I'm 4dpo today. Had a mc last cycle so this cycle is all over the place. My boobs are currently so sore it is making me (probably foolishly) hopeful.

I'd love to get a thread running for some support. Anyone want to join?

Oh no @Fifi1086 sorry to hear you are bleeding. It's only light though so there is still a chance it is implantation?

I've just attempted to check my cervix. Not a clue what I'm supposed to be doing but pretty sure it's not in the right position for a BFP. Seems pretty low. That said don't have much to compare it to since I don't usually check! Was feeling positive but now feeling a bit sad. Bloody rollercoaster this TWW.
Also desperate to go for a run but terrified that could have a negative effect on implantation, anyone know if running is OK?

@coffee1988 you're not out yet but understand how you feel. I think we all feel these emotions in the TWW. If I am not pregnant I really want this monster cycle gone. I am on CD31 but still only 7dpo gah! I have been running and understand it is fine to do so if you usually do it. As in, not taking up as a new thing. I ran 5k on Sunday and planning to 5k tomorrow. I usally run between 10-15k over the course of a week so not going to exceed what I normally do. Hope that helps!

@coffee1988 please don't read too much into the cervical position, it's not a clear indicator by any means! Especially if you've never checked it before.

I'm still cramping, and my cheap tests never turned up so it will continue to be a mystery for now ☺️

@Toastedsesame. Cramping is a good sign! I had this last cycle and thought it was AF arriving early. I have loads of cheap tests in so will begin my ridiculous early testing tomorrow. I have nothing apart from a shooting pain in my right nipple, which is starting to concern me now. I don't think that is a pregnancy related symptom so now googling other causes. Sometimes I wish there was no Google!!!

When do I get the lines on FF aswell to show dpo??

So I had nothing more after that bleed and its now back to normal cm? I went for a 5k walk hoping it would bring it on but nothing at all. I'm just going to wait and see what happens. If it was implantation I should get a BFP on fri, if it's AF I would def be full flow by Friday so either way I'll soon know what is going on

@Catmum55566 yeah if it continues I would definitely get it checked out. I'm sure I've had something similar before though and it did just go.

@mum2girls19 I could be wrong here but I think you need premium FF to get the dpo numbers.

@Mum2Girls19 oh sorry just looked again and looks as though FF has not recognised ovulation yet. When do you think you ovulated? Your FP temps are high that's probably why, was last cycle normal form you?

@Mum2Girls19 FF will confirm O after 3 high temps, that are consistently higher than the previous 5 or 6 days. It will most likely show you a dashed crosshairs though due to the variation in times you've been checking temp but that's not a big deal really! Crosshairs I think should show tomorrow!

Just caught up on everything. Really hope everyone’s doing well and remaining positive! I’ve had a day of being slightly bloated, cramps and tired! I’ve also noticed I’ve got massive blue veins around and to my nipples. Really hoping this could be a good sign but god knows. Has anyone had this before or has it?

@coffee1988 I know it’s hard to not think it’s karma. I’ve mentioned it to my fiancé and he just told me to stop being silly. I just find it mental you can get pregnant accidentally but when you actually want one it’s not that easy 🙄

@nadsc Its a good sign! Definitely had this the three times I've been pregnant, and noticing it again now so heres hoping. Try not to feel guilty about your termination, you did what was best for you at the time - they are more common than you'd think. I had one when I was 20, and it was at 15 weeks so it was pretty traumatic, although I think about it regularly I in no way regret it.

Hi girls. Is it ok to join you? I've been following you for a few days now but not had the guts to post. Not sure when I ovulated as I haven't started tracking but period due in 7days (I think. I had a chemical pregnancy in January so I'm using the first day of bleeding as my period. I hope that's correct?)

I've got 4 children and the miscarriage last month was my first. I'm almost 40 too so not holding out much hope I can have another. My youngest is 9 months.

Today I'm bloated, I'm always tired, had cramps and a little bit of pain very low down. AF maybe?

I'm too scared to rest too. I found out really early last month and then it didn't progress so I'm worried.

I'm so sorry to hear about yr chemical in January. A couple of us are also in the cycle after MC. I counted the first day of the MC bleed as cd1, so I believe that's right yes.

Your symptoms sound promising! Can you remember what any of your previous early pregnancy symptoms have been like?

Morning @Catmum55566 don’t worry, you’re not out until she arrives! I saw a lady with a similar chart to yours last month, it shot up at the end after a decline and she got a bfp so I guess you never know.

Here’s mine. Horrendous night sweats last night. Literally woke up twice soaking wet which I’ve never had. Been consulting Dr Google and could be a good sign. Managed to refrain from testing. Probably because I now have a bit of hope now and don’t want it to be dashed as it’s probably nothing!

@Catmum55566 temp is still high tho so I wouldn't count yourself out yet. Agree with @coffee1988 I've seen many charts do that.

My temp is still high today, my boobs hurt like hell and I'm crampy. Idk why but I don't feel like it will be our month tho, last month I had barely any symptoms and I am feeling like maybe I am just symptom spotting to make myself feel better. We'll see I guess 😂 TTC sure does send you loopy.

Morning, I had really weird back pain last night and oddly my vagina walls feel a lot thicker. 🙈 I could barely get it in last night. Is that a thing? I’m going to test on Sunday I think, I’ll be 4 days from AF then.

Thanks guys. I know it's still early days but I had lots of cramping sensations by 7&8dpo last month and not had that this time. I'm trying to think of the positives of a possible BFN though. My body probably needs a break as I have had 2 BFP charts back to back!

@coffee1988 your chart is looking great and the nights sweats sound really promising. How long do you think you will hold out on testing?

@Toastedsesame your symptoms also sound good, defintley potential BFP territory 🤞
