Hi all, so this is my 2nd TWW / symptom spotting thread ❤️

Ovulation day for me is today; 14th Jan.
wondered if anybody else is early in their TWW or fancies keeping me company throughout?

Would love to hear your symptoms / stories 🥰

@Lovelily94 my skin hasn't really broken out but it's dried, like so badly I have no idea what happened🙈 also weird redness on my cheeks but this could just be me trying to find more symptoms to add to my list 😂 I am off for the next two days which means you'll find me in bed sleeping and googling DPO symptoms 😂😂

@Lovelily94 @scandiontheloose I don't know about feel pregnant, but I look it... I'd put myself at about 4 months. SO bloated.

@trackiesandasmokeyeye @Lovelily94 Yas I feel that. Also are either of you out of breath. Like I know I'm not a pro athlete but I'm fit enough to go upstairs without needing to sit down and pant. However I feel like today I'm just out of breath all the time after every time I have to move.

@scandiontheloose @trackiesandasmokeyeye extremely! I’m always out of breath after walking up the stairs but I don’t know if that’s just being on furlough for almost a year! 😓 got slightly worried about the acne and my headaches past few days so the doctor now thinks I have shingles and have to go for bloods at 4! So maybe all my symptoms have just been that :( feel abit sad now but not giving up hope. X

@Lovelily94 oh no! Let's hope it's not. You can also tell them you might be preggos and then they can rule stuff out etc. X

Righteo a quick 6DPO update from me:
Symptoms today have been a bit all over the place. Had restless legs last night which I have not had in such a long time, I used to get them all the time! Major insomnia atm, backache, cramping, stabbing pains on my right, stabbing pains in my breasts and nipples, headache, and woke up feeling like I have a bit of a cold. I feel like I cannot be arsed with a single thing, I would happily flop on the floor and fall asleep.

@lovelily94 snap on the stabbing pains, pulling, pinching overall cramping, however I havn't had a huge amount of CM this month. I seem to get ache in my hairline for some reason

@scaniontheloose if it helps the month I fell, I had a lot of watery creamy CM. Never EWCM but then again I never get that really. BUT I did also get some creamy CM on months I didnt catch, so I think it can go either way. Yep super farty at the mo.

@trackiesandasmokeyeye ouches thrush doesnt sound good. Whilst I dont have thrush as such, I feel like I have such an achey vag this month, sometimes it feels like its flexing its muscles lol

@dizsquiz I wouldnt worry too much about what the temp actually is as appose to the fact you see a temperature shift. A lot of people get a bit of a dip before ovulation, so keep an eye on it and as soon as it increases, you know the day before is the day you ovulate!

@CookieMonster3001 I have been soo windy the past few days aswell! Trying to hold them in at work has me crippled 🤣 Bloating has gone down a bit though. I'm having a lot of CM but not EWCM, only notice the CM on my underwear, I didn't notice any EWCM this month though. Temping didn't work for me at all it was all over the place so I gave up, so how do you guys who don't temp know how many DPO you are? Do you go from positive OPK? My positive was Saturday not sure when I should start testing from?

@rosierose10 I tell you what, its a good time to be working from home for me, cus then I don't have to hold them in, just have to remember to hold them in when I am on a call lol! OH did comment the other day tho and was like, you used to have dainty farts that I could barely hear now they sound like man farts. Couldn't stop laughing!!!

In theory after your first positive OPK you should ovulate 24-36 hours after but its very different for everyone. I bang on ovulate the day after my peak. The only thing is BBT is the only way you can actually confirm ovulation unless you get your bloods tested.

@CookieMonster3001 oh mine have been terrible! DP doesn't bat an eyelid most of the time 😂 app says my period is due next Friday so going to try and hold until mid week next week, seems like so long away! I don't know why it just wasn't working for me, the readings were totally different each day despite following instructions and doing it as soon as I wake up, I'll give it another go maybe next month

@rosierose10 same as me! Im due next friday as well. Feels like ages away! My temps are pretty much always different too. I dont think they are supposed to stay exactly the same you just need to watch for the trend. Took me about 2 months of practice to get the hang of it but has defo helped knowing how my body changes throughout the cycle.

I'll be more patient with it next month if I don't get my BFP this month, when are you planning on testing?

@scandiontheloose looks like it is infact shingles! Can’t believe it. Told me to stay bed bound for a few days so driving me even more crazy 😂 let’s hope I will still get a bfp this weekend.

This TTW is dragging so much we have covid and I'm on furlough to who knows when!
It would be fine if I could tell myself it's okay if I don't get pregnant this month we will book a little holiday to take our minds off it... Oh wait we can't even leave the house to see our families 😢
Feel like I'm on such a downer at the moment and a baby would give us and our families something to look forward to.

@CookieMonster3001 so the thrush feeling has chilled out a bit and it's not itchy anymore, so maybe not thrush... who knows, madness.

Also feeling very sick tonight, but it could just be that I'm off... trying very hard not to read things into symptom spotting but it's tough isn't it! I'm never this aware of my body and it's our first try so nothing to compare it to... at least if it's a BFN I'll have this as a comparison for next month.

@trackiesandasmokeyeye the itchiness has also calmed down here so don't think I'll have to rummage for the canesten after all 😂 greasy hair and cramps have stayed with me tho. How about you?

@scandiontheloose well I thought it had calmed down here too, it's been fine all afternoon, but now it's creeping back in... hmmmm.... just like a tingle really 🤣🤣🤣 I'm not reaching for a pessary yet though so all good...!

Cramps are back, bloating still a go, and now I feel really sick and have done for hours... I'm pretty hungry as worked late and only just about to have tea, but that doesn't normally make me feel sick just starving 🤷🏻‍♀️

@scandiontheloose - I tell you what, it's bloody hard, and I was only 'seeing what happened' at the beginning of this month. God help me if I'm out this month and next month I'm all over it... OH has already asked if we can still have normal sex and not just turn into ttc robots if we're into next month 🤣🤣🙈

@trackiesandasmokeyeye omg yes! I wasn't even fussed about all this DPO nonsense and then I googled some symptoms and here I am tracking my itchy noonoo and farts and burps. Dear god I hope it's BFP cos can't deal with this again 😂😂😂

@trackiesandasmokeyeye @scandiontheloose how are we feeling? I have such cramping pulling sensations tonight in my lower stomache! Don’t think shingles can do that so I’m hoping for implantation 😂🤞 Not long to go now ladies.

@Lovelily94 well I feel like my sore back has eased off a wee bit but still have cramping. Still a lot of CM (would normally be having my dry week before AF around now) and just generally feeling bloated and huge. 8DPO tomorrow. We all testing this weekend or waiting until early next week?

@scandiontheloose my CM seems to have calmed down abit but still abit there, I’m stopping tracking things like spots and headaches now as I will never know if it’s shingle related or hormones so just waiting now. I am going to test this weekend with a FRER 😀
