TTC bus 29...
Oh my goodness to say we are a chatty group is an understatement most times but that’s great cos it’s not all about TTC here, anything goes, we now have a bus with a beautiful panoramic roof seat so a few ppl can pop up on top heads up and out into wind to gulp in the non TTC air but still hold on to us & know where we are...like our pups that come with us with ears flapping in the wind our beloved ladies may have one flap flying in the wind...”watch out for the left outer flap”...someone once shouted to their OH...that might set the tone here nicely.

Get it?! No?! Sometimes nor do we...🙄the chat, the deed, the sperm, the egg, the fact that we aren’t pregnant yet after shagging twelfty millions times a month forever. But we are here for each other, to chat shit, to help each other out the pits or wallow within the pits, for all the highs and lows.

And if you see mention of my blog then blame these guys they made me do it...#shamelessplug

@paintfairy you mean DH needs to collect
@Kirky658 hugs, hope everything will be ok

Thank you ladies for picking me up yet again, nausea and cramps are gone, but headachy and tired, maybe is a bug?I don't think is covid, and my breathing is ok levels Home lazy day for both of us, so that'll help, I called school and then work, no picking up, I don't know if bossboy has the day off, or its busy or he's just not picking up, he has form for this, either way I texted two managers, the other read it as I was due, and didn't arrive I suppose, bossboy doesn't have wassapp, and doesn't answer text, so no idea, either way I warned them and tried to call so sod it

Franklydear · 20/01/2021 10:57

I am about to start fw and don't know what to do, in all probability will do nothing about it and whatever happens, we never used condoms, bloody things, so I guess unless we don't DTD, specially on weekend, nothing changes, ....I'll try not to think about it until af due, around the 10th of February

Gem176 · 20/01/2021 10:57

@paintfairy happy birthday even if it isn't the most wonderful birthday ever! My 30th (in lockdown) had a week of sunshine beforehand and a week of sunshine after but on the day pissed rain and the midgies came out in force 😂 Definitely enjoy some nice food and several drinks 🥂🥳

@Vil10 I can see lines 😁 as everyone has said ovulation predicting isn't an exact science so you might be less that 11dpo wait til Friday and test again, link to an article about hcg, apparently the number isn't the most important bit as long as it's increasing. Up to 6 weeks can still be as low as 5 and that wouldn't even show up on a frer as I think they are 6 something

www.verywellfamily.com/what-are-normal-hcg-levels-in-early-pregnancy-2371287

@lucyrp muted and camera off is the ultimate meeting set up! I get my ironing done 😂

How is everyone? Hump day again 😉😂 I was in bed at the same time as dd last night 🙈 but what a good sleep I had!

paintfairy · 20/01/2021 11:01

@Franklydear as if he'll go on his own. 🙄🤣
@Kirky658 yes that doesn't sound ideal and you are bound to worry. Not being able to do anything is frustrating.
@blodyn91 tell them to mind their own business! 🤣 Lights can stay up all year.
@Vil10 I get spotting all the time so I literally don't know if I'd ever know the difference!

Kirky658 · 20/01/2021 11:02

@blodyn91 jesus christ my heart rate went up to 175 on an easy 11 minute mile run the other day!
@franklydear thank you. I'm part of an endo support group on Facebook and it seems its pretty common to get pains like this so just have to see how it goes.

lucyrp · 20/01/2021 11:04

@Gem176 not going to lie I have hung some washing out and put more washing in but am now sat on the bed drinking coffee 🤣

paintfairy · 20/01/2021 11:29

@Gem176 God that was unlucky! We had the opposite for our wedding day. So I can't complain, its not always bad to me. Definitely good to get the washing done @lucyrp

Actually I have a symptoms question. I realise I'm asking the wrong people what's 'right' if none of us can actually conceive, but I just wondered. 😆

So- LP phase. What is 'normal'?

I am asking because- i used to struggle with being hot on the POP. Mainly feet. Couldn't sleep. When I came off the pill i realised this was the progesterone. I only got it in my LP. Fine. So the pattern was- my LP I was generally hot and sometimes with irritable hands and feet. Also I got really tender breasts. They'd also swell. To the point others noticed. This happened every month for like over a year. It became my normal. I did read though that breast pain could be a hormonal imbalance?

