God this thread moves so quick I can't keep up! Sorry if I haven't replied to anyone!

@notyetamumbuttrying @CreativeThinkerTequilaDrinker I also got married August 2019! We were so lucky! My brothers wedding was last year and they had to move it twice and then they organised a new one in 3 days - the day before we went into tier 4. Such a shame.

My IVF medication is coming on Tuesday! The pharmacy called yesterday to organise delivery. Eeek it is starting to feel real now! I'm so nervous it won't go to plan though.

Hope everyone enjoyed the sunshine today, we went for a walk along the cliffs near me but it was so muddy and there was a landslide going on so the coastguard were there!

@ACMJ that's how I did mine but unfortunately the Letrozole didn't work for me

Not sure I'll get away with another reality show in my household. We're only in a one bed flat 😆 flats on the market tho. We always say it's prob a good thing we didn't get pregnant last year as we'd still be stuck in this flat!

@MIW01 ah I see. Yeah no rush defo. In your back garden sounds lovely ☺️ you'll never want to move tho I bet 😂 I guess you wouldn't for a while anyway with the renovations.

@Narwhal88 that's so exciting! Is this your first IVF cycle?

I'm starting to get lots of ovary pain again today. When we DTD earlier certain positions was uncomfortable. I've read that the Clomid can stay in your system for a while so hope it's not the start of more cysts! I really can't face going through what I went through last month. I haven't had a static smiley OPK yet so I'm praying it's just my ovaries are maybe still tender from the cysts so ovulation may just be a bit sore this time?

@RobinRose yeah nice thanks. Just chilling mainly! Ooh what cake did she bake you?
The only thing that helps me is having a plan. Having appointments booked etc. Can you try that?
@Tofu35 oh dear, was it a flop so to speak 🙈I'm 2pdo so tww wait for me. Did it this morning tho as Dh has an SA on Monday and I didn't want it to be 5 days abstinence!

@notyetamumbuttrying I did just that earlier! On episode 3 now 🙌 That's very true about everything happening for a reason. I'm sure you'd have made it work though

@notyetamumbuttrying it's a plain choc sponge with choc icing, spinkles and smarties on top 😁 going to see what the clinic has said to the gp next week, they might have recommended next steps and go from there! I have briefly looked into getting some tests done privately for me, got to start somewhere I guess! I bought a crochet kit today so hoping that will keep amused for a bit!

@Crazydoglady123 you are in for such a treat! It gets better n better! Ah yeah, I'm sure we would have, but just makes me feel better in the short term lol 😆 I'm so glad MN is working again, felt panicked not being able to post for a few hours 😝

@notyetamumbuttrying it was more me saying "you're taking too long, this was meant to be a quickie" 🙈 my other TTC thread came to an end because the majority of them got pregnant or had their babies. So I'm full time on this one now, eek!

Hi all, my oh birthday is on Wednesday too! They're all in feb lol and I've just started watching brigerton (bit late to the party) to keep my mind busy I cross stitch - just made two board games for my nieces for Xmas usually while I'm doing that we either watch tv together or if he's watching something I don't like or playing Xbox I listen to audiobooks while I stitch. Keeps my mind totally off ttc! Attached a pic of the finished stitching before it was framed for them.

@Marvellouslymadmum that is amazing 🤩 well done 👏🏾 and enjoy Bridgerton! My pic still won't post. Can't believe all our dhs have bdays in feb 😄 mine turned 38, he says he feels old now 😂

@notyetamumbuttrying thank you, it's been playing up for me yesterday and today but worked straight away this time for some reason! He was just moaning a minute ago that he doesn't want to be 40 in a few days as it makes him feel old, I'd quite like to give him a slap as I'll be 42 next month but I don't feel old 🤷🏼‍♀️

Watching the night stalker on Netflix tonight, it's very good! Last episode left, will save it for tomorrow and watch something cheery before bed!

@Crazydoglady123 yes my first cycle so exciting but scary! I hope you don't have more cysts, I don't have any experience but hopefully it is just pain from last time for you.

@notyetamumbuttrying yeah I have been on some other threads in the past that moved even faster and deffo couldn't keep up! I can't really check MN at work and I try not to come on too much as I used to get too obsessive!
I have watched the night stalker thing, very good but scary! Watching the Cecil hotel thing at the moment and also Firefly Lane. Obsessed with This is Us as well - it has an IVF storyline which made me love it even more.
My DH birthday is in July sorry to ruin the Feb party 🤣

@notyetamumbuttrying forgot to say, I am on norethisterone from 2nd March to 11th, then I think I start injections on CD2 but I have my nurse consultation on Tuesday where they should tell me more.

How funny @notyetamumbuttrying and @Marvellouslymadmum my fiancée birthday also Feb! He just turned 35. We celebrate his birthday and Valentines combined so had a date night on Friday! I ordered in some restaurant food to heat up. The room of shame is important to remember with everything we women go through! Haha!

I hope the IVF stuff is off to a good start @Narwhal88 ? A friend of mine is due end of March with her 1st age 38. They've been trying for 5 years. Issues are male factor, after going through 3 years of trying to adopt with no joy they eventually went through 3 rounds of IVF and are very excited they'll be having a baby girl soon! Gives me hope!

RANT ALERT @ACMJ it does really make me cross how women are treated. They need to learn that going on the pill doesn't actually solve anything and in fact I think causes more issues because it just masks what's going wrong in the first place and can make it worse! For years they kept telling me to get a coil fitted and when I refused I was told nothing more can be done and I was like, "are you not going to find out what the problem actually is?" No. We are women so apparently they aren't interested in that and just manage us and use fake hormones to "fix" everything. I've got friends who are researchers and tell me that the amount they spend on male impotence actually dwarfs what's spent on female reproduction research and the only reason anything is spent at all is because we're needed to erm, reproduce!!! Apparently if the pill caused the same side effects in men it would never have been approved and in fact it would be much simpler to create a male pill but because women are the 1s who get pregnant it was made for females. The sexism is disgusting! I've found a podcast called Fertility Friday and she goes into a lot of detail about the Pill and these sorts of issues. It's very interesting but at the same time infuriating!

@MIW01 this is so freaky! That's basically all of us bar one so far with a Dh bday in feb 😂 mines is the day before Valentine's so it's usually a combined thing every year lol!

Just got my first flashing smiley on cb digital and I'm cd6 which is the same day I got the first higher reading last month, so not sure if I should now be testing twice a day until I get a peak - just seems early but my cycle was only 25 days last month so maybe it will be again this month 🤷🏼‍♀️
