Good morning all.

Af was due yesterday. So am officially 1 day late. 1st time being late since coming off BC. Am just cautiously waiting and watching atm.

Hows everyone getting on?

Are you going to test? Iv not been on the pill for about 15 years so dont know if it its normal to be late - is this your first month since stopping the pill? Good luck xxx

@thislittlebird I've not long started ubiquinol myself and I'm usually very regular, so will keep an eye out for any issues! I've never been entirely sure when I ovulate as only used the wee cheap tests and they're so confusing! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Hoping I'll have better luck with CB! 🤞🏻 I'm just taking ubiquinol, folic acid and Vit D, and DH is the same except no folic acid! Will check out omega and açai- thanks! 😃 Hope you get your test results soon! 🤞🏻

@M4v3r1ck you’re going to love CB compared to those annoying sticks. It’s nice to actually know when you have a surge! Keep me posted on the ubiquinol. Hopefully test results next week and then the referral, finally!

Someone tell me to stop symptom spotting. I’m driving myself potty today. I was fine every day and then today I’ve got all the bloody symptoms and it’s like December all over again. I had so many things pre AF that month, and a late AF , and now this month it feels the same. Hate that my mind thinks of symptoms even when I don’t want it to and rationally know it’s likely AF (again).

Uuurgh did a test this morning and still a very feint line, going in for a scan first thing in the morning to see what's still in there. Wish me luck ☹️

I’m not taking it but reviews of supplements frequently seem to say they give more energy! Something I could do with...insomnia not so much though.

Thanks ladies. I was there for four hours, there's something still in there but waiting on blood results (at home thankfully) to check hcg levels properly. They gave me strong antibiotics, also turns out I have a 6cm cyst on my right ovary, she reckoned I might have endometriosis. I bought a large chocolate cake on my way home!x

@M4v3r1ck I just started using the clear blue kit a few days ago, love it and much easier than the cheaper ones. Wish I'd bought them sooner to be honest, will definitely be good to use along side my charts as my periods are all over the place at the moment.

@DawnWW just read about your doctor's response, completely out of order. One of the male doctors at my practice is similar so now I ask to see a female doctor if it is about anything female specific as I know how crap he is. They have to respect this. Maybe do the same or call 111, definitely get a second opinion. Sorry you got a rubbish response.

@selina37 yes! I love the more energy but not the insomnia. I’ve started taking it first thing in the morning as any later in the day and I can’t get over to sleep at night. I also reduced the dose.

Morning all, had a call with the female doctor this morning and being referred for ultrasound. Still BFN but deffo something weird going on. 4 week wait with NHS but have managed to get my work BUPA to cover it (by pushing it as a non pregnancy issue). Still no monthly or even any spotting so very strange. Soon as doctors have sorted referral letter I can book appointment so hoping it's soon. Will keep you all updated.

Sorry I haven't been very good at keeping in touch on here or up to date with everyone else just been a bit distracted with it all

@Sleeeeeepy erk, casual endo diagnosis out of nowhere is a bit of a tough one. Have they said they'll investigate further?

I messed up by using a different reader for the CB OPK - so annoying you have to buy a new one with every box - and it went from flashing yesterday in the old reader to O today, yet the lines on the actual stick are fairly strong. Hopefully tomorrow's reading will be accurate - should in theory ovulate 2/3ish days anyway so I won't have missed it... fingers crossed.
