Ok so we need to get back to us ladies, back to fun games, POAS & getting fit, but you need to help me Cos Minster is flagging with a fuck boy body worse than the rest 🥺

Guess what...it’s nearly Easter & know what that means! 🐰🐣...We don’t want the 🐰to have the fun but bloody hell sometimes it’s a f*cling egg hunt all right 🙈🤣.

March and April we’ve got a lot of exciting times ahead with people going for Clomid & IVF as well as a lot of straight up sex for the “normal” TTC gang so let’s get shagging & FIND THOSE 🐣🌈.

We are still working on our spring challenges alongside trying to get pregnant and we’ve had great results so far- feel free to have a catch up on those and add your own.

And we are still helping each other get fitter, more positive through sharing small changes we are making in our lives and trying to inspire & support each other with these too...as well as of course being there for each other during the sad times.

The only thing I did differently this cycle was I went back on my vitamin C supplement. Just a standard one from tesco, in addition to my preconception vitamin (Ive been taking Seven Seas since December). And I have 2 Brazil nuts every day in my TWW but I've done that for ages so I don't actually think it makes a difference lol. I started taking the VitC again because apparently it helps with progesterone production which can help with a shorter Luteal Phase which I'd been getting.
I've put a photo of my LH tests and as you can see I get a rise on the run up to my peak so we DTD when the LH is rising and then missed the day I got my peak as DH wasn't well but we did the day after... so this time we DTD 3 days in the FW (8th, 9th & 11th) and got a peak on 10th... So personally I think it's DTD before that helped but I know its also luck.

Even the bloody dog is pregnant. 🙄 And here i am..... 🤣 Actually @Vil10 I thought you were slagging off some woman up the road or something until I got to the end of the sentence and realised it was a dog. 😆 Yay for puppies! I probably prefer puppies to children in many ways. You can't beat a good puppy snuggle!
@Sausage1990 omg! I obviously spoke too soon when I said this month was slow for bfps. Cracking line! Great news for you. How much vitamin C were you taking?

Saying Thankyou like it's me who's pregnant😂😂 gestation is usually around 63 days give or take a few, so i think pups will be here end of April time, maybe the 3rd week?? All very exciting!!

@vil10 definitely excited for puppies 💕 will you have one or will they all be sold? Ahh thanks, I'm feeling optimistic but DH is just on cautious mode atm. After the chemical then the MC he's just like I am pleased but the time was faint so let's just wait to see it get darker - see what happens. He doesn't mean it in an unkind way. I told him I've already got way ahead of myself and either way now I'll be upset it this doesn't work out which he understands. I think for himself he needs to think this way, an element of self preservation I think. Was anyone else's OH like this? Xx

YES @Sausage1990 - our first pregnancy happened really quickly and resulted in a MMC. This may well out me (so hi if you know me!), DH hadn't even considered in anything bad happening with the pregnancy that he fainted at the EPU when it was bad news.

Second time round (it took another 9 months) DH basically didn't get excited at all until right at the end - I was pretty cautious too though. We didn't talk about names until about 33 weeks and didn't buy anything until relatively late on too.

I don't think there's any "right" or "normal" way to be, just take it day by day and you'll both feel different on different days.

@Sausage1990 yes my DH was, he won't let himself get excited until 12 weeks and I think the last 2 MCs he was much more just acting like not a lot had changed, self preservation is a very good way of putting it!

@Sausage1990 I'll try taking some! I've started taking extra D too.
I think it's really hard- you want to be excited but to are scared to be! And I think that would apply to someone that hasn't had losses (when it's taken so long!) but if you have, it's understandable to feel overly cautious. It's so rubbish really that you are scared to enjoy the moment. Life definitely isn't what it was made out to be! Fingers crossed for you this time though xx

Ohh that's really reassuring @larrythelizard & @bez91. I understand why he's feeling that way but I felt a little deflated as he didn't seem optimistic at all. I'm going to try to remain positive until I shit myself Tuesday morning waiting for the 2nd line to come back darker than today 😂🙈😬

@paintfairy definitely give the vitamin C a go, there's no harm really is there. Yeah it definitely taints it whether you've experienced loss or ttc for a very long time. There's alot if hopes and reams pinned on that little bean. It's alot of pressure really and makes you afraid to get excited and then go feel like you're setting yourself up for heartbreak... But we must try to navigate it the best we can. Thank god we've all got each other to lean on and support each other 💕🙏🏻

@Sausage1990 thanks for sharing what you did this month... I might buy some vitamin C 👍 I don't think I'll get excited if I get pregnant again until well after 12 weeks after the chemicals and everything I've witnessed on here that others have went though ☹️ it's such a shame we can't enjoy it as there's always risk! It's a very strong line for 10 DPO for you though so that's off to a great start. Do you chart BBT? Just curious if you do how your chart was looking this month.

I feel like I'm out and only at 7 DPO. Impossible for success to come for me after having my cervix poked at a few days ago 😅

@Sausage1990 they'll all be sold we already have 2, don't think we'd cope with a 3rd😂, with us having the stud you usually get paid a stud fee then either get pick of the litter or the price of a pup, but because it's OH's best friend who has the bitch we haven't asked for a stud fee, just pick of the litter, but my mum might be having the one we pick for free! But her dog had an op last week and the week he should be able to go on proper walks will be the week she'd get the pup so that's putting her off, also the fact that the pups tails will be docked she doesn't like the thought of so that's putting her off too! It's completely understandable for him and you too to feel wary and cautious, but I have everything crossed for a sticky bean for you🤞🏼❤️

It’s really really faint, I can only see it under the bright light but definitely different to last month. I’ve attached pics but I can’t see anything on them, only in “real life”.

This was at around 3pm too although I did hold for a few hours (which has been tricky, I feel like I need to pee more another symptom? 🤞🏻).

I think I’m getting my hopes up a bit as I’ve had lots of cramping over the last few days especially after ahem orgasm, a super tiny bit of pink spotting when I wiped just once two days ago, nausea and the waking up early feeling completely refreshed these last two days which when I thought about it was similar to what I had with DD it just didn’t last long which is probably why I forgot! Seriously if I’m not at this point I will just have to accept I’ve gone round the bend. Also it’s sooooo early only 8 dpo according to Femometer so now I’m worried about chemicals and ectopics 😢

I agree @Sausage1990 there probably is an element of self preservation there, my husband was wary until we had had a scan, and he got a bit more excited once he felt DD move. I think they feel like if it does go wrong they don’t have as much of a right to be outwardly sad as they want to be there for you.

OMG @Vil10 that’s not long at all! And you’ll be able to have so many puppy cuddles! Instant endorphins!

@Sausage1990 can you imagine if it's twins!! With that strong line! Will you get any extra appointments/early scans this time Hun? 💕 Like you say we both sort of are very cautious but as the weeks go by you really cannot help but get carried away like you say, it's so hard not to.

Also @Minster2012 I watched all those surrogacy episodes today! It was so lovely I literally cried all the bloody time haha. Although some of it did scare me a bit just watching I think her name was Kate? The boss who had miscarriages and then a stillborn, so I had to give myself a talking to! But so happy they all got lovely outcomes in the end!

@Vil10 ooh what sort of dog? I am desperately looking for a golden retriever pup to give DH after his beloved GR was stolen. He’d had him 10 years (8 years before we met) and every time we see one he gets all upset.

@Gensola omg how sad is that!! What is wrong with people!! I can't believe anyone could do that. Bless him that's awful!! We have a border collie and I absolutely adore her she's so so lovely, I've always said if i were to have another breed aside form a collie it would definitely be a golden retriever. So beautiful 🥰