Anyway- oddly this year when ttc I've not really had it? I got it the month I had a weird ovulation. But most months I don't now. I can't decide if this is good or bad. 🤣 I've also gone through phases of trying different vitamins etc so thought maybe it could be that that changed it? Who knows. This month I'm taking seven seas for the first time (only started them just before ovulation though). From ovulation I felt my nipples were sensitive. The last few days I thought my breasts were but I just couldn't decide fully. Today- definitely yes. They hurt round the sides. 11dpo.
So what I'm trying to decide is- the months where they hurt- are they good months or bad?! 🙈 How normal is hurting? 🤔

Dollybird89 · 20/01/2021 11:30

Quick pop in to say hi from up top.
@franklydear plenty of snacks up here ... wine too if needed!
@vil10 I see the line, keeping everything crossed for you! X

Still nothing for me damit.. CD 72 (includes the 5 week period) no sign of af cramps and everything gone... in for a long wait I guess... think at came CD 112 or something last time.
On a plus note.. exercising doing good... I brought a pair of jeans months ago that I could hardly fasten and couldn't even bend in.... well they fit now! Super pleased!

Juno231 · 20/01/2021 11:37

@paintfairy haha don't look at me, I have no idea! Mine just varies from cycle to cycle. Sometimes I have super sore boobs, others no difference at all. Sometimes they get noticeably bigger, sometimes stay the same.

@Minster2012 oh and candlemas is on Feb 2nd!

@Kirky658 sherbet that doesn't sound pleasant! I'm glad you get endo support though and that it seems to be a common symptom in the first trimester. I hope it passes soon though.

Gem176 · 20/01/2021 11:40

@Kirky658 my bestie who emigrated a few years ago had her baby on Christmas Eve, she has endometriosis. In early pregnancy she suffered with a lot of pain, her obstetrician (NZ gives you an ob from very early on if you have been ttc for more than 1 year) told her it's because some women get relief from the extra progesterone from pregnancy while others experience oestrogen "feeds" their endometrial growths. She was also told her expanding uterus can tug at extra tissue and cause pain.

@Minster2012 I'm on episode 1 of mafs and omg I'm hooked already! Cannot stand Ines (?) but I love mick with the work boots, he's just so laid back but I can't see any of the women being matched with him 🙈😂 I'm so looking forward to the rest of this, I sense drama!

Franklydear · 20/01/2021 11:42

@Dollybird89 offer of wine gracefully accepted, in fact I have a white one open in the fridge,... Great on the weight loss, I also lost another pound this week, although D's is getting out all the chocolate we have in the house, might put it back on, but we know how to live, right now, Voltron on the telly and cosmic whips on the go

Kirky658 · 20/01/2021 11:45

@juno231 thanks ❤️
@paintfairy happy birthday BTW! I have not got a clue what's normal, I always got really hot in my lp, but have never had sore boobs, for me it was always irrational anger and cramps 4-5 days before AF that was my sign she was on her merry way

Kirky658 · 20/01/2021 11:47

@gem176 thank you so much for your comment, that is such a relief. I am thinking it could be because the endo was removed from one of my uterosacral ligaments - the ones that hold your uterus in place. It was only 6 months ago so I'm wondering If the stretching of everything is just causing a bit of mayhem. And yeah the hormones prob won't be helping! A friend of mine - not a really close friend but someone I know well - has endo and she had a little boy through IVF. She has also reassured me that she had pain so bad at 6 weeks they sent her to A&E, all was fine and they put it down to stretching ligaments. So might be a fun 9 months ahead 🤣

Minster2012 · 20/01/2021 11:53

Oh @paintfairy that's brilliant, I mean it's not but sounds like my life!! And yum to food!!

Sending lots of supportive hugs @Kirky658 hoping it's just cos of things expanding and causing pain 😬

Oh yeah @blodyn91 just an easy 30mins would still kill me! You are amazing!

