Entering the TWW with BBT charts

I FINALLY got my rise! Positive opk was 3 days later than usual and ovulation seems later than usual too after the peak! 🙈

BUT I'm in the TWW officially!! Who's with me?! I plan to analyse everything and I'll probably test early with cheapies for a laugh! No point in pretending I'll be calm and controlled throughout this TWW!!

Officially 3rd month TTC baby number 3. But had a few months before that "seeing what happens" DS 2 and DS 11months.

Anyone wanna embrace the crazy with me?!

I feel a good month coming on ladies!!! Christmas babies here we come!!

Definitely out, not that I expected any other outcome at this point. The BBT never lies, and AF just arrived.

Here's to next month being more positive (literal and figuratively) for us all.

I have been checking my bbt recently to help me identify my fertile windows as my periods are irregular. I have also been using ovulation tests. My recent one on Sunday showed my LH levels had peaked and was due to ovulate Monday. My temp was 36.41 on Sunday and 36.42 on Monday. However, the past 2 days my temperature has been dropping instead of rising 😩. I’m worried does that mean I’m not ovulating? Or is that somewhat normal. My temp is fluctuating massively 😩😩

Are you taking your temp at the same time? Do you have a pic of your chart?

What did your temp do this morning? Sometimes it can take a day or so to rise. But yes. Generally if you get a peak on an opk and no temp rise, then that says you haven't ovulated. What are normal post ov temps for you? Because for me 36.4 would be post ov for me. But everyone is different.

I have only just started using bbt so not really sure what my usual temp would be and recently stopped taking the pill after being on an implant for 3 years. It won't let me put a picture of what I'm getting

Morning guys. Sorry for all the bfn I pray next month is your mouth and congrats again to bfp. Update from me. Went to bed last night with a funny test in my mouth and just woke up today feeling nauseous. Did a test with my last superdrug test that I was keeping until 12 dpo. I'm 11dpo and cos i feel so sick I had to test lol. I will upload pic in the morning. I did take another test 9dpo but there was nothing at all on the test. There is somewhat a line but no colour if that makes sense. I will buy another test and test again tomorrow. My af due 22/23. P/a keep me in your prayers as I do you. Thank u ❤

@Faithinconception how long have you been tracking your bbt? 36.40 and above seems more like a post ovulation temp.

I am 12dpo today. I've had cramps and stitch type pains for the last 5-6 days with waves of nausea. I've woken up today with a headache. I though I was out as temps dropped and stayed low. But has picked up again today. Not sure if this could be implantation?? I soo hope it is. I got a BFN yesterday. I will test again either tomorrow or Sunday.

@LemonDrizzle44 started on 27/2 but the had LH surge yesterday 1.17 even though the app I used had said already 3dpo now I’m confused. Cause it changed to I’m ovulating today 😩even though I thought supposed to be 4dpo.

@Faithinconception I find fertility friend much easier to use and better a predicting ovulation.

Ah I find it confusing. I think I’m just gonna leave it and see what happens. I’m assuming the days where my cervical mucus is watery and more visible is when I’m more fertile so will make most of those days instead.

@Faithinconception in total honesty I have no idea what I'm looking at. That chart is really confusing. Try fertility Friend. Much easier to read.

Hey everyone. @Cakelaur. Just an update from me got a faint line at 11dpo. The pain I felt on 9dpo was so excruciating so happy it resulted in my bfp. I pray you guys get your bfp as well. Remain hopeful

@Lizbb I'm 13dpo today. Tested this morning BFN 😞. I've got sore boobs, stomach cramps and nausea. AF due Wednesday. Temps usually start dropping from 14dpo so will know if I'm definitely out tomorrow.

This is my first time charting my temps so I have absolutely nothing to compare to! I had a MMC a few days before Christmas so I'm anxiously waiting, currently on 9DPO according to FF.
On 5DPO I had a temp drop and then very light pink spotting from 6DPO which is still happening.
What do you think of my chart?! Are my post Ov temps on the low side?

Hi @Natalie3387 your chart looks good so far. I also have a dip at 5 dpo usually due to a secondary oestrogen surge which is common. Some months I have low temps with a slow rise. Other months I have a sharp rise with higher temps.
Do you usually have spotting?
