Hi all,

Is there any others currently in their 2ww?

OH works away so we could only DTD 2-3 days before O. So I don't know whether I'm that hopeful. Plus it's our first month trying for #2.

So is there anyone else currently waiting and we can support each other through the wait? I'll be 10dpo on the 22nd which would be amazing if I get a positive as it will be a year on from a loss.

@Lowkeyloopy thank you. I’ve been feeling off all week. Really sore heavy boobs, feeling sick. Yesterday slight spotting, AF was due today, but nothing. Xx

@LauraDanxx I think we're cycle buddies. 🎉 I'm 12dpo today and got my BFP at 9dpo. How exciting. I'm actually so nervous though I feel like I can't relax or get too excited after a previous loss. Booked an early scan in for reassurance.

Can't wait for more BFPs on this thread.

I honestly have no idea tbh but surely milk is a woman's body's way of preparing for a baby? Have you googled this or looked at old threads to see if anyone else has had this before a BFP? X

@LauraDanxx I have hun, I am a POAS addict and still in absolute disbelief. I had a very strong positive for 9DPO on a clearblue, and did one later that evening which was much fainter. However I think that's because my urine was more concentrated. I got some Asda pink dye tests that were faint but still defo positive the next day. And then did a Sainsbury's one this morning which is really clear. So I'm trying my best to relax about it but it's difficult. I've booked in for a private scan at 6+2. OH has agreed that I can go again before the NHS 12 week if it puts my mind at ease, so I might go at about 8-10 weeks as there's more to see. I think the more I heartbeat, the better I'll feel! Going to pop out today and get some folic acid Too! Xx

And no I haven't used a digital one. I might pick a boots own one up later today, although I do like how the clearblue tells you how many weeks you are 😂 what about you xx

Well I'm out this month, af landed this morning 3 days early. Not surprisingly given the stress of ds being in hospital

@LauraDanxx this is my second hun.

If you do go for an early private scan, best to use a 'diagnostic service' rather than the cheaper non diagnostic scans, it's just the diagnostic ones tend to be able to diagnose if there are any problems and tend to be midwives and doctors. So places like window to the womb and ultrasound direct/baby bond. Entirely up to you like but I've read really bad things about non diagnostic private scans.

I think the cb digitals aren't as sensitive so maybe in a couple of days? Don't they come in packs of 2 anyway so could try one as soon as you get them and see what comes up.

@LauraDanxx congratulations! Afternoon ladies... so I don’t know what’s going on with me. Yesterday had a tiny bit of blood assumed it was beginning of AF. Today nothing at all even when I put a tampon in and boobs still killing. WTF is going on😂

Amazing to see some BFPs so exciting!! Does anyone know if 5/6 dpo (not totally sure) is too early for implantation bleeding? I just had some watery pink discharge with specks of blood in it when I wiped. Hoping it's implantation and not AF arriving 😭

Boobs killing seem to be the main symptom of the BFPs so far in this thread. Where do they hurt? Xx

@alixxx1 it was like a tiny bit of red blood like you have when you start AF then brown (sorry tmi) on the tampon after a couple of hours. They’re hurting on the sides and under my arms like I’ve pulled a muscle! I know I should just test I think I’ll order some. Has anyone else ever had anything like this? X

Hey all, congrats to those with a BFP! I’m on 9 DPO and very impatient to test but trying to hold off for a few more days. I’ve got some mild groin pains today but kinda feels like period pain so hoping it’s not AF on her way... lockdown isn’t helping with the not obsessing is it?!

@Brightspark12 Definitely sounds like it could have been implantation bleeding, how exciting! Definitely order some tests - hopefully by the time they arrive it’ll be about the right time to try a test, if that makes it around 2 days post implantation.

I ordered some FRERs off Amazon, which arrived today. When I opened them DP said “your face lit up just looking at the box.. am I going to need to take them away from you?” I’ve been trusted with them in my bedside table for now.

@W8inray Welcome! Sounds like we’re about the same - I’m 8DPO (or 10, depending on which app you believe). Yes lockdown is really not helping! I’m sure I wouldn’t obsess half as much if I wasn’t wfh or if I could make plans with friends at the weekend! At the same time it’s kinda good to have a “project” to focus on!