@Franklydear you've done what you can love so don't worry you rest

Gem176 · 20/01/2021 12:00

@lucyrp need to get my butt in gear and do something productive! Instead I'm watching mafs, having a coffee and feeling a bit guilty about the caffeine 🙈 thinking about lunch but all I seem to think about is food atm 😂

@paintfairy I'm happy enough to have had bad weather and been left with the cooking... I got my dog and an mk bag and purse 😂 I think that was a very fair trade!
I'm with @Juno231 on this one, varies from month to month, sometimes they get painful, sometimes they get extra sensitive and I'm sure I could achieve a @Skip86 nipplegasm other times there is no change whatsoever.... 🤷🏻‍♀️ I'm no help, sorry 🙈

@Kirky658 well if it makes you feel better I haven't had surgery on my ligaments, let alone just six months ago and the pain when I cough/sneeze or roll over is bad! It goes away quickly but oh man it's not something you can ignore so I'm guessing at this point for everyone everything in there is moving and stretching and pulling. Can only assume that for you having had surgery on the ligament and having endo will make the pains worse for you 😔 doesn't help the pain side of things at all but hopefully calms your nerves a little ❤️

Kirky658 · 20/01/2021 12:12

@Gem176 thank you for being so kind. ❤️ I'm well aware I'm probably being a massive baby it's just that whole thing of well you're having cramps therefore expect the worst isn't it! You're lucky you can enjoy a coffee, just the smell of the powder makes me retch atm! I'm on good old decaff Yorkshire tea 👍

Gem176 · 20/01/2021 12:18

@Kirky658 you are not being a massive baby!!! Slightest twinge and I'm googling like a crazy person, I think we are all the same! In some ways I wish I could just forget about it until 12 weeks is here and I can possibly breathe a bit more easily. Right now it's almost a constant worry but I don't think that abnormal 🤷🏻‍♀️
I love tea but I need a coffee by this point most days and especially now 😴 😂

Justanothercyster · 20/01/2021 12:23

@lucyrp haha I wish I could do all those things! I think everyone is adorning the lockdown loungewear and pale skin look recently 😂

@DKDK123 don't give up hope lovely, but do chase your answers. It will all come together in the end x

@Katao I hope not :( x

@Kirky658 aww that's sweet of her. And what an awesome job!

@Juno231 thanks chart queen! Tbh most of my charts are very rocky like that because of pcos, apparently it's normal as our hormones fluctuate all the time. I also don't take it at the same time each day because of rubbish sleep 🙈 I take it on the nose most cycles, but would be nice to finally find out with treatment going forward 🤞🏼

Aww @paintfairy I hope you enjoy eating your heart out and your surprise present x

@Kirky658 sorry you're having pain! How worrying for you. I suppose you just have to ride the wave, I'm sure it'll be ok. Do ring the doc if you need to. Sending hugs x

Kirky658 · 20/01/2021 12:30

Thank you to everyone for your words and love, feeling much better now, don't know what I would do without you all. I will talk the midwifes ear off tomorrow and see if I need extra monitoring perhaps. X

Pleasebemyyearforababy · 20/01/2021 13:03

Hi ladies. New to the thread (nc for this).
Are there any smbc on here & can someone please explain the medicated iui process to me. I've chosen my clinic, have my donor on ice, have had my bloods & other tests done so am ready to go. I know I call the clinic on day 1 but when do I start the meds & on what days do you go in for the scans? I feel like I need to know the finer details & It's all such a minefield! Hmm

Sausage1990 · 20/01/2021 13:04

@vil10 my test was lnt much darker than that in the summer at 12dpo. But by 15dpo is was clearly darker. Like the others said I'm sure it will get darker in a few days. Have faith 💕

Vil10 · 20/01/2021 13:08

@Clairey844 @blodyn91 @Gem176 @Dollybird89 @Sausage1990 Thankyou so much girls for being so supportive and having positivity, but unfortunately af has just arrived😢 had a little cry but just gonna pick myself up and onto the next cycle now! Also arrived 2 days early the bitch, 27 days, my shortest cycle!

@Kirky658 so sorry you're experiencing pain but with your endo and what other women have said id say it's possibly the stretching and tugging, try not to worry lovely, I know that's easier said than done though❤️

Katao · 20/01/2021 13:12

Oh @Vil10 I'm so sorry, that is cruel x

Sausage1990 · 20/01/2021 13:12

Ohhh @vil10 I'm so sorry 😔 chemicals are so cruel. Yes have a little cry (or a big cry) and take it easy today. Be kind to yourself 💕 Sending a big virtual hug xx

Dollybird89 · 20/01/2021 13:17

I'm sorry @vil10 xx plenty of chocolate and wine for You! Sending hugs
