@Theawkwardblonde that's so shitty of them, hard enough what your going through already ❤️ honestly, I don't think a workout could have brought that on, try not to be as hard on yourself, (easier said than done)but you don't deserve to feel that way. Sometimes people don't realise how dangerous their words can be to someone ttc, I'm no doctor but I have read that those little eggs are very durable if they are viable, sometimes it could just be an off chromosome or something simple that caused it on you ❤️❤️ it's not fair but I don't think it's your fault at all.

@Theawkwardblonde wow, what an incredibly insestive and stupid thing for your friends and mum to say! Hope your okay? In regards to vitamins I am taking Feroglobin which has iron, folic acid and B12. Also taking CoQ10 , vitamin E and vitamin D! And a daily glass if POM!

With regards to exercising during pregnancy I rode my horse as normal through my first pregnancy till I was probably about at least 6 months pregnant. The point I stopped was when his bloody head kept bouncing on my bladder 🤣

You guys are all so lovely and your reactions and well wishes mean so much to me! I've just started my progesterone support twice daily suppositories here I come! You have to lie down fof 30mins after you put it in as apparently it melts and is really messy. I'm afraid I've been so wrapped up in my journey over the past few days i haven't kept up with where everyone is so I need to catch up!

@Motherofkittens28 when I had progesterone suppositories I used them rectally which was a bit less messy (tmi) haha

If all goes well next week it's likely out last FW before ivf so may as well give it all we've got! We are aiming for every other day this month including after ovulation as I’ve heard that having sperm inside the womb during implantation can help for some reason or other!! Usually don’t manage it much after ovulation so giving it a good go this month!! 🤞🏻

I was supposed to get my fertility clinic call tomorrow but it's been pushed to Friday (no clue what time). Annoyingly I've taken a day off work and pushed all my meetings to Friday, so there will need to be some creative juggling happening (or ghosting a bunch of meetings!).

Also, wow I feel like I'm not taking enough vitamins compared to some of you! I'm taking the multivit pregnacare and DH is on a few supplements (the usual suspects for male factor fertility). I'll maybe raise this at the appointment call on Friday...

Afternoon all. 👋 Hope you don't mind me joining. Been TTC #1 since May 2019 - what a long assed length of time ey?!
We've finally been referred to an (in)fertility clinic (urghh on the name!) and wondered if anyone can shed a light on what to expect on the first appointment? We have jt at the end of the month and it's, as you can imagine, all a bit new.

Ahhhhhhhhhh think we have totally missed fertile days this month 😫 dp has been exhausted from work, I have had headaches/migraines the day he was ok 🤦🏼‍♀️ I don't know if I am cycle day 11 or 12 today..... usually ovulate between 11 and 13 ... had sharp pains yesturday so think I already have! Dtd cd7/8 that's it 😫🤦🏼‍♀️😫🤦🏼‍♀️

@XPeach123 hey welcome! Yep that is a long time. So have you had tests done with the gp yet? Bloods and scan and SA for him? If so, it'll be a repeat SA for him if that was low. Amh blood test for you and guessing afc scan as well, that will count your eggs. It's what I'm getting on Monday!

@RobinRose those days will still count if he has strong swimmers! Can you do it today? The egg can hang around for 24 hours so hopefully you catch it on its way out!
