Ok so we need to get back to us ladies, back to fun games, POAS & getting fit, but you need to help me Cos Minster is flagging with a fuck boy body worse than the rest 🥺

Guess what...it’s nearly Easter & know what that means! 🐰🐣...We don’t want the 🐰to have the fun but bloody hell sometimes it’s a f*cling egg hunt all right 🙈🤣.

March and April we’ve got a lot of exciting times ahead with people going for Clomid & IVF as well as a lot of straight up sex for the “normal” TTC gang so let’s get shagging & FIND THOSE 🐣🌈.

We are still working on our spring challenges alongside trying to get pregnant and we’ve had great results so far- feel free to have a catch up on those and add your own.

And we are still helping each other get fitter, more positive through sharing small changes we are making in our lives and trying to inspire & support each other with these too...as well as of course being there for each other during the sad times.

And if you see mention of my blog then blame these guys they made me do it...#shamelessplug

@Minster2012 sending all the love and strength! Thanks for being the best driver x

bez91 · 16/03/2021 19:24

Thanks bus driver @Minster2012 sending positive vibes your way 💕 you're bloody awesome!

@Dollybird89 oh god 😂 hope you had bonk behind a post office counter on your bucket list ✅

The only one that comes to mind at the moment is when me and DH were about 16/17, still living at home. I'd gone to his for the weekend as we lived about 40 miles away at the time. We'd just finished DTD and got ourselves decent and his mum burst in and she seemed mortified and we were a bit like WTF maybe she heard us... no we realised DH had sat on the edge of the bed after DTD and his 🍆 and balls were clearly very wet because they made the most perfect penis shaped wet patch at the end of the bed that she very clearly saw on grey sheets 🤦🏼‍♀️ I don't think she knew we were having sex 🤭

Been with DH 14 years, married for 4 and a half 😊

Hey girls sorry I've been MIA for a few days. Thanks for those who tagged me about yesterday in work... It was OK with the baby chat, I mean I was all day & by the time I got home I did have a cry or 2 but I had a good talk with DH and a cuddle which made me feel better. It feels heavy some days isn't it. But we'll power through.

Today I've had a migraine all day and had to come home from work this afternoon to sleep it off. Not my greatest start to the week but hey ho, such is life. It definitely could be worse.

So a bit of an epic catch up...

@notyetamumbuttrying Amazing news on the funding approval!!!!!

@gem176 lovely scan 💕 glad everything is going well (like I knew it would 😉). My friend has the same due date as you 👍🏻

@hollieL567 I totally get those feelings of envy. Envy that it's easy, anxiety free & they don't think to worry. I mean I'd never with the opposite on anyone because it's awful. But it's hard when they don't understand or are ungrateful.
What are your pregnancy milestones you need to meet before you might start relaxing? After loss there's many unofficial ones as stepping stones to getting further than last time and therefore feeling more confident in the pregnancy.

@DJmum83 I'm so sorry you've still been feeling so awful. 24/7 nausea was bad enough so vomiting too sounds Horrific. I'll keep everything crossed for you that the meds kick in soon 🤞🏻 look after yourself lovely 💕

@paintfairy had a little chuckle at your suprise that af just arrived without any spotting or preamble, and yes that's what it's like for me normally. Glad the progesterone has seems to lengthed your LP & stopped the spotting 👍🏻 Remind me What's the plan with it all now? To continue with progesterone alongside your normal cycle? Sorry for all the questions, I loose track of who's got what going on.

@tornado2inc & @haiyaa I'm 5dpo so we're all quite close. My LP has been shorter recently, only 9-10days so if I can get it to 12dpo then I'll test. I'm going to try so hard not to test earlier if I get to 10dpo because its doesn't mean I'm preggo, I've just been taking vitamin c to help with my LP which helped last time. When are you guys testing?

@minster2012 ohh love I'm sorry its such a rough time. Anniversaries of hard dates will always be awful. The girls have already said it all but just take the time you need, and do what you need to do. We're all here for you always. Oh Christ and af too. I'm so sorry - it's so bittersweet. And it's OK to hope even if the chances are slim and crying is a must. I cry at everything these days. It's good to let it all out (sending a huge hug) 💕💐xxx thank you for the new bus.

