Hi everyone just a continuation of @Littlebee1990 thread. It has helped me so much by giving me a platform to express myself and I hope it helps others as well. @Littlebee1990 I hope you are well and don't mind me continuing on.x

@LS2020 YESSSS the 28th can't come quick enough 🙌🏾 been counting down the days, not long to go at all, it will also be my birthday weekend🥂..

Took a bit off time off, had my 2 week holiday to Cornwall with my partner and 11 friends..it was the brilliant!! just what I needed! So excited for you about the go ahead with IVF..I bet your excited and nervous, I've got everything crossed for you ❤

@Boo2020 Oh how exciting! It’s my OH birthday that weekend too so v happy birthday for then!!

Thank you, nearly a week into the injections already, I can’t believe it! First scan is on Friday to see how I’m doing 🤞🏻

Thanks @Mishmased. Had my egg collection today - got 8 collected so now we just have to wait and see 🤞🏻

@Cookofcastamar they are currently being mixed in a petri dish with OH’s sperm, hopefully some will fertilise and we watch this space for next week to see if any make it to embryo stage! If they do, get a transfer done on Saturday and I enter the TWW.

@mishmased it was okay, very sore and bled a bit after but bleeding is pretty much gone now I hope!

So not a lot of luck from EC… only 1 embryo survived the night so now it’s just a case of waiting to see if it makes it til day 5.
They said the rest all fertilised but they had an abnormal amount of nuclei, ie 3, so they don’t know if sperm is too quick in or the eggs not closing off quick enough. they said a very good indication of why we’ve not been successful TTC so have that to chat with consultant about if this cycle doesn’t work

@LS2020 the process sounds tough❤️ hopefully the remaining one is successful. As sad as it is at least you know there wasn't anything you could have done to help ttc if it wasn't happening at cellular level. Hang in there ❤️❤️

Thanks @mishmased. Yes we said as sad as only have one left is, this may actually be the furthest we’ve ever got to having a baby and makes so much sense why we just had no luck at all TTC

@LS2020 how are you keeping?

@mishmased I’m good thank you - officially PUPO so just in my TWW. Feel a bit weird - don’t feel a lot but do from the progesterone but it’s still early days.
How’s life with a new-ish born? ☺️

Omg I'm assuming PUPO means you have transferred the embryo 🤩 I'm praying this one sticks pls god 🙏🏾 another May baby 🤞

Baby is doing well she was 3 months on Saturday and will be 14 weeks coming Friday. She's becoming a real person you can interact with now 😂 her brothers especially the 8 year old are besotted with her. They're back to school next week and I'm panicking as there will be no one to distract her while I shower, eat etc

@mishmased yes on Saturday! Thanks lovely. Feeling a bit disheartened this morning as I still just feel nothing. Got a couple of progesterone side effects like my normal AF ones and that’s it.

How wonderful, that’s so exciting! Oh gosh yes, hopefully with a lullaby rocker or something in the bathroom you can keep her entertained while you nip in the shower!

Hey don't feel disheartened, it is a bit too early to feel anything you know. Try to focus on other things to take your mind away from the wait, easier said I know 😢

@mishmased I know, it’s really early and most websites say I wouldn’t even be producing HCG if this cycles successful so why am I getting worried but guess just a natural reaction. Away for a couple of days so hoping I relax a bit ☺️

@mishmased maybe there was something in the feeling nothing… although nausea and headaches have kicked in!!

@mishmased haha thanks! Got a 1-2 on a digital too this am. Equivalent of 13dpo now so just got to wait and watch rise and try not to overly obsess about line progression 🙈

First month I can start trying (well it was the 28th August after 3 months) think I've ovulated but its not gone dark enough, im going off my last ovulations which were darker then the indicator line 🤔...this time its just the same darkness..

You must be over the moon 😃 🥳 congratulations and stay positive 💜 xx
