Entering the TWW with BBT charts

I FINALLY got my rise! Positive opk was 3 days later than usual and ovulation seems later than usual too after the peak! 🙈

BUT I'm in the TWW officially!! Who's with me?! I plan to analyse everything and I'll probably test early with cheapies for a laugh! No point in pretending I'll be calm and controlled throughout this TWW!!

Officially 3rd month TTC baby number 3. But had a few months before that "seeing what happens" DS 2 and DS 11months.

Anyone wanna embrace the crazy with me?!

@LemonDrizzle44 I don't think you've missed your peak. I normally have a very quick surge and ovulation follows soon after but it's been more drawn out this cycle. I had a couple of days of OPKs like that then got my positive on CD15 but my temp hasn't risen yet and I'm on CD17 today. I had ovulation pain yesterday so hoping it's happened today 🤞🤞🤞 If not, I'm worried it's annovulatory for me this cycle which would suck because we've done so well with DTD during fertile week

@lemondrizzle44 that is how IC's look for me when I get a peak on CB digital. They never get as dark as the cover line. Hopefully not (🤞) but I think you might be right that it has happened today.

@polkadotpixie I get a test like my 10:30 one and a peak within 2hrs. I usually ovulate within 12 hours of my peak. Unless I test 3-4 times a day I can quite easily miss my peak.

@ContadoraExplorer I get a really dark line for my peak if I get it spot on. I usually test 3x a day as I get more of a second line and should have tested at 1pm ish but was at work and didnt have OPK with me. I also have EWCM which I only get on the day of ovulation. So looking likely. Trying not to be disheartened and looking at the positives of a short cycle.

@LemonDrizzle44 I'm usually exactly the same, low to peak within hours then ovulation the same day or next at the latest, no idea what's going on with me this month

Sorry I’m behind on thread everyone. Hope you’re all doing ok! I’m quite enjoying the break from temping . I’m heading towards ovulation now though so will still keep trying to dtd where possible.

Only a slight temp rise this morning, I don't think I've ovulated 😩 This has never happened to me before and I'm stressed

What cycle day are you @polkadotpixie ? Maybe you’re ovulating bit later this month?

3DPO here. Only DTD twice although once on the day I got a peak. Definitely not feeling that confident again, probably the length of time we've been trying making me cynical. Temps been a little erratic this month too although the big drop at the start is possibly hangovet related and also got my first jag last week and felt a bit rough for a couple of days so not sure if it will have affected temps.

@polkadotpixie I've had slow rises sometimes, see what tomorrow brings...and might has well try to BD again just in case 😁

@slothmamatobe enjoy the lack of temping, perhaps the lack of stressing over it will help 😊

@SlothMamaToBe I'm on CD18 and pretty much always ovulate between CD14 and CD17. I had a positive OPK very late on CD14 and all day on CD15 so thought I'd ovulate yesterday on CD17 at the latest. I had ovulation pain on CD16 but no temp rise

@ContadoraExplorer I don't think DH will be up for DTD again today, we've done the last 5 days and he complained last night that he was knackered 😂 Hoping it is just a slow rise 🤞 My boobs hurt a bit which they normally do after ovulation so hopefully it did happen. Your temp looks good though!

Definitely got a nice strong line today so didn't miss peak yesterday. Will probably ovulate tonight instead. Not that it makes any difference with DP being away.

@lemondrizzle44 that is really strong! Where do you get the ratings from, is it an app?

The premom app and just select "other" OPKs if not using premom or easy@home.

How is everyone else getting on?

Hi I feel like I'm going mad so would like to know if others have been through anything like this.

I was due on AF Tuesday 15th June but it came on Friday 11th which is unusual for me as I'm
Never early, I had been feeling sick so I did a test and like I thought it was negative, but come Wednesday I felt so crampy and sick so I did a test just to stop my mind going mad. Surprisingly it was positive, I then did a clear blue digital that said 1-2 week. However I don't feel good about it because of the bleed, it wasn't heavy and not like a real period but it was more than spotting but I was negative at that point so I'm Just so confused.
I had a miscarriage back in feb and I can help but believe this is another.

I just want others opinions really. Thanks x

Hi @polkadotpixie my chart doesn't look very pretty, sure the hot weather has thrown some of my temps off. I had my positive opk on cd15 and ovulated late on cd16 (had bad ovulation pains which I rarely get). DP is back home DTD last night (within 24hrs of ovulation) but not holding out too much hope.

@Rct4 congratulations on your BFP! It sounds like could well have been an implantation or breakthrough bleed. Understandable that you are anxious though. Could you ask GP to refer you to EPAU for reassurance?

I’m CD14 here. Left my fertil-lily in a bit long after DTD this morning n had pink bleeding on wiping 🥺. It didn’t hurt or anything though. Anyone else experienced this?

@rct4 I had a bit of a bleed at 5 weeks with my first pregnancy. It was just for a couple of days and was old, dark blood so it is quite comment and might be nothing. If you're worried contact EPU they'll be able to give you the best advice.

Hi ladies, AF arrived for me yesterday. That was cycle 6 for us. Feeling a bit down as 6 months feels like something of a milestone. I guess naively we didn’t think it would take this long. Need to dust myself off and get ready for cycle 7 x

I'm 9DPO today (9th month trying) had some cramps and back pain yesterday and felt really sick. I got some free tests with my clear blue OPK's which are meant to go in a digital monitor but decided to POAS anyway, immediately thought I could see a faint line but this morning I tried again and can't see anything so i got my hopes up for nothing. AF due by the weekend, will avoid testing again until she shows or doesn't.

OK, i know I said I wasn't going to but I feel really nauseous and it's not going away so I caved and did a FRER I had tucked away. It's faint but is that a positive?

@ContadoraExplorer I believe I can see a faint line there!! Maybe do another in the morning? Keeping everything crossed for you x

@ContadoraExplorer that looks just like the one I took at 8dpo, the next day it was a proper pink line. Does it have colour in person? Try again in the morning 🤞

@a1b2c3d4e5f6g7 it appeared within the 3 mins and has a slight colour to it so really hoping it is. I definitely feel "different" this month but I was putting it down to exhaustion... maybe its not! How are you doing? You must be about 6/7 weeks now?