@amy00 yeah I think it did, definitely the 1st jab as my cycles was very long. I don't know about the 2nd jab yet as still mid cycle. We will see. A few people think it cause delayed ovulation too tho so you're definitely not alone in that. Hope ovulation comes soon for you 🤞🏻 but good news on the vaccine 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

How many of us are due to test before the end of March? I know me, @tornado2inc & @haiyaa... Who else??

@dollybird89 that's a lovely feeling of being comfortable straight away with your OH 🥰 I've been with DH for 11.5yrs (married 1.5yrs) 💕

God I can't think of an embarrassing story... I'm sure there are plenty but for love nor money can't think of any.

DKDK123 · 16/03/2021 19:46

Just copying across my catch up replies from previous bus so will think of embarrassing story for tomorrow: @Minster2012 sorry to hear you're feeling crappy, take some time out for a few self care days (I know easier said than done with an active toddler!). Sending big hugs.

@paintfairy that sucks on the cramps but good news about the lack of spotting, the tablets are obviously starting to do something 😊 I got some good milage in today but only because the kids are struggling being back in a classroom after so long at home so we kept stopping to go out for walks in between lessons. We usually do the daily mile every morning......think we must have done it about 3 times before lunch! They'll sleep well tonight.

@kirky658 make sure you have your DHs school office number on your phone so if you do go into labour you can get straight thru to him that way. I always tell my sons nursery any emergencies phone the office as even if I had my mobile in class there's no guarantee you'll hear it going over the noise.

@Vil10 if you're having a few off days it will give us all a chance to finally catch up, you're a stepping machine! 😂 In all honesty tho hope you're feeling back to your old self soon.

Glad to hear you're back on your fitness regime @Dollybird89 just make sure you don't overdo it and cause further injury.

Have been sticking to my reduced screen time, go me! So shall post this now and mark my place on the new bus and catch up with the embarrassing stories tomorrow. Big loves to all.

notyetamumbuttrying · 16/03/2021 19:50

@clolo it is 😁

I can't think of an embarrassing story for some reason but I have one on my mate and I was there so I'll tell that one. This was about ten years ago or so when we were both single and on a night out. We were seeing two mates and we went bk to there's. I was in the bedroom with my guy and she was in the front room with her guy as he didn't actually live there. So her guy left the room to go the bathroom so my friend farted thinking she was safe and he wouldn't hear. He came bk in and said to her "you calmed your bum down now" 😂 we dine out on that story, funnier when it's told in person 😜

Kirky658 · 16/03/2021 19:57

@dkdk123 good tip that! I will deffo do that. I know he will be on high alert to be fair as he's like that, he's very calm in a crisis but always alert!

@bez91 that's a fantastic story 😂 we had a similar situation Christmas day just gone. Mum, dad and brother had gone to visit my grandad. DH and I stayed at theirs. It was what we think was ov day so I was so horny. We also didn't know when they'd be home so we were frantic. Anyway we finished up and noticed that there was a huge wet patch on the bed, I was mortified. Anyway a couple of weeks ago my brother was ripping onto me about us getting pregnant over Xmas and I went "oh it must have been that time here on Xmas day" my mum and dad nearly wet themselves laughing 😂😂

InkyPaper · 16/03/2021 20:01

Evening everyone! Just taking my seat on the bus - think I'm gonna hang out at the back this month.

I think I've blocked out all my embarrassing stories 😂🙈 if I remember one I'll add it!

DH and I have been together for 9 years (almost) 😊

@Minster2012 I'm glad AF showed up without you needing to take anything but also sad for you too ❤️ sorry you're having a rough time right now, the biggest of hugs for you ❤️ we're all here if you need us or want to talk ❤️

@DJMum83 are you feeling any better today? Hope the tablets are working

@Gem176 glad your scan went well!!

@paintfairy sorry AF turned up but the lack of spotting suggests the progesterone is doing something which is good

@Tornado2Inc what are you knitting this time round? Hope your knee feels better soon!

@Crazydoglady123 wow that sounds like a really intense appointment you had this morning. Definitely a bit worrying that the two consultants seem to be of different opinions! Have you made up your mind as to what you're going to do?

