Ok so we need to get back to us ladies, back to fun games, POAS & getting fit, but you need to help me Cos Minster is flagging with a fuck boy body worse than the rest 🥺

Guess what...it’s nearly Easter & know what that means! 🐰🐣...We don’t want the 🐰to have the fun but bloody hell sometimes it’s a f*cling egg hunt all right 🙈🤣.

March and April we’ve got a lot of exciting times ahead with people going for Clomid & IVF as well as a lot of straight up sex for the “normal” TTC gang so let’s get shagging & FIND THOSE 🐣🌈.

We are still working on our spring challenges alongside trying to get pregnant and we’ve had great results so far- feel free to have a catch up on those and add your own.

And we are still helping each other get fitter, more positive through sharing small changes we are making in our lives and trying to inspire & support each other with these too...as well as of course being there for each other during the sad times.

@Minster2012 how was your husbands last SA? My husband got his first SA pot today 😂 he didn't look thrilled but I told him he can wait until AF comes but then we're booking it in ASAP. He has to drop it at the hospital so it will be tight to get there within the hour! I should hear back next week about my blood results. Never had blood taken before in my life so that was new... surprisingly quick job! Just gutted she said my cervix looks red and bloody though which isn't good 😬 been bleeds brown all afternoon after the smear

Oh man @Minster2012 that looks a giant pain in the arse, I keep threatening to redecorate because I'm bored of lockdown - good remindeR about how hard it is!

@bez91 thank you, I'm sorry to hear about your losses. I am trying to be as positive as I can, I don't want to wallow for too long! It's good that you're getting some tests done, hopefully they make everything clearer for you.

Well, the school booked me in for a phone call eventually, mum 2 went to visit it yesterday and waited for me in the school run, we were talking for nearly 2 hours 😲, she is very pleased and excited about this school, so will pester a bit more next week and see where that takes us as we still have plenty of time for an appeal to our chosen school

I've forgotten who mentioned functional neurological disorder. This is what I have although mine is functional neurological dystonia. Same thing happened, blue lighted with suspected stroke. If u need to know anything ( not that I know much) give me a wee pm ❤

Hope all is good for everyone in the world of ttc and nobody is too down. Trying to keep up but I get confused easily 🤦‍♀️ and all the ivf chat goes straight over my head. I've learned loads about it from u guys on here but wow its so complicated isn't it? Xx

Yeah I've had to keep myself busy all day just to stop myself from testing again, I've washed down the kitchen cupboards, skirting boards, white walls lol and coloured about 4 pages of dd colouring farm book 🤣 BTW I'm pleased for you regarding the bfn you have been waiting for :) now you can begin your next cycle right?

@larrythelizard I think I'm 12 dpo today with with temp dip at 8dpo or 10 dpo with dip at 6dpo which is unlikely right? Going to re test Sunday and see what that says, what's your plans for the weekend?? I gotta drive an hour away tomorrow to pick up our eldest (my step daughter)

@2020mission hubby's last one he got told he was "average" which he was distraught about, clearly he thought he was gonna be told he had super sperm but no "average" they literally said that one word 😂🤣I was like "that's good!" 😅🙄no issue, he was like "not amazing though" FFS. We haven't got a pot he's gotta go old school. There, in a room! 9am! And for those that care, they say 3 days abstaining, but prior to that 3 days you have to have had sex within 7 days prior to that. Now bearing in mind it's on Thursday & im still bleeding 🤔😬. They gotta keep it room temp too @2020mission 🤣you've never had blood taken omg 😂are you near AF then?

@2020mission my DH picked up his first SA pot today too, I'm going to get him to book his asap. No point in me waiting for AF to show to do it, that could be months away! Do you know when you'll get your results back from your tests? Hope you don't have to wait too long

Ohh that's good he has his pot too 👍 is he feeling all right about doing it haha? I'll get the blood results in a week so hopefully next Friday. Not sure about the results from the smear though and when the referral will happen. I'm 5 DPO and hoping this might be the miracle month just so we don't have to keep going as it's already feeling stressful 😅 and this is only simple tests not even at the actual fertility clinic! I think it's mostly because she sent me away with pessaries and said my cervix looks bad though so I'm just worrying now. When are you getting your bloods done?

