@Minster2012 i'd take weetabix long before beans, but that just because I detest beans. Hate the texture of weetabix but have a strange thing for shreddies at the moment but have to eat them quickly before they go soggy 🙈

Must admit I've just washed hair for a second time but that's because dick dog decided to go into a minging wee river and then shake clarting me in manky mud! DD found it hilarious! Roaring fire going, omelettes made with our hens eggs for dinner and oh working late so as much line of duty as I want 😊 not bad for a Thursday!

@Justanothercyster no to be honest I didn't! Like I wanted to ask why an HSG over a hycosy, if nothing comes back wrong would IUI be on the cards before IVF etc but there was no time to/I felt stupid to!

@notyetamumbuttrying well you know the rules, tantrum today but tomorrow you straighten that crown and enjoy your day with dh

That sucks about your appointment @notyetamumbuttrying, I'm sorry to hear that. Hopefully it will be rescheduled soon. I'm in Ireland and we're getting this done privately. If we had to go through the public health system we could be waiting years for even a consult. I'm getting the scan next week...must defluff before then . I'm hoping it'll all come back ok. I think they might suggest IUI first but maybe coz of our ages will go straight to IVF. I have a feeling witchy will be here tomorrow. I have my telltale mouth ulcer...does that happen to anyone else around ovulation & AF? My hormone levels seem fine (tho tsh was a bit higher in recent blood results) so don't know what causes it!

Ah ok so you're spending too then. It's so annoying when you put so much into the national insurance like we've done since we were 16 and then when you need it, a pandemic hits 🤦🏾‍♀️
Ooh I never get a mouth ulcer but I do get aching limbs, my wrist always kills! I also get achy legs too but I think that might be an endo thing.

@justanothercyster it wasn't the slightest bit urgent, don't really get it tbh. My boss cried in front of us all because she was so overwhelmed it was really strange.. I don't like her tbh lol

@notyetamumbuttrying those assholes!!!!! Sorry to hear that they've cancelled it beaut that really sucks.also achy legs sounds an endo thing, I used to get pains down the inside of my thighs 😢

Thanks for the vid recommendation @dollybird89 I only did half of it as I had just finished a zumba one and was knackered. I've added her to my playing now tho as I liked her relaxed style I dont like workouts where they're all too serious and perfect while I'm a wobbly uncoordinated mess 😂

@MartyMcShy My OH was def not keen on going down a medical route either but time isn't on our side either so he eventually came round to the idea. We've had 5 CPs so decided this month to take a break from ttc for a while as it was all just taking its toll, so of course that's when we get our clinic appointment 😂

Oh wow, 5 CPs @DKDK123, you have really been through it you poor thing. I don't blame you for talking about taking a break. Typical that your apt came through then!! Things like that always happen. Hopefully your apt will identify what's going on and you'll get a super sticky bean. This ttc lark is emotionally exhausting not to mention the pressure on the relationship with DH. I feel like my DH sees it as a failure but if we kept ticking along it could be another year down later before we know it.

@notyetamumbuttrying, I hear you on the paying insurance yet having to go private. It's sickening but our public health system is so bad here you're better off. Everyone I know has private health insurance coz it's faster to access private health care. It's not right, a total two-tier system. Funny how different AF symptoms can be.

@Kirky658 also saw you had an ice fall...I had a car crash and fell off my road bike in the first trimester and didn't think much of it....does this make me a bad mum already 🤦🏼‍♀️ I did stop going on group rides after that because the only reason I fell was because the girl in front of me did and I had to swerve to avoid a bigger collision 🙈

Oh and mine defo sees it as failure as ours is male factor (now with suspected endo on my self diagnose lol) have told him this to make him feel better but he's not really buying it bless him.

@clolo it's costing us £430 just for the afc scan and consultation, haven't totalled up with amh and sa yet 😒 care London is in Marylebone so you pay Harley street type prices 😬 You're right about it helping our decision. I dread to think how long it'll be to get this appointment again. Feeling very fortunate that private is an option to us.

That's tough @notyetamumbuttrying, I think it's a male ego thing. I know I've heard a few stupid comments from men about their silver bullets, cringe. And there's an assumption when there are issues around fertility that it's the woman's. We paid for consultant led care when I was pregnant with my DD coz I'm a worrier so that was a nice whack of change. We've paid about €500 so far to the clinic between DH's SA, my blood tests and the apt next week. It's not cheap! But like you we're very lucky we can afford it. The only upside of the lockdown is saving money for this. I put in my wine order today when I realised AF was on her way...gotta be prepared!

@Vil10 I'll book my HYCoSY when I get a period in March, then DH's SA is on 8th April to see if the supplements have worked, and they said we'll have a consultation to discuss the results and whether I need clomid or if we have ivf. Seems a long way away but it'll come around quickly I'm sure. Just thankful for them 🙌🏼

@MartyMcShy the only saving grace in this lockdown has been saving money!! I think
I'm gonna get my amh checked via medichecks as long as the clinic accept that. It's £79 which isn't too bad. Nice going with the wine order! 👍🏾 we've been doing dry jan n extended it until this sat on Dh's bday. Ending the drought with champagne 🍾 glad you're enjoying the bus! We're a fun bunch here 😃
