@Crazydoglady123 me either I never heard of it until today, it's supposed to move ovulation earlier in your cycle and improve egg quality, thank you I'm taking those as well ❤️ I ordered some l-arginine to start too.

@CreativeThinkerTequilaDrinker that's exactly it you have to gauge the correct amount of pushing or he retreats lol I'll have a look at the proxeed plus, he son the pregnacare conception at the moment. I will deffo be adding my signature - no help at all over 40 here!

@Crazydoglady123 oh I understand, my nearest clinic is Wimbledon, but still 1.5 hours away so will be a struggle during the cycle .. would rather go to there is the Sussex downs fertility centre nearby that looked good but just don't understand the pricing with the extra bits like the freezing of the embryo s in transfer day or the medication etc so many little costs :(s my OH is going to get his SA at the Sussex downs though and use the tests results from there or maybe I have a chat with them see if they can give me proper prices etc. The websites are so confusing. . feeling down today my AF just came after a painful clomid cycle.. my partner is currently still smoking cut it down to barely any at day but still could be the cause of problems trying to find a vape for him that is suitable but not sure if that's any better..

May get him to try that proxeed that have seen you girls mention reviews look good for that.
I'm only taking folic acid and vitamin d3 tablets any recommendations for female fertility pill? And since I have come on today I have decided when the pain stops I'm going to get off my backside and get in the treadmill and excercise dvds every day I'm not overweight but I'm unfit and have got some weight creeping on for depressive eating lately lol so goals this month' lol

@Annny27 yeah hope so! Need them bk by next weds as that's when we have the private consultation and they need amh n SA to go ahead. Although we could use the first SA results I guess. Yay to ovulation! Enjoy all the dtd! I'm sure you don't have shit eggs, I'm being scanned next Monday. It's best to get the afc scan and amh test close together as you need both to get a proper understanding of your eggs.

@CreativeThinkerTequilaDrinker such good news about the improved SA, I really hope my dhs has improved to, not sure how I'll feel if it's still bad! :( he takes proxeed too and I got him loose boxers for his bday just gone. Also stopped smoking since sept and cut bk loads on the booze so it'll be pretty heartbreaking if it's not improved!
@Aimzie I tried soya, didn't agree with me and gave me really bad ov pain so won't try it again. If you DM me your address I can post them to you FOC if you like? I won't be using them and only took a weeks worth or something.

My friend is due in a few weeks, and my other best mate who got pregnant straight away (due in 2 months) want to go for a socially distanced walk this week. I feel like a bitch but I just can't deal with it 😞
I told them about the miscarriage and their response was "why does this keep happening? What are you doing wrong?" Feel like punching a wall when they say that 😞😡

@Herehoping93 i got this today, I think it's great but there's a website called piping rock.com and it does really cheap sups so you can get any individual ones you want with high doses it's great.

Also in regard to pregnancy announcements and the 'I'm happy for them but sad for me' - I am not happy for them, not at all. The only people I feel happy for are those who have struggled like us. The rest can do one 🤣

Hi everyone, sorry I have been so quiet it’s been a rocky road over here. So yesterday I started experiencing cramping and some pink spotting, me being the worrier I am went to my fertility clinic and requested blood tests and paid for a very early scan (4 weeks 6 days!!) to which they reluctantly agreed. They saw nothing on the scann, not even a gestational sac which should be visible by now ☹️☹️ I have had more spotting today and my tests are getting lighter. Waiting for the blood test results to come back tomorrow to see what’s going on, she said it could be one of three things
1.too early dates mixed up
2.eptopic 😳

1. Miscarriage about to happen. She said it was 50/50 between 1/2 and 3. Literally cried all day....

...But my endometrium is still incredibly thick and my cervix closed so she really had no idea.. as I haven’t actually bled she said I couldn’t of passed it already and to be honest my spotting has slowed down now so who knows!! Sitting duck over here

@notyetamumbuttrying I had my folicl scan in.october and was fine so just getting amh now incase we have to get ivf as it's a requirement to get that blood test

@theawkwardblonde sorry your friends were shit :( we question ourselves enough after miscarriage without others doing it too! I ran for a train and I was convinced that's what cause baby to stop growing..now I know that's silly of me

@Annny27 I did very mild exercise before my MC a few weeks ago. No where near as strenuous as I normally do. Doctor said exercise would be fine, but I made sure it was just a mild workout, nothing too heavy.
I had my mum saying I likely brought on the MC due to my exercise routine 😞 another friend said the same-asked if I'd exercised beforehand.
You're right, it's shit enough having a MC without people then actually saying it's your fault. If does play on your mind though and I'm still sat here thinking my workout may have brought it on.

@Theawkwardblonde can’t believe your mum and friends said that to you! How insensitive!! It’s absolutely nothing to do with exercise!! Ive decided its best to avoid people who haven’t struggled with ttc and I’ve only told my best friend about our ttc journey as she been through a miscarriage and ivf so only says supportive things! 💕
