Oh my goodness to say we are a chatty group is an understatement most times but that’s great cos it’s not all about TTC here, anything goes, we now have a bus with a beautiful panoramic roof seat so a few ppl can pop up on top heads up and out into wind to gulp in the non TTC air but still hold on to us & know where we are...like our pups that come with us with ears flapping in the wind our beloved ladies may have one flap flying in the wind...”watch out for the left outer flap”...someone once shouted to their OH...that might set the tone here nicely.

Get it?! No?! Sometimes nor do we...🙄the chat, the deed, the sperm, the egg, the fact that we aren’t pregnant yet after shagging twelfty millions times a month forever. But we are here for each other, to chat shit, to help each other out the pits or wallow within the pits, for all the highs and lows.

@Dollybird89 you're putting so much pressure on yourself love, be gentle. You have to do what's best for you, dh was probably just panicking about the money. It's so stressful for a lot of people atm, you're not alone in feeling like that. There's nothing you can do though, so be kind to yourself x

On the mortage front, we got a decision in principal through Nationwide online, take a few hours. That and our deposit covered the offer we put in, showed it to estate agent after our offer was accepted and they put the sold subject to contract sign up that day.
We than had a meeting with the mortage lady at Nationwide to discuss our mortage options, so how many years, monthly payments etc, we went for a 5 year fixed at 1.89% which is so low! We never paid for an independent mortgage advisor. The meeting with her was just over the phone. I did have to go into a branch to show my ID and had to scan pay slips and proof of address. We had to act quick as 2 others had put offers in on the same day.

@Kirky658 glad you've sorted your booking in appointment, will you be going to Stafford hospital? I had a Stafford uni student midwife at my appointment, and said im happy for a student to be at the birth as well.

@paintfairy I must admit, the first time I wore one for my OH I was actually nervous😂 but now I'm quite comfortable, especially if weve had a drink!

@Justanothercyster that is completely understandable that the dog gets more attention than the man, I don't blame you😂 we dont properly do Valentine's Day, never get presents apart from 2 years ago I got a vibrator, we always get each other a card and I'll buy some nice underwear, but we don't make massive plans! Think because there's not actually anything else to do at the min we might just cook a meal and have a few drinks!

@blodyn91 yes same!! I can watch them both so many times, when I had my op I binged watched them and it was amazing! Wow really?? I didn't know any of this!! We initially got our mortgage advisor just to see what kind of position I was in, OH already has a mortgage, but this will be my first time buying! Mind you the other night we ordered £50 worth of frozen pies and brownies to be delivered next week from a company near us & they are THE BEST pies & honestly the best brownies which then go into the oven! @Vil10 same position as us, OH has a mortgage on this house, then we wanted the new one to be in both our names. So the mortgage lady explained how OH mortage would be 'ported' over, and any equity used as deposit. Google porting mortages of you like. Literally I knew nothing

I posted for advice on my ovulation 10/01 I couldn’t see my peak on my tests. You guys advised DTD as much as possible.

So I did and yesterday at 12dpo I got my BFP!!

@Leah2501 congratulations! DTD is the important bit 😉

@Minster2012 no need to test. Af arrived this morning 😭

This has been such a weird cycle and very emotionally draining. Girls thanks for all the support and company but please excuse me while I go sulk in the corner for a couple of days x
