Well ladies we made it all of 9 days before needing a new bus, I think I’ve had farts that lasted long, especially when they were in a bag (in blog joke) and now it’s an extra long one...bus, not fart 😜.

We are a chatty bunch it seems and we like to encourage ppl to get involved with our racing car of a TTC bus which can also be a bit of sex education class as well!

It may seem a strange ride here as we’ve got all sorts on our bus (not just the animals). We’ve got long term ticket holders where some of us have been around each other for longer than we care to remember now (so bloody hell some ppl here REALLY are bloody owed a sticky BFP now right??) but cos we love 💓each other and genuinely care about each other we cling together...despite some of us heading of to the infertility clinics, and we’ve got some newbies at the start of their TTC journeys, child number 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 18 we don’t care.

Any questions ask away, we LOVE ppl to get involved...we love those who chatter!! We also love a sex toy 😉

@Katao I'm trying and I'm sure it will be excitement when it all sinks in, I'm just a bit shocked at the moment and that sounds ridiculous as we were trying but I'm thinking the shock is because it's the one cycle I wasn't planning with precision that the military would be proud of 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 it will happen.... want some galaxy covered Brazil nuts 😉

@Kirky658 that is exciting, how many weeks will you be then? I was just speaking to my mum and she told me my step-bro and wife are expecting twins, I was quite surprised when she told me as they are only 5 weeks, only a week ahead of us but I can't even imagine starting telling people next week. Each to their own though 😊

Might be quiet for next few days... need to get my head back into a good place. Get lost in a few books for a few days may help.... Book no.1 eve of man

Ok, all catch up now, god so many things, can't do long tagging message, I am on the bus, nearly home and DH said he has Cake, also picking me up from the bus stop, I am glad I have the weekend off so I can burrow at home, I also have home day pijamas and sleeping pijamas but they must need replacing cos DH said the other day if I want to buy more, error, is that a question?

@gem176 haha well ill only be 5 weeks!!! Lol. We have just decided to tell our parents and my two best friends because if anything did go wrong we would want them to know why. Also because we told them we were trying. Mum hasn't been well for ages so it will be a really nice boost for her too. To be honest with the anxiety issues I have I tell my parents everything so it would be remiss of me not to tell them this big of news. But as you say quite rightly each to their own xx

@Kirky658 see the problem is my mum would tell everyone like she did last time 🤦🏻‍♀️ I'd happily tell my best mates now because if anything does go wrong I'd need to let it all out to someone and my oh is not the most emotionally verbal humans to grace this earth 😂 I think it's the Instagram post at 5 weeks I can't get my head around 🤷🏻‍♀️ x

@Justanothercyster aww I completely get how you're feeling with faving pregnancy news honestly the amount of women at my work that have announced pregnancies on zoom calls 😭 I've toyed with the idea of telling a couple of friends about my fertility troubles a few times when they've asked why I'm not looking for a new job after we all got pay cuts etc I would love to just tell them I've had a tough year and a number of depressing months after chemicals and negative tests and I feel trapped unable to move jobs as I want to get pregnant and not start a new job right now. I feel like I can't share it with anyone partly because I'm telling my husbands private secret if I do, not just my own! I am glad you managed to share with family not long ago at least

Well on the "I'm shit at technology", I wrote a nearly full blog post on my phone in the bath, touched something "poof" it was gone. I nearly dropped my phone. FUCKING HELL.

@lucyrp I remember you saying about that insta post announcing at 7 weeks. My SIL nearly did that. I nearly died.

The only reason I'm telling my in laws about the ivf this time is cos I need the emotional support. Especially after my parents were dicks on Monday. Cant imagine doing that with a scan. Urgh.

@Gem176 @Kirky658 @lucyrp My DHs cousin was pregnant a couple of years back and told her mum when she was less than 3 weeks. She announced it to us all just before Xmas too at 3 weeks. I said to DH personally I wouldn't of. Her mum was really excited though and telling everyone. Even the random worker in the spar shop! 🙈 She sadly went on to miscarry (about a month later). And it made me doubly sure I'd tell no one!

@BlondePotter how much do used knickers sell for? 🤔 On average? Asking for a friend. 🤣
@Justanothercyster oh just tell them. Not horribly. But if they keep gloating you are going to have to say something. Or you'll end up hating them in the end. 😕

@katao don't be daft hun, I'm very fortunate that this is my very ever BFP, really really hoping it sticks, I think due to my having endometriosis and being told in the past I would struggle to conceive, and it being an issue in my family, it is almost too good to be true if you get me xx

@paintfairy I told my mum when I was around 5 weeks but only because she was coming over for Christmas and expected me to get drunk with her and eat her Christmas cake with loads of booze in it so had to tell her before then 😂

@lucyrp ooh that's a bit early! Also how did they get pics?! I had an early scan with dd (only bonus of diabetes... loads of scans 😂) but didn't get the option of an actual picture at that one!

@paintfairy my mum was the same but it wasn't meant in a bad way she was just so bloody excited 😂 I'll wait until I'm ready for the world to know before I tell her this time 😅
On the knickers thing, it depends on the knickers and how many days you have been wearing them/what you have been doing in them....

@Katao I'm in the same boat as you, blessed to have never had a loss but since starting ttc it's really opened my eyes to how often it doesn't end with a babe in arms 😢 I was so naive last time round! Also pre bfp I was so sure I was going to be totally chilled 🥒 turns out I'm having a bit of a knee jerk panic 🙈😂

@Minster2012 sorry about your parents being dicks, I missed that! Definitely pick your support network and make sure they are actually supportive rather than just the people that SHOULD be supportive! I think I've also missed something about a blog..... 🤔

@Katao no I didn’t mean it in that way I mean I think that every woman should have the right to feel joy in pregnancy even if it doesn’t go the whole way. As in I feel blessed I have been pregnant and think if I’m lucky enough that I get a sticky bean I hope I can enjoy it because it is such a special thing. Sorry I’m waffling 🤪