@Clairey844 I've been taking Seven Seas for 4 months and absolutely nothing has happened for me 😭 but I know a load of people who had success with it so it could just be because I'm internally broken 😂

@Dollybird89 glad you're starting to feel a bit better ❤️

lucyrp · 16/03/2021 20:06

@Dollybird89 known my OH 9 years this year. Went out in high school then re kindled a few years later. Been together 5 and a half years to date 🥰

My embarrassing story was one of the first times me and OH had sex again when we started seeing each other (had obviously had sex when we were together 3 years ish previously) and I was on my period and left the tampon in there and kept checking the string was still there, we were out and about in the middle of nowhere and he'd bent me over the passenger seat of his car so there was no possibility of taking it out as it would be far too messy and also embarrassing for one of the first times... anyway it got lost up there and I had to lie on the back seats of his car with my legs wide open trying to find it when he says "do you want me to help?" Actually had to accept the help too as was near having to go to hospital to fish it out 😭😭🤣🤣

Florence13 · 16/03/2021 20:17

@Minster2012 thanks for the new bus, sorry to hear af is here instead of a BFP but at least your not in limbo hun. I completely understand why it is all feeling so tough at this point here if you need anything.

Well embarrassing story wise I guess the worst was about 7 years ago when me and OH had just DTD on the sofa he had in his room. Then he pulled his trousers on and his dad knocked on the door and proceeded to walk in, I managed to put my trousers over my legs but not properly on. And his Dad just stood there and had a full blown conversation whilst I sat very awkwardly hoping he would leave.

Me and OH have been together 8 years and nearly married for 2.

Florence13 · 16/03/2021 20:18

@Sausage1990 sorry to hear about the migraine I hope it goes away soon and you manage to sleep it off.

Haiyaa · 16/03/2021 20:56

Taking my seat! @Sausage1990 I’ll be trying to hold out until Monday. Still only 9 DPO and my husband thinks I should just wait to see if AF turns up as it stresses me out 🙄 but I managed a squinter at 9 DPO with DD so hopefully will get the same again!

Sorry AF turned up @Minster2012, but at least now you are out of limbo and can focus on what is to come. Time for all the chocolate and wine?

Embarrassing stories.... hmmmm well when DH was living at home after uni I went to visit (we lived a couple of hours away from each other), back when we had the luxury of lying in and morning 🍆 about 10am DH dad knocked then walked straight into the bedroom to find me straddling DH! Absolutely fucking mortified 😵

Then went down for breakfast to find him sat in the living room unable to look each other in the eye!

Crazydoglady123 · 16/03/2021 21:05

There's some really good embarrassing stories on here 👏👏👏

@InkyPaper I know right! Well I'd say I've pretty much made my mind up we're going to start immediately. I'm currently sat looking at my last dose of Clomid deciding whether to take it tonight or not 🤷🏽‍♀️ I'm already starting to feel a lot of pressure on my ovaries and I'm only CD6 (you're the same day aren't you?)

InkyPaper · 16/03/2021 21:39

@Crazydoglady123 I'm a little bit further ahead - CD9. So would taking that last dose make much of a difference? Or does it not matter much in the grand scheme as you're starting straight away?

Sausage1990 · 16/03/2021 22:25

@haiyaa let's both try to hold out until Monday (if af doesn't arrive for me before then) - we can help each other stay strong lol 💪🏻 I'm currently trying not to symptom spot like a crazy person at 5dpo 🙈 I keep looking back at my log from before my positive in August to see if I'm feeling anything similar which essentially is torture! I'm not guna pretend I'm going to stop because I won't be able to and I know I'm in good company with you all here 😂

Lililou · 16/03/2021 22:30

Hi everyone,

Hoping you kept my seat warm for me while I was away. I was one of the many December BFPs. Unfortunately it turned out to be an ectopic pregnancy and required emergency surgery in January. Fortunately it didn't rupture but the whole experience was pretty awful including the poor treatment from the hospital.

