Entering the TWW with BBT charts

I FINALLY got my rise! Positive opk was 3 days later than usual and ovulation seems later than usual too after the peak! 🙈

BUT I'm in the TWW officially!! Who's with me?! I plan to analyse everything and I'll probably test early with cheapies for a laugh! No point in pretending I'll be calm and controlled throughout this TWW!!

Officially 3rd month TTC baby number 3. But had a few months before that "seeing what happens" DS 2 and DS 11months.

Anyone wanna embrace the crazy with me?!

@a1b2c3d4e5f6g7 I dunno, I think I'll wait until AF does or doesn't appear. I've just watch Line of Duty so I've had enough disappointment for this week already!

Probably saved some money on testing... feeling crampy and have spotting now. Ugh.

@ContadoraExplorer 😂😂 I’ve not watched it but hearing so many are really into it. Don’t think can start it now after seeing so many spoilers everywhere!

Same think I’ll just wait it out also. Saving money on tests too 😁 I’m spotting still, tinted cm, and period is due tomorrow. Temps increased again today but only slightly (36.81). Would appreciate clearer signals!

@a1b2c3d4e5f6g7 i have differing opinions from FF and Ovia again but I'm not due until either Thurs or Sat depending which app you look at. I did start spotting 3 days out with my last few though so think FF is probably more accurate. My temp was still up this morning 98.17⁰F but I was similar last month too and then dropped right before AF.

LOD has always been really good... until last night which was a total anticlimax 🤣

@ContadoraExplorer hate disappointing endings, especially after you’ve really invested in a series!

Your temp is pretty high! That’s annoying about two different period dates - do they both agree that you ovulated same day? I just use the one app, so who knows if mine is correct 🤷‍♀️

@a1b2c3d4e5f6g7 It is really high and I was the same when I got my BFP but unfortunately last month my temps were quite high too (albeit maybe a little more jumpy)

I would use one too but I've always used Ovia and quite like the little bits of info they drop in when you update symptoms but the FF charts are much easier to look at!

I’ve been feeling a bit ‘different’ but still only 9dpo ... AF due Friday. Going to try and wait to test!

Mine looks different to last month, as my temp dropped a couple days before period. However I really feel like it’s coming any moment now 😒

Thank you! I think it’s looking ok too but I don’t want to get my hopes up too much... I’m even doubting how I’m taking my temps because just in case I’m giving myself false hope! I’ve been leaving the thermometer in my mouth a bit before taking it as it’s always cold in the room - so thought this might be more accurate (please someone tell me if this is a bad idea though!!) .
Feeling different with things like usually my boobs are really sore by now pre AF but they feel normal. I have mild cramps but feels heavy more than anything. A bit woozy and really dry lips which I never have! It could definitely all be in my head though!!

I’ve heard some people say that it feels like AF is coming before BFP so if your temps are still up then don’t lose hope 🙏.

@SlothMamaToBe well this sounds very positive and I’m hopeful for you! I don’t know about warming the thermometer, I just use mine for the time til it beeps but it does always say ‘Lo’ before I put it in my mouth.

Sore boobs and cramps have all gone weirdly, I had them up til yesterday, so I’m really thinking I’ll get a slightly delayed temp drop in the morning and then I’ll be out

@SlothMamaToBe that chart is looking great especially with the further rise yesterday. Will you test in the next few days or wait it out? Fingers tightly crossed for you x

@Hopefulhedgehog thank you , I’m feeling bit apprehensive about it. Had more AF type pains this morning so I’m starting to think might all be in my head 😕. Going to try and wait til Friday to test but it’s difficult not to cave!! How are you getting on?

I’ve consoled myself with ordering the Zita West fertility pack of supplements and more ubiquinol to take a higher dose this month.

I’m 36, ttc number one, and have been trying since August 2020. Had a miscarriage in October, not a hint of a positive since. How about everyone else?

I am in the older bracket too, I'm actually in my 40's ttc number 3. Had dd 2 at 38 very second cycle ttc.
I've had an ectopic and a few chemicals ttc this one.
I have decided that I will be trying for the next two cycles, then I am going to call it a day if nothing happens

@Drinksometeawithme I'm trying to follow the It Starts With the Egg supplement recommendations - ubiquinol is for egg quality. There were lots of studies (can see some of them on the book website) that showed it really helps with this, and fertility clinics suggest it also. Good to take if we are older, and if we've had losses also. Good for men for sperm also. I started it last month, apparently it takes 3 months for full effects.

I started 200 mg, but apparently clinics recommend 400 mg - its expensive (want Kanada ubiquinol) but I'll increase the dose this month

Pretty sure I'm headed for AF too. Temp dropped a wee bit this morning and now I'm feeling crampy. This is so frustrating 😔

Fingers crossed @SlothMamaToBe - hope those temps stay up. I’m CD8 today so gearing up for lots of DTD! I normally ovulate CD11 or 12. Hopefully it’s lucky cycle #4.

I am having such a painful period. They haven't been painful for months, probably since mid last year. I'm wondering if it could be the acupuncture, but ouch! I forgot how bad it can be 😂
