Hi all,

Is there any others currently in their 2ww?

OH works away so we could only DTD 2-3 days before O. So I don't know whether I'm that hopeful. Plus it's our first month trying for #2.

So is there anyone else currently waiting and we can support each other through the wait? I'll be 10dpo on the 22nd which would be amazing if I get a positive as it will be a year on from a loss.

Really sorry for the tmi but I'm now on day 6 of really heavy bleeding after what I think was a chemical pregnancy. It's much worse today than it has been the previous 5 days and passing lots of clots. This is first proper one since coming off pill end of dec and just wondering has anyone else experienced this? It's like I've started AF day 1 again today 😭

Oh @Fifi1086 I’m so sorry to hear that. If you are concerned, definitely give your GP a call. I haven’t experienced that myself but I do remember when I came off the pill, my periods were shockingly heavy. They look and feel very different from the withdrawal bleed. So it could just be your body adjusting to life off the pill and it’ll calm down next month. Are you in any pain at all other than period cramping? Even if not, perhaps worth a call to the doctor to put your mind at ease? And look after yourself - get lots of rest and lots of iron in you given the extensive bleeding. X

AF arrived with style for me and I've been an argumentative, bloated, mardy arse all weekend!!

@Fifi1086 sounds awful lovely. Could be your body readjusting though. My AF is always awful when not on pill. But like the others have said, defo call the dr if you're worried!!!

@NW2021 is the Mr home yet?? When do you start your fertile window??

Good luck and have fun on your FW @NW2021! I think I’m approx 1 week behind you. Excited to try properly for the first time. Took an OPK this morning (CD5) and had a faint line so who even know what that means 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m trying to go in with an attitude of “control the controllables” like food, exercise, taking OPKs, BBT and DTD (!) but then not stressing / over-thinking. Let’s see how I fare shall we..?!

@Randomness12 - You’re definitely not out yet! It’s still super early and it sounds like you were still within the window. Try not to read the whole internet - I did that last month and it didn’t help 😂

@1littlewren Ahh I sympathise - the bloat is reeealll. It’s amazing now being more tuned into these hormones - AF ended yesterday and I’m feeling so much more positive, energetic and focused today. Guess that’s the estrogen? So at least you know you have that coming..!

@Fifi1086 that’s horrible to be going through 😔 defo give your docs a call if it’ll help reassure you. I haven’t been on the pill for years and can’t remember what it was like stopping to be honest. Lots of rest, hope you’re ok 🤍

@1littlewren it’s so crap when AF arrives! But like @Lowkeyloopy says the end is in sight and when that oestrogen hits you can take on the world! 😂
app says I’m going in to my FW today but it’s saying low fertility. Mr back on Weds which app says high fertility, will be my CD13 so I think I’m in with a good chance this month as I normally ovulate between CD 15-19.

@lowkeyloopy I’m the same! Really don’t want to try not stress and worry and just go with the flow this month. It’s easier said than done!! 🙈

Thanks @NW2021 I won’t test until next Tuesday as my periods are fairly irregular so anything up to next Wednesday would be normal for me - it’s very frustrating.

I didn't opk properly last cycle so not sure if 9po or 11 but got a BFN testing early yesterday so now I'm reeeally trying to be patient!

Welcome @sandsandwiches ! Never too late to join the party. Some of us joined last month and are going round again - I’m approaching the fertile week but will be going loopy in the 2WW soon enough! How many cycles have you been TTC? Would this be your first baby?

Oh and congratulations @Peachee ! Your casual approach worked wonders!

Eeek you guys are a good luck charm! I was going to wait longer after bfn on Sunday but caved today and it's positive. I'm still in shock I think.

In less exciting news, I am SUPER bored and impatient today. We only ever planned to start trying in February, and I’m only 6 days out from my FW starting, so I have no right to be impatient, but lockdown and sitting at my desk in my kitchen every day is starting to grate... think I didn’t sleep well last night either which doesn’t help!

I'm still so anxious I'm 7dpo(if thats what you call it) I actually took out a test ran to the toilet sat down to test and then ran back out because I don't want to see a negative or a false positive. Has anyone else done this or am I on my own on this? 🙈

I’m now 9/10 dpo but feeling nothing whatsoever so starting to think I’m out this month despite having ages before I can test.

I've got zero symptoms (despite symptom spotting!) was only saying to DH this morning I don't think it's our month, let's just focus on being healthy this month so we did first workout in months this morning haha. I still think it's good to have something else to focus on for next 8+ weeks though so going to try not to stress and focus on healthy life style! Also helps lockdown boredom @Lowkeyloopy 😂

Hi @Lowkeyloopy I'm doing okay, How about you final got a negative yesterday 8dpts but today DH asked me to do another test, I think his more anxious than me and he swears he saw a faint line. So I'm gonna wait till Monday to do another day. Freaking out.
