@bez91 ahh I see! Yes it could be that but that would be a lovely environment for a little sticky bean and you never know! I've seen some people say implantation bleed can be quite like an af for some I think it Varys a lot. I've only ever had mid cycle bleeding once and that was an ib on my first mc 🤷🏼‍♀️ 🤞🏻 for you

Florence15 · 26/02/2021 17:40

@vitaminb33 congratulations. That’s great news. Really pleased for you 😊

Lollipop25 · 26/02/2021 20:19

Probably the only person to test today and to be happy with a BFN. Was told to wait for a negative after a mc so now We can get back to ttc🤗 mc the 11th feb so not too long a wait for hcg to drop.

vitaminb33 · 27/02/2021 12:31

Aw thanks @Florence15! I'm still in a bit of a daze 😅

re6ecca · 28/02/2021 08:21

Hi ladies... dont think anyone i remember is still on this thread (which i assume means they all got their BFPs 🎊)
I'm Rebecca I've been on and off here since Feb 2020, I have had 3 miscarriages since then and am currently 8 days late on my AF, I had a faint bfp yesterday but a stark white bfn today with FMU...
So unless I start bleeding in the next day I'm off to the doctors to find out just what fun things are wrong this time!
Hope you're all doing ok ❤

bez91 · 28/02/2021 11:41

@Lollipop25 congrats on the bfn! I say that because of the elation I felt after my body resetting after my MCs 🥰

@re6ecca 👋 sorry to hear of a BFN and your story. I've been trying a couple months less than you and 2MCs in. Did you not get offered any testing after your third MC? Hoping you get some answers soon

Lollipop25 · 28/02/2021 16:28

Thanks @bez91🤗
@re6ecca so sorry to hear, 3 losses must have been so devastating for you.

Marvellouslymadmum · 28/02/2021 18:02

Hi @re6ecca sorry to hear of your losses, Are they doing tests or anything with you to find out why? Hope you get some answers soon

bez91 · 01/03/2021 06:08

Tested this morning 14dpo and stark BFN. AF not actually due until Friday as last MC seems to have prolonged my luteal phase 🤷‍♀️ DH has just about picked me off my back side so on we go 💪🏼

Also, we're only a couple of months away from having been trying a year. There has been 2 pregnancies in that time that ended in MC, in terms from when you can refer to GP can that be from the 12 month mark of trying or from the last loss if nothing has happened since? Hope that makes sense!

ELMcg · 01/03/2021 07:26

@bez91 awww I'm gutted for you! I was hoping for a BFP for you this month! 🤞 For next month. I'm not sure when you should get in touch with your gp everywhere seems to be different!

CD7 for me today, going to start OPKs at CD11 this month. I started too early and ran out last month and now going by my cycle I won't ovulate until around CD17. Hoping this month is the month. I've only technically tried one month already and I'm exhausted! Huge respect for those of you going through this each month!

NatJ24 · 01/03/2021 08:54

Aw @bez91 I am gutted for you! BFN are awful and especially after you held out until 14dpo too ☹ I think you should definitely as your GP when it gets to the 12 month mark anyway, its worth a go your GP might refer you at that stage. Hope you are ok 🌟

@ELMcg CD7 here too! I think this months going to be a slow one! I ovulate later it seems too so still a while to go! I've got some cheapy opks I will start this week but will leave the CB digital until the end of the week too I think!

bez91 · 01/03/2021 09:35

Thanks ladies @ELMcg & @NatJ24 it's this long luteal phase that annoys me so I'm purgatory until Friday! Going to try and distract myself from TTC this month, I'm not sure if I'll track, it's becoming a bit de ja vu like but I do like using the CB digital like you two have mentioned - so easy!

Hope you both get your BFPs at the same time, that would be fab!

ELMcg · 01/03/2021 11:04

@bez91 here's hoping 🤞

@NatJ24 are you using the cheap OPKs now?

So weirdly my period stopped on CD4 very abruptly, I usually have a day or so of old blood and light spotting at the end but didn't get that. I'm now on CD7 and went to the loo this morning and had a heavy bleed. Was bright red with a, bit of clotting. Should I be worried? It's very abnormal for me and don't think it's possible for a period to stop completely and start again?

