@Fireplacedreamer I take Vitabiotics folic acid with added vitamin B12. Feel good with them, no obvious effects from them, other I’m hoping for an obvious effect in a BFP! 5dpo... arghhh the wait!
I think from what I’ve read, if prenatal vitamins work for you then fantastic, but if not, then try something else. What works for one, may not work for another, which is sometimes disheartening when you hear good news stories.
Just make sure you’re getting a balanced diet and eating all the right things to get those extra vitamins, veggies, fruit, nuts (Brazil for TWW) seeds, juices, fish, leafy greens, reduced caffeine/alcohol.
I don’t think we put enough emphasis on taking control of our own health rather than relying on supplements (not a dig! Just general musing about it).
