Oh my goodness to say we are a chatty group is an understatement most times but that’s great cos it’s not all about TTC here, anything goes, we now have a bus with a beautiful panoramic roof seat so a few ppl can pop up on top heads up and out into wind to gulp in the non TTC air but still hold on to us & know where we are...like our pups that come with us with ears flapping in the wind our beloved ladies may have one flap flying in the wind...”watch out for the left outer flap”...someone once shouted to their OH...that might set the tone here nicely.

Get it?! No?! Sometimes nor do we...🙄the chat, the deed, the sperm, the egg, the fact that we aren’t pregnant yet after shagging twelfty millions times a month forever. But we are here for each other, to chat shit, to help each other out the pits or wallow within the pits, for all the highs and lows.

Well, had possibly the worst nights sleep I've had in a very long time, I just haven't been tired at all, and had a total of 2hr 6 mins sleep😩😩

@Vil10 ohh that's shitty, hope you get through the day without matchsticks propping your eyelids open! I'm always awake around about 5:30, DD has been a 5am riser since birth but today way a piss take 😆

@bez91 I feel like that's definitely going to be the case!! 5:30?? I'm guessing you're used to it but I bet you're knackered at the end of the day😂 I can imagine a 4am wake up call on a Monday isn't pleasant!! It's not too bad when you've been awake the whole night, as opposed to being in a good sleep and getting woken up!

@vil10 just FYI lack of sleep, bloating, and needing go pee were clues for me too just didn't realise.. Eeeee I'm excited for you when are you testing?!

Well, the app changed my ov date to the day we DTD which is nice, but my temp dropped a bit today so who knows. Other app thinks ov hasn't happened yet 😐

I'm also anxious as my stepmom tested positive yesterday for Covid and it's making me so paranoid. She's 36 and my dad is 55 (yes big difference, not weird for us anymore ), the kids are 2 and 4, so I'm so worried for them all, especially my dad 😭 he tested negative but that will no doubt change. What's fucking annoying is they both got vaccinated last week?!?

@bez91 well that sounds liked an amazing sack of fun (NOT!) I would dread getting a positive test in our nursery bubble OMG and I'm so lucky with DS (how old is DD3?)

@Birdladybird aww it's so hard, we know that, but it only takes one, our first round of egg harvesting we got 2 embryos & one became our son, frozen on day 3, The other embryo from that round is the one we have left we are using this time so we are hoping it's fate as since then we've used 2 "better" day 5s to no avail (1 MMC & one BFN)

DS has woken up a bit ago & One of my Bloody dogs is dogs is down stairs barking so loud I've never heard her like this, I THINK she may have spotted the trampoline in our garden that our neighbour kindly gave us yesterday (they are moving) & it's freaking her the hell out need to go tell her to shut the f up I can't stand dogs barking. DH will have already let her out though so unless she kind of missed it before

@Minster2012 shit it was early...that should have read DD (3) ie she is 3 years old, I am NOT trying for a 4th child 😂 she is the only one 🤦🏼‍♀️

A trampoline 😆 I regularly look after my friends dog, we had to deconstruct the frickin snowman in our garden last week just so he'd go out for a wee - absolutely terrified of them

@Minster2012 plan is to get some orphan lambs in late Feb, already know a farmer that expecting 300 tripplets, 😳 and got 10 ex layers hen booked for end of March. #follyfarm 🤣

@bez91 😂🤣ha ha yes toddler currently terrorising both poor dogs atm now running off with a rubber bone not letting them have it, winding them both up, luckily both dogs soft as shit but it will likely end in tears as DS falls over at some point but I have a cup of coffee so for now I'm ok!! Bloody stupid dog is massive but a scaredy cat

My quick recap. I'm 36, have a DD who is nearly 3. Joined the bus early on-think it was bus 2 after a MMC in February last year. Finally got my BFP in November and am currently 12 weeks with my scan on Friday. In total I think I was TTC for 16 months and seven seas trying for a baby seemed to do the trick for me ha ha.

Must dash, working today and have already had an email that's made me roll my eyes so today is going to be fun!