Wish you ladies could have seen my OH having his bloods taken for screening today...he was soooooo embarrassing 😂😂😩😭 Considering his well over 6ft and built and was sat in the chair with the most loveliest nurse, nearly in tears, sweat patches on his t shirt and had to bury his head in his jumper while she did it 🙈

They’re the ones we used to use @Vil10, there are some super fancy “real feel” or something that I would get if they were on offer. I prefer without but actually I like the lack of Lake Spermo with condoms!

@Crazydoglady123 you have me laughing with your DH and his needle phobia although I can’t talk as I am the same. DH has to do my heparin after my section and even then I was pulling away 😂

I think they should have price car cubicles at the hospital for men to deposit their sample 😂

DD has had a lovely day and I only cried twice 😭 so I guess that is good?!

@2020mission when he read the part of the leaflet that said the hospital had a dedicated room for it he was mortified 😂 he kept going "what if you saw someone coming out of that room?! You'd just know" luckily we live within an hour of the hospital so he doesn't have to worry about the room 😂 oh a miracle month would be the best!! I hope that you get your miracle this month!! I've got my first blood test in Wednesday, they're going to be at random times as my cycle is so irregular, but the doctor only requested one test so I think I'm going to have to keep chasing for the second one, but one step at a time I guess.

@Minster2012 aww bless ya ❤️ Don't beat yourself up about exercising, still awesome that you kept up with the yoga and Pilates even while feeling crappy - I just turn into a potato.

@2020mission was the bleeding from the smear itself? I always bleed when I have one. Its normal for me. But it's not really normal. I do wonder how the hsg will go because of this. We shall see. My smear results are always OK though.
@blackcurrantqueen oh, we really did do the last one in the car! 🙈🤣
The first one wasn't great. And I know the longer it is, the worse it'll test. We live about 20 minutes away. But then you have to factor in timing it to be ready just before, then when you get there it's a trek to the department. Ours was done at an hour but I think 1 hour 15 is max. There was no option to do it there for us because of covid. The last one did come back better, so whether that was it, I don't know?
@Minster2012 we were told 2 days abstain for IUI. Funny how they all seem to vary?!

Either way @Hopeful110 you're early still. With DS I really thought I knew I was pregnant all week (previous MC) but nothing showed up until the day before AF.

Getting there @InkyPaper thanks for asking although did an hour or so on work emails earlier and it wiped me out, massive headache after and needed a nap. Quite annoying! Think it may be more of a phased return to work next week than I'd planned.

@Minster2012 we only moved in 3 years ago and have decorated it all since then so don't actually need to do it, I just wanted something to plan! Did start planning DS 'big boy' room but really he's not getting out of that cot until he really really has to!

Also @Minster2012 and all the other IVF ladies, wow, it sounds so complicated but I am enjoying (not sure if that's the right word) learning about it.

@InkyPaper yep you say that & fir our first cycle, with my friend as surro, we DID see someone we know, coming out of the room, we avoided, then we couldn't the NEXT time we saw them (him & his Mrs) in the waiting room when we went in with my best friend next time, the 3 of us. Weirdly sat in the waiting room, he was kind of an acquaintance?? Like not close close?? Anyway. DH went over as blatant that time we had seen each other and actually said our situation (we were there for our viability scan so my friend was 8 weeks pregnant & we were hoping to be discharged) so DH had to ask him not to say anything as he explained no one knew in our family who these ppl also knew because of HOW we knew them. Anyway, weirdly he had found out he had testiculor cancer & his wife was actually pregnant (visibly) so he was depositing his sperm to be frozen a number of times! We've seen them a number of times since (outside the clinic!) all fine but yeah, they were the first to know 😬
So weird!

Your post, we only moved in here 4 years ago 2 weeks ago too, but we may be on the move & we also put DS from a cot into cotbed last week too! Late at 3 in July CIA no need as he sleeps well 🤔😬he's not fallen out of bed yet! 🙌🏻and I love ppl Learning about ivf! Absolutely!
