our gatherings too, even though we don’t want them too 🤣.

This bus is the one where TTC happens in many different forms, shagging conventionally, unconventionally, with the help of scientific intervention, IUI/ICSI/Clomid/IVF & even just watching from the top of the bus 👀. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been trying for days, weeks, months or like some of us we’ve been around each other for so long we can’t bear to leave, nothing is TMI and there’s never a silly question...

Hell we KNOW TTC is tough, lots of us have had heart ache & are chasing 🌈so we are there for each other, as well as trying to have laughs along the way 🥰☺️

@InkyPaper trying to keep distracted! Wasn't how I envisaged it. 🙄 What is your blood test for? They don't have to be in the same cycles though. Mine never were.
@DOB78 we started properly trying in December 2019.
@2020mission the ICs work better in the afternoon yes. The purple clear blue ones i used before though said fmu. But you have to do it before and track, as you need a baseline? Not sure how doing just one really works? Plus it was cup of tea pee from my first drink of the morning and likely really weak. Having said that I don't think I would be ovulating yet naturally.

@notyetamumbuttrying how exciting to have dates! How are you? I was missing for your lap but read back and seems like you got on ok. Recovery sounds tough though. I'm going to try to push for enfo investigations when I get my next appointment. Absolutely crippled yesterday with ovulation pain and bloating, fatigue etc the last few days in the lead up. I'm sick of this! Hope you have relif from your symptoms now.

@paintfairy omg I know, they're scary aren't they! I was sent a video to watch for the injections, I swear you're usually shown in person, I know it's Covid times but you'd think they'd arrange a video call. I guess it's pretty simple but I'm still shitting it 😆
@Katao I know, eek 😬 I'm ok thanks, you? Defo ask about it and if you think you have it, you'll prob have to push for a lap. I'm cd2 today and usually codeine and ibuprofen takes the edge off, not had to touch codeine, paracetamol and ibuprofen are working just fine and not had to take them as often. So already seeing a marked improvement.

Checked online for 21 day results from yesterday. Unbelievably they're there and no ovulation 🤦🏼‍♀️

@dob78, we're ttc #2 now for over 2 years and got help this year after all our tests came back normal last year. Starting IUI next month.

Hope you're doing ok @paintfairy. It sounds v complicated there. We're not allowed dtd before the actual insemination in case it leads to multiple pregnancy! But interesting that ye had to dtd at a certain time. I can't get my head around the rules 😋

Sorry to hear there was no ovulation @bez91. Hopefully you'll get some help with that soon. And sorry about your bfn @franklydear. They're always shit.

Nothing going here really. Finally got back to dtd after a major slump but think we could have missed ovulation. I'm not doing opks coz I hate them! But gearing up for iui next month and focusing on that but not getting my hopes up. Trying to decide if I should cut out coffee! I only have 1 cup of it a day along with 1 cup of tea-anything else is decaf. Don't think it really matters but I'm at the stage now where I'm willing to try anything to help the iui next month. Answers on a postcard please 🤣

Embarrassing story from today.. as you know I'm now into week 3 of af and she's here in full meaty force. Went for a drive down to my dads today put on my nice new stonewash jeans and away I went.. on the 3 hour journey had to shuffle the odd time to get comfy and could feel af making her presence known... called at Lidl to pick up some treats and noticed the dreaded spot on my seat... I'd only gone and flooded too my jeans!! Luckily I had a hoody to wrap around my waist ... I was mortified! Spent 15 mins at my dads trying to scrub them in the bathroom.. just my bloody luck... pun intended 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️🙄

@MartyMcShy for iui? That makes zero sense. 🤣 The only thing that would lead to multiple pregnancy is more than one egg? So if you release 2 and they do insemination - there's still a risk of multiple pregnancy, because they don't only shove 1 sperm in? Which is unfortunately where we will now be at and I've had to sign a form to say they are ok to do it, and I know it's a risk. Because we know I'll have more than one egg release. They tell you to dtd before, in case they've missed it timing wise. You have lost a whole cycle otherwise. Not sure if they'll tell me to do it after, I'll ask about that tomorrow.
@notyetamumbuttrying yeah that happened to my friend! They just sent info and expected her to do it, because of covid. They did tell me what to do but they didn't show you exactly.

@DOB78 I rang the gp sooner rather than later, as I knew there would be an issue. My spotting was always a problem.

@paintfairy tbh I'm not 100% sure... 😂 I literally just got told the doctor had ordered a blood test and as I'd only had one fertility blood test I assumed it was the second one. Although unless this turns out to be another epically long cycle, they're both going to be at the start of a cycle, so probably not useful but nevermind.

@paintfairy yes tracked by OPKs for some time and always got a peak just must be nothing is popping out (well must have twice for the 2 MCs) only thing that made me realise I wasn't ovulating before these results was I started tracking BBT this month and not a hint of anything 🤷‍♀️
