Hi all,

Is there any others currently in their 2ww?

OH works away so we could only DTD 2-3 days before O. So I don't know whether I'm that hopeful. Plus it's our first month trying for #2.

So is there anyone else currently waiting and we can support each other through the wait? I'll be 10dpo on the 22nd which would be amazing if I get a positive as it will be a year on from a loss.

It's CD 28 for me and no AF yet but another BFN. Think I've given up hope this month!

I wouldn't just give up yet. I read that pregnancy tests can still be negative at this time if there isn't enough HCG in the blood.

Do you know when you ovulated?

Apparently, ovulation can vary from month to month, but the second phase of your cycle, the luteal phase, pretty much stays the same all the time.

I had my LH surge on Sunday the 17th in the morning. It's cycle day 23 and I don't think I'm pregnant as no symptoms whatsoever.

I think we timed sex incorrectly this month, we had sex on Thursday evening before the lh surge, so 2 1/2 days before the LH surge and on the day of ovulation itself.

Should have dtd maybe 1 day before the LH surge. Oh well....

Well AF showed her ugly face this morning, so it was just wishful thinking on my part. Disappointed of course but it was my first month off mini pill so now at least I've had a proper period and I can track properly next month

@hotpotlover I wouldn't give up hope yet - sex on the day of ovulation can work, I have a friend who got a BFP after sex on OV day and no other times in that fertile window. She also had no symptoms at all for weeks!

I'm 10 DPO and no real symptoms I don't think, AF due around Friday. I spent the night dreaming about taking a test gah! Think I'll test tomorrow...

@Fifi1086 sorry about AF coming but it's defo the right attitude to have about next month, now you can track your cycles and can time DTD next month! Good luck xx

@hotpotlover I dtd 2-3 days before my LH surge this month and got a BFP. It really is possible any day in that 5 day window. And doing it on the day of O is good. I think you've timed it just right tbh. Don't lose hope just yet for this month xx

Oh wowza ladies, I think/ hope I might have just had some implantation CM.. I started cramping a little last night as I mentioned, felt it a little more this morning, and I just went to the toilet and it was a bit brown in the CM when I wiped (soz for tmi!). I never ever have spotting - my AF usually just announces herself around 28-30 days. If this is just AF, she’s being very cruel as that would be 3-5 days early!

My disrupted sleep also continues.. fell asleep at 1am last night only to wake up at 2am feeling wide awake. Got back to sleep only to wake up again at 4am..

Feeling very excited but got to not get carried away...

@W8inray I’ve also heard of people basically having no symptoms! It is frustrating isn’t it how slowly this 2ww goes waiting to find out.

@1littlewren Hang in there - you’re not out yet! Could just be the HCG not high enough yet!

Still much the same, I used a tampon today to see if there was anything and just some brown CM on it. I think I’m going to order some tests at least I’ll know then xx

Once again I had another vivid dream last night and woke up 2/3 times. I'm also STARVING 🙈 going to put a stone on a week at this rate 🤣

I must admit I found a test last night and I did test this morning and I knew it would be negative as I'm only 6DPO but I did it anyway 🤣🤣 why do we do this to ourselves

@emilyylouise hahhhhaah I start testing like from 7DPO at times and tests are like scratch cards and I need to hide them away sometimes cos it's to addictive to keep testing thinking "Maybe it's just too early" 😂😂

@Brightspark12 Haha we’re all on tenterhooks waiting for you to order some tests! Yes My heart would be jumping out of my chest waiting! I think I would try to find something to do while, like unload the dishwasher or something mundane but practical... Or I’d keel over with anticipation.

I’ll try to wait until the end of the week to test, unless I get any symptoms earlier, after today’s curious development. The cramping had kinda stopped now and I’m convincing myself it was just AF teasing her arrival a bit early. Maybe my cycle has been messed up because of the disturbed sleep, or the long walks I’ve been doing at the weekends recently?! Down the speculation spiral I go...

So, survey time - how much of all this do you guys share with your OH? I can’t keep anything to myself so he’s heard about the possible implantation bleeding, though I avoided the words “brown CM” 😂

He was all “Well that sounds good, but we’ll just have to wait and see.” Are your partners as chilled about it all as mine? Do they symptom spot with you?

With my boyfriend we are kind of trying but not properly trying - so I told him my period was a couple of days late and my boobs were hurting and he asked if I had come on a couple of days later.. and I said I’d let him know 😂

Tbh I’m really glad I’ve got you guys to talk to- I think sometimes you convince yourself you’re making it all up and are too embarrassed to tel friends 😂

Yes, I just keep on hoping, but I have no symptoms whatsoever, so not very likely.

Our first child we conceived within the first month of trying, but we were childless back then, not tired and jumping each other's bones all the time. Now we actually have to plan to dtd. :D

My partner knows we're trying, as he wants to have a second child as well.

I don't share the details of my ovulation testing with him - I don't want to pull him into my obsession.

He's pretty relaxed about the whole thing - he just says "it will happen when it happens"

Hey everyone

I have just started having the most horrendous cramps as if AF is coming however not due until around the 4th which is odd 😫

@Lowkeyloopy oh I tell my OH everything haha. I'm not one for keeping things to myself. He's super chilled though. When I talk about the best time to test, he's just like 'well just wait a week or two and your period will show up or it won't'. My typical response is 'I don't think you understand who I am...!'

@emilyylouise eek that's really weird. Hope it's not AF. I think mine is due Friday, and I'm feeling some mild period type pains too :(
