@Aimzie aw honey!! I really do feel your pain! My sister got pregnant on the pill and with pcos and my nephew is now 6 months old! She was so scared to tell me as we'd been trying about 4 months when she found out about herself. They weren't planning another one. Life just sucks sometimes but we'll all get our time one day, keep the faith ♥️

my best friend told me she has pregnant last week which really stung. Am so happy for her but it's like Ahhh my baby that we miscarried should be 9 months old by now and me sharing my mum tips with her not the other way round. It's hard ❤

Thank you @crazydoglady122 and @marvellouslymadmum (sorry if I missed anyone I can't keep up!). I'm feeling pretty hopeless if I'm honest, all my dreams last night were about getting bad news today and I just feel numb. I honestly feel like there is no way forward from here, im sure im just being dramatic. I know there is still hope but it just doesn't feel like it right now. The call is scheduled for 12:15 today and I'm dreading it. Its my OH first day at a new job today and its really taken the shine off it as he didn't want to leave me to get the news on my own. I'm not sure id want to tell him on the phone if its bad news.

@Aimzie it's so hard hearing other people's announcements, we have been trying for so long then my brother and his wife got married august 2019 and started trying straight away, had their little one last august and I found it so hard but also so happy for them!

I'm going to have a vent now at annoying partners that just don't understand how important this is sometimes! So he wants to give up smoking and get fit too - positive news BUT I had my static smiley Sunday was due to dtd last night and tonight to be sure and he didn't want to as he has been having a bit of pain in the testicular region again, now this I understand, he's had this so many times but what frustrates me is the he won't go to the docs about it! If he would just go and get referred we could get the problem sorted once and for all but no he won't and it's probably stopping us conceiving as he has very little erm specimen and it stops him wanting to dtd when he's in pain and could even be effecting quality too, he just sticks his head in the sand and I want to scream at him that my eggs may be few and far between and not that great anymore so he'd better get off his backside and do something about it now but I don't think it would help!

@Motherofkittens28 oh babe I really do feel for you today! Do you have anyone close who knows who can come take the call with you or reschedule for when your OH gets home?

@Marvellouslymadmum IVF abroad is possibly better and deffo cheaper but I have too many responsibilities here to be able to spend along periods of time away. I follow a girl on Instagram whose having IVF abroad and she's been away for a couple of months this time.

@Aimzie It's such a roller coaster of emotions TTC and not at all fair. Just take each day as it comes chick

@Annny27 awh I am so so sorry for your loss 😔💔 it really should be the other way around for you.
@notyetamumbuttrying @Marvellouslymadmum it's so hard to be sad for yourself and happy for them, it's not a nice feeling mixed with guilt and jealousy 💔 I think my best friend is ready for her second baby and I actually think she's scared to tell me, although I was truly happy for her with her first.
Oh that is so frustrating isn't it. I feel like that with my OH sometimes too and actually mad at him if he doesn't dtd, yeah just keep at him and hopefully he will come around and get checked for you both ❤️

@Crazydoglady123 omg I never thought of that, that seems an awfully long time to be away, is that due to corona? I definitely couldn't do that either 😕 he definitely needs to get it checked but he has a fear of going to the doctors it infuriates me!

I can relate to your frustration. I feel like I’m doing so much and have been for so long - tracking cycle, taking supplements, now temping, cutting back on alcohol etc. I’ve spent money on tests, vitamins, fertility aids etc but DP can’t remember to take his one tablet a day and if I mention it’s my fertility window then he thinks dtd once should be enough. In fact I’m worried we have missed our day this cycle (again) because he was too tired... think should have dtd on day 10 but missed until day after. As PP said, your DP def needs to get the pain checked out!!

@Crazydoglady123 have you looked into abc IVF at all cheapest I've found in the UK im looking into this and watched a webinar last month seemed very good IVF £2,500 icis £3,700 all including midications etc.. only thing is they have a cretiria of BMI less than 30 good reserve etc I've read thousands of reviews I'm looking to get a consultation soon x

They phoned me early and said it has fertilised perfectly! I burst into tears on the phone, poor dr! Im so relieved I can't believe it. Thank you for all the kind messages, its only hurdle one but its wonderful to have cleared it!

@SlothMamaToBe I'm literally so frustrated I could cry, I've been trying so hard and like you added all these things in but I know he's just going to carry in refusing to go! He's had this pain on and off for about 20 years, each time he's been to the docs they give him antibiotics and every now and then send him for sexual health checks Incase he has an sti which he's never had, it's to do with the epididymal tube he's been told before but the only way he's going to get it sorted is to get referred to a urologist and he's just so scared every time he has to see a doc or has any pain that it'll be something horrible that he'd rather not go unless he absolutely has to! So we've probably missed our chance this cycle, even though we dtd 4,6,9,10,12 I got my peak 13 so would've ovulated yesterday or today and with his issues I doubt his swimmers are very good at all! In fact he was even told they weren't 15 years ago when ttc with his ex

Thank you so much everyone, you are all so amazing and have been so supportive! So I have to start taking progesterone support twice a day from tomorrow and then I should get an update on Thursday so keep your fingers crossed! If it all goes well then embryo transfer should be on Saturday. My OH phoned from his new job and was tearing up when I told him.

Yeah, it can really mess with you head at times but all we can do is just keep trying different things. We started NTNP about 4 years ago now id say, and I started properly ttc about 2 😏 but a year ago with the fiancé properly 😅

@crazycatlady1981 oh stop I'm the exact same, like who am I kidding binning it, i take it back to check multiple times a day, literally doing acrobatics with it trying to see something 😂
I'm getting a strange feeling that I've not ovulated to later this month now because of the OPK yesterday but my temps were up from the 18th.. Now I'm doubtful because I've no pms symptoms yet and I'm 2days away from AF and a negative frer 🙄 crazy the things that do go through your mind daily ttc

@CreativeThinkerTequilaDrinker oh my god isn't it so hard, I was on a zoom meeting and my team leader announced she was preg, like I don't even know her that well and I was like omg yayyy.... (😭😭😭😭😭😭) yeah it's really such a true saying.. One of my other friends has two little kids and she's said 2 weeks ago she wants to try again in August. I was like omg please now, when we having a few drinks her fiancé's brother said to me "use are due a little one of your own soon" she was like no no no she has her wedding to plan 🤣
Kind of got catty thinking is that cos she wants on in August and doesn't want me to.. My fiancé was like no I actually think she was just being nice and excited for us.. We only got engaged in December.. But still 😂 god love him he spends most of his time talking sense into me, he gets so sad and tries to hide it, he's like I know your late again but please don't be sad if it hasn't happened so now I feel like I don't want to show him that at times too incase he's like no this is to hard on you.
God I am doing some ranting lol its 4 years of reading old threads and never having people to talk to 😅😅 but I'm still glad I'm on this one, yous are all so so lovely and deserve all the happiness in the world😛❤️

@Marvellouslymadmum yeah I think she's spending weeks-months abroad having treatment. I don't think Covid is helping tbf.

@Herehoping93 thank you. I've had a look but they don't have any clinics near us. The one we're going with is like 15-20 mins from home so OH can also do his sample at home rather than there. I'm trying to decide on which Access Fertility package but it's frazzling my head 🤯

@Annny27 that is my worry on my AMH amd AFC next week! After releasing 5 on ovulation and not getting BFP on one of them I keep stressing I have duff eggs!!

Are they worth trying?
I'm kind of all out of supplements at this stage. I'm taking everything hahaha don't know what else to try 😊