Marvellouslymadmum · 01/03/2021 11:06

@bez91 sorry you got a bfn this morning but I'd contact your gp once again arrives, it's a year from trying and they may start tests anyway as you've had 2mc

Loll35 · 01/03/2021 11:51

Hi ladies, just an update from me. CD4 here. After two BFN last week af arrived bang on schedule on Friday. Back to it, this is my third cycle since mc. Trying to stay positive with it all!

gizmo167 · 01/03/2021 13:05

Just popping in, CD16 today for me, have no idea if I've ov'd this month but BFN on test a couple of days ago so MC definitely all over! Have decided to give it a few more months to see what happens, if I dont get a BFP by the summer then we'll just call it a day!

Marvellouslymadmum · 01/03/2021 13:12

@gizmo167 don't give up hope it could still happen!

NatJ24 · 01/03/2021 13:25

@Loll35 aw atleast AF arrived for you and you're on to a new cycle, stay postive! 😊
Its definitely hard after MC because you just want to be back to where you were dont you, but we will get there 🙏

@ELMcg its hard to say because you know your own body best but I think after MC periods can be a bit strange and different to the norm for a few months so I wouldnt worry too much, unless it carried on for longer or was very heavy and painful. I know what you mean though about it stopping completely for them few days but I wouldnt worry too much I don't think. I've read of people having a few strange ones after MC.
Yes well last month I used the cheapie opks along side the CB one, which was probably a bit OTT, but I had them anyway and because it was my first month tracking since the MC I just thought I will use the 2 and see. They both gave me a peak pretty much the same time but I liked having that back up so I thought I would just do it again this month. The opks are quite cheap and you get quite a few so I dont feel too bad if I use them a bit more often then aswell 😊 plus I put them on to premom and they give a little graph then which I like to see haha!

Mysleepingangel · 01/03/2021 13:40

Hello ladies

I've been watching as I'm also ttc. Here's my story 😂 I'd be grateful if anyone could tell me what's going on

So I did ovulation test on 27th Feb thinking I'm ovulating on 3rd march, but it came back very strong. Luckily we'd dtd (25th) before 27th so I was covered. Then again on 27th. Oh I also did ovulation test yesterday and it was low, suggesting I'd already ovulated earlier!

Since yesterday 6pm, I've had very bad lower back pain, then last night very period like cramps and bloody mucus (sorry TMI). My lower abdomen also hurt, esp right side.

I still have lower back pain now and the pinky bleeding.

Is there any chance this is implantation bleeding? I've NEVER had mid cycle bleed ever.

Any thoughts welcome because I'm going nuts thinking my period is due on 18th and how will I survive till then! This back pain is bad enough to take paracetamol for.

NatJ24 · 01/03/2021 13:44

@bez91 hopefully AF turns up sooner for you than you think and atleast you can start a new cycle then.
It would be lovely for us to all get BFP's together!!! Hopefully March is lucky and we get some Christmas time babies!

Loll35 · 01/03/2021 14:15

Thank you lovely @NatJ24 having this group to lean on definitely helps. And the sun shining always gives me a boost! Fingers crossed for March!

Jaym78 · 01/03/2021 15:00

Hi ladies ,

How are you all , hope you don't mind ive jumped on the post, I was in yhe last one but ended up getting lost .

I've just seem some of the lovely ladies I spoke to got their BFPs , thats incredible , pumpkineverything , pancakes and anyone I missed hope your all feeling good .

Well last month wasn't the one for me , n I'm not to hopeful this mony as we only DTD once, tho it was bang in middle of month , I'm a 28 day cycle am now day 30 and today I'm feeling nauseous. Dunno if just bot stressed tho . Anyone in same boat as me ? X

Florence15 · 01/03/2021 16:30

@gizmo167 hi you’re close to me, I’m CD19. I had a positive opk on CD14 so fingers crossed. And for you too 😊

elsimo · 01/03/2021 17:46

@bez91 arghhh sorry to hear that!!
I came on hoping for a positive from u!
I got my period today after a random 18 day cycle! Xx

ELMcg · 02/03/2021 10:25

@NatJ24 so bleeding stopped last night, what a relief!

Have to say it was a bit of a panic 🤣 I spoke to my friend who is a GP though and she said it is possible my cervix closed before my period was finished essentially so that was just excess waiting to come out! Freaks me out a bit but she didn't think it was anything to worry about!

CD8 now so going to start the CB OPKs on Friday I think. Hopefully I don't run out this month by starting 3 days later! 🤞Think if I'm not successful this month might give the cheapies a go. We are taking it seriously though and have a Friday off work when I would expect to ovulate so hopefully we can find the energy to DTD next Thursday and Friday 🤣
