4 DPO and already feeling stressed and irritable about it. Shifts til Thurs to keep me busy but what then? It just seems like forever. Will 100% be caving and testing later in the week because I have zero self control.

I have more tests ordered which were due to arrive two days ago but then we got snowed in and so haven't been delivered yet and who knows when they will or when we can get out of the village.
I hate the fact it's a a whole month to try again... Or at least. My husband just said not to pressure myself and we can try again in a month and I said can we though? My last period was first of December so who knows when it will be. I'm 34.5 and I'd be 35 if I'm pregnant now. I don't want to be 36/47 I can already feel the effects of having one!
Just burst into tears. I'm definitely putting myself through turmoil but when I saw those lines I was so happy my son would have a sibling and thinking about when I'd take maternity etc and now's it's all a farse.

I told DP about the positive tests last night too so it's nice to share it with him now x

Hi, can I ask for opinions? I just did a stupidly early test at 7dpo because I felt weird, some symptoms, and needed to pee on something. I fully expected a stark white nothing.

But look what came up?! Line eyes anyone? Is it an evap? At 7dpo is it even possible to get a bfp? It is slightly pinkish but pale.

I have used One Steps the whole time and never had a false positive. We have only had one bfp after ttc for 9 months (that ended in mc in dec). We are both fairly old too!

@Horehound sorry to hear that but you are still young at 34, I promise. So many of my friends are pregnant at 38/39/40 right now. You might be more tired ofc but it still is ok to be late 30s ttc. Just to assuage the myth that 35 is the big cut-off!

Barely anything these this morning with fmu so going to assume it was an anomaly/evap. Still hoping I am in with a chance as I am feeling strange, including atypically nauseous esp after drinking tea/water. Along with other ‘hormonal’ things that could be nothing or something - but who knows!

@Sparrowfeeder its still early days for you, dont give up hope yet. Im 6dpo today no matter what I try to do to keep my mind busy all i can think about is how many days till I take a test. Im tempted to do one valentines morning at 8dpo hoping its a positive I can give it as a valentines gift to my DP

Hmm, my app, having previously said ovulation was last Friday, has changed today to say it was Sunday! No idea what algorithm that was... I now have no idea how many DPO I am 😂

@Quolla I'm in a similar boat, I think my app changes day of ovulation every time I put in that I've had EWCM. At first it said last Tuesday and then kept changing nearly every day, think it ended up being Sunday.
But this week I've been testing just in case it was last Tuesday and there's a chance I could get a BFP, when actually I probably didn't actually ovulate until Sunday, in which case I've been testing way too early. There I was peeing on sticks at 2DPO because my app has made me doubt when I ovulated, plus I'm clearly obsessed and slightly loopy 🤦🏻‍♀️

I fully understand @Magnum99! The logical part of me knows that my app doesn't actually affect when I ovulate, it's just a guess /record, but I can't help but feel that sometimes! As a result I'm either 9DPO or 6DPO and that feels like such a big difference am too impatient for this...

What the F is wrong with me? I'm 7 DPO and I've already done 4 tests, this morning I've been feeling like I definitely mustn't be pregnant and given up all hope for this month after another BFN. I just want it so badly 😩
I know I'm being totally unreasonable and ridiculous but I just can't stop myself POAS.

I know how you feel @Magnum99 I'm 8dpo I think and did a test this morning hoping it would be a lovely positive. Had ot planned in my head I could surprise my partner and give it to him this morning. It was negative of course and I think too early to really test. Dont know why I do it to myself. Its so frustrating when you want something so bad!

I had whitest of white negatives on 7dpo and 8dpo! Then FAINTEST line only on FRER 9dpo (didn’t stop me testing 🙈) x

I’ve been testing daily since 1DPO. For science.

Not only am I setting myself up for daily disappointment, it’s getting really expensive. I’ve promised myself not to test again until Wednesday at the earliest (8DPO) but I feelfeel so pregnant that I don’t think I can resist the temptation.

I didnt even use a first response test so don't know why I was hoping for a positive today! @Amz6219 fingers crossed they continue to get darker for you!
@SorbusAucuparia .... I know, don't know why we do it to ourselves. Hopefully we all get some darker lines on our tests soon

I'm 6DPO, AF due in 8-10 days I'm having period like cramps. Wish I could know if it is AF pms or early preg 😞 right now I'm telling myself AF to avoid disappointment

I really want it too. Having cramps but don't know if pre AF or not. I didn't let myself test this morning at 12dpo (this is the earliest I've ever had positive tests before and so want to wait until the morning) but now I really regret that.

Well today (7DPO) I've had EWCM & a few twinges, I wouldn't call it cramps but I've never had implantation cramps in previous pregnancies either. I just feel heavy down below and twinges in my cervix.
Also feeling emotional, tired and argumentative.

Isn't it annoying that early pregnancy symptoms are almost identical to PMT?

Thanks @Curlymam88. I have tested multiple times a day since 7dpo and a couple of faint bfps gave way to stark bfns. Suspecting an early chemical. 10dpo today and not hopeful, but AF is due on 18th so we’ll see...

Erm. There’s no way this is an evaporation line, right? I fished it out of the bin where it’s been for an hour or so, as I just had the urge to check again. Only five DPO according to my app but I never had a peak on OPKs so that might be off.

@SorbusAucuparia that looks pretty strong to be an evap line, I'd take another test!