Not caught up, just here for a moan. Think af is starting! Had cramps last night and this morning and just now a tiny amount of red when wiping. CD23/10dpo so if today turns out to be CD1 that makes a 22 day cycle 9 day LP/likely didn't even ovulate. I could honestly cry 😭

@Minster2012 @Vil10 I know, it's depressing 😭 irregular cycles and have had a lot of short ones but they seemed to be lengthening and last one was 28 days now back to this! GP said I was unlikely to be ovulating when I had short cycles and one of my lots of bloods was done on a 22dayer previously and showed no ovulation 😭😭

@vil10 eeeep exciting. How many dpo would Wednesday be? My RHR is up and down like a yo yo by 2 or 3 bpm every day so I've given up with it now!

Went running with my neighbour this morning. Absolutely exhausted. Wish I could just take the day off work and sleep alllllll day!

These introductions are so useful. I've been trying to piece together people's stories over the past few busses with minimal success.

My story: started TTC #1 in June. Conceived in August but had a MMC at the end of October. Took a break for two cycles because I need to travel in July and didn't want to risk not being able to!

I think recently ovulated (or will very soon) so approaching the dreaded TWW. I told myself I would play it cool this time but I can already tell that is not going to happen...

Sorry @Justanothercyster I'm absorbed in my own misery, your post didn't sink in until I saw franklys. I'm sorry, that is stressful. Hope they are all ok. I think immunity takes something like 10-14 days after the vaccination. Really unlucky.

So I've just had a wave of af/wetness and I had the same blob of cm that I had a few cycles ago that gave me a little bit of hope then I started spotting the day after, so I don't think my hopes are as high, meh

@Vil10 urgh only 2 hours of sleep? Bless ya that sucks so hard, I hope you've got a nice quiet day ahead of you!

@Justanothercyster your poor stepmum! Hope she feels better soon! Typical isn't it, that's the main downside with the vaccine, you're still vulnerable until you've had both doses.

@Birdladybird same as us then! Low everything! 4 rounds is good. I get one fresh transfer and 2 frozen in my area. Hoping to start in the spring, first appointment is 22nd feb.
@Justanothercyster he never talks about it. Only if I bring it up. Now that we have our appointment it's talked about less because there's nothing we can do until that date. I let him know when I'm on and it's obvious when I'm fertile and that's it for the time being. Sorry to hear about your step mum and dad. Do they work with vulnerable ppl to be vaccinated already? Luckily with the vaccine, although it doesn't stop you getting it or passing it on, it stops you from suffering badly with it so they should be ok! X

Came off the pill in February last year to regulate my cycles before trying. Had very long cycles (around 45 days long) but the pasts 3 I have been ovulating around CD18-20 which is much better!

This is our first cycle TTC and current 6dpo. Going to test on Tuesday 26 if AF doesn’t get me first!

Forgot to do the mini story thing before so here's mine. I'm ttc #1 it's been 10 months so far but only 6 cycles because my periods are irritatingly irregular. Dr thought it was PCOS or my thyroid causing problems but a hormone blood test came back normal so apparently my body is just intermittently crapping out for no reason 🙈

@katao sounds like you need to get on the temping and definitely on the Vit B complex to lengthen that LP! I'm sorry if AF shows up though, she's a right b**ch

Thanks ladies, both for the granny hugs and the AF commiserations. The only good thing about this month is that I get to ovulate twice :)

Been thinking about granny's funeral and I don't think it's feasible for me to go but I'm worried my mum will take it as me just not trying hard enough... As it stands, I think I have to take a covid test 72 hours before flying there, another one upon landing, and another one on day 5. Plus another test within 72 h of flying back. All to be paid for by me. Then on top of that, there's 7 day quarantine upon arrival and 10 days quarantine upon my return. PLUS it will be difficult to find a flight (there's loads on skyscanner but I think they keep getting cancelled last minute, which also messes with the 72h test rules) and I have to fly to Denmark to get home and will struggle to get across the border as well... Oh and the 7 days quarantine upon arrival would cover my family as well which I know they won't follow so realistically I'd have to stay on my own in an airbnb somewhere? Gah.