This month will be our first month TTC again and I'm looking forward to getting back to that place of excitement and nerves. I'm glad I took a bit of time away from TTC after it but We think we're ready again now. Trying not to think about the possibility of another ectopic right now but it's something I'm aware I'm at increased risk for now.

We'd conceived after two months last time, now I'm down a tube so I expect it might be a little longer. No children as of yet.

Looking forward to the crazy chats and thread titles again. 😃

Haiyaa · 16/03/2021 22:57

Hi @Lililou, sorry to hear about your loss that must have been really hard for you especially with the surgery and loss of a tube. Great that you are feeling ready to jump back in though, you never know you could still fall really quickly again will keep my fingers crossed for you! Where are you in your cycle? Did the surgery/ectopic disrupt it at all? Have you been in touch with PALS at the hospital regarding how you were treated?

Yes @Sausage1990 stay strong 💪 I’m not even going to allow myself to order a test until the weekend! Keeping temptation out of reach! Hoping AF stays away so we can test together!

BlondePotter · 16/03/2021 22:58

@Lililou welcome back, sorry to hear about your loss ♥️♥️

@Minster2012 you do an incredible job driving our bus, but no pressure to do so ♥️ absolutely normal to cry at AF, we are here for you lovely xxx

Loving the embarrassing stories everyone! Thanks for sharing 🤣
I'm now struggling to think of one myself! They probably all happen at times when I've drunk too much and have memory loss - which was a lot!!
Couple of years ago I did a charity walk for 20 miles round London, and then drank a bottle of wine and absinthe cocktails afterwards. Trouble was DH came to London to meet me for our Xmas present of a historical pub tour - and I spent the whole time loudly slagging off the tour guide and stumbling around 🙈🙈
I didn't even remember DH coming to meet me, just suddenly sobered up on the train home and was like 'when did you get here'?
Been with him 5 years and we'll have been married for 2 in a couple of months when baby gets here ♥️

Vil10 · 16/03/2021 22:59

@DKDK123 hahah I love a good walk, helps clear the mind I suppose!! Thankyou x

@Minster2012 hope you're feeling better driver, don't even apologise for being sad or emotional or not popping on enough, you take the time you need, we're here❤️

@Dollybird89 me and OH have been together 3 years this year, it'll be 3 years since our first date in a few days actually!

@Lililou oh I'm so sorry about your loss, that sounds awful!! Sending you hugs❤️

Embarrassing story, I'm pretty sure I've told before on here, I have the one about tic tac dick, but that's a longer one, other one is I was seeing someone about 5/6 years ago, was a bit of a goon not gonna lie, he came round on his dinner break and my mum and dad were on holiday and I'd just got some lovely expensive white bedding, anyway one thing led to another, he goes down on me and I tbink to myself bhell I'm pretty wet, didnt know why because I didn't really fancy the guy that much, he looks up, blood everywhere, I instantly thought omg ive come on my period in this poor lads face, nope, turns out he'd had a nose blood whilst face down in my vagina, all over my new bedding, safe to say I told him to leave and didn't speak to him again😂😂

DJmum83 · 16/03/2021 23:16

Hi everyone.

@Minster2012 so sorry your a bit down but don't you worry we all have your back and your allowed to have your off days.
I'm glad AF is here and you don't need to bring it on, on to the next step to meet your rainbow 🌈 xx

Well I have been much better today so touch wood I think pills are working, I managed out of bed and haven't been sick since yesterday. Pray girls that's me and I can get back to work.

Thank you everybody that asked about me.,

Embarrassing stories,
Well I had got a new pair of white jeans I was 12 at the time and I thought I was the bees knees, I was at the playing park with my friends and older boys when an older boy shouted what's that? Yip was my period showing through my fancy white jeans. It was my first period and my mum hadn't told me about periods so I started screaming that I was dying.
Worst embarrassing moment of my life.

I plan to tell my girls early about periods and never buy them white jeans. Xx

Florence13 · 17/03/2021 06:27

Morning ladies, loving all these stories.

@Lililou welcome back but so sorry you have had such a tough time.

@Sausage1990 and @Haiyaa you got this girls you can hold out. Keeping fingers crossed af stays away for you both we need some more BFPs this month.

@Minster2012 how are you feeling today?
