CD 7 for me following 2nd mc 🤦🏼‍♀️ Ready to kick the new year off with a bang (not literally, sorry husband), and get a blimin bun in the oven already!

Hey ladies! Sneaking in.. AF due 12th Jan so early days.

TTC#3, got two little boys already who are 7 & 6 (Irish twins!) although this month was more NTNP, so not trying to get my hopes up toooo much (Ha! As if..).

I also find it so reassuring hearing so many stories about other in the same situation and it really gives me so much comfort. I just think how did women cope when it was all hush hush and not internet! They almost have felt so alone.

Have you spoke to your OH about having semen analysis? Because even if you’ve got a little niggle on your head that it’s that it can mean that you light place blame on them and cause a little frustration in your relationship. I had blood tests done and came back normal and then I was thinking it was maybe my OH with low sperm count - but he had tests and they were absolutely fine. It made me us both feel better once we got the results back.

On the odd occasion when we’ve been DTD every day for 3-4 days in a row we’ve had to stop too. So i’ve found doing it every other day is way better. Also when they do the semen analysis they say to not have sex for 48 hours prior so that must be the ideal level for sperm count I guess...

@MiniBaker - Yeah, he's deffo open to an SA, but we're not sure if a doc would book him one seeing as we've only been trying for 6 months ... I suppose we could tell a white lie just for our own peace of mind. (?) Or is it easy enough for him to go and book in?
Actually my doc told me that our hospital isn't doing them atm due to covid, so that they'd have to send us somewhere else.
I think we'll try every other day next cycle, as this hasn't been fun!

Thanks to the support ladies. So nervous after my losses but just have to keep faith and keep looking at my 2 year old and reminding myself that my body can do this.

I actually did a sneaky cheapy test this morning and it was a teeny tiny bit darker so hoping the FRER is clearer tomorrow.

@Emc16x praying for a miracle for you. This ttc journey is so hard isn’t it. Have you had any symptoms?

@MgW1 that’s good about your bloods although i know in some ways it would be easier if there was a clear reason why. Xx

@MamaPheebz you’ve been through the mill! I’ve been following your journey on here. Fingers crossed for you tomorrow.

I’ve had cramping and breast soreness for a week. Back pain since 30th Dec. No implantation bleeding. Terrible acne....so looks like af but hoping it isn’t!!

I’m going to try and wait another week to test. I’ve read that you should wait until CD36 or 4 weeks since you had sex. So that’ll be 13th Jan. And if I don’t come in before then....I’ll know. Hopefully!

@Emc16x Those are good signs but like you said, can be af symptoms too which is so frustrating. I don’t want to get your hopes up because i know that can be annoying but... acne and prickly cramping have always been my only symptoms of pregnancy in the first few weeks. I’ve never had implantation bleeding just the prickly cramps. Xx

@MamaPheebz just wiped and found a very slight amount of brown spotting. Think I am out. Will see how it develops! It’s so odd I get all the symptoms for 10days+ Then AF. Bring on the hospital appointment I’m desperate for answers! Xxx

I am 12 DPO today and most likely out as I drank every single day from Christmas day to yesterday 🙈 Boobs been hurting the past week, feeling heavy and full but most likely PMS. I also had period like cramps on the 31st, which made me put on a pad but no sign of AF yet which is due on the 4th. Not holding my breath though as ready for the new cycle.

@JeanieJI did exaggerate how long we’d been trying because I just felt I needed some answers! And it really helped me rule those things out as being a problem.

Yes they did stop doing them because of covid for a bit at our local hospital but resumed a couple months back so I guess it was lucky timing.

I missed my LH surge in December so don’t a thallus know when I ovum’s yet but according to my app I should have ovulated around the 27th so just need to wait and see!

@sunshineandshowers3 I phoned my gp before Christmas and they told me to phone back in the new year to arrange to get tests done so will do that next week

Hi all, been watching the other thread and been too shy to comment but decided to be brave and say hello. @33Carr we are cycle twins, AF was due on the same day and I was 3 days late too and it got me on 31st, fingers crossed for this month

Does anyone have tips for timing OPKs. This is my first cycle trying them. I do my first wee of the day and I’m on cd12 so far just negative. I am using cheapys from Amazon called one step.
I have a weird suspicion that my ovulation day is really early... is this uncommon? Anyone on here experienced early ov?

Cycle day 18 and trying so hard not to symptom spot but has anyone ever had a sudden almost stabbing sensation inside vagina (TMI sorry!) kind of near cervix

Thanks @HotFudge87 I think it will feel like the first time again as I feel like I barely remember what to do with a newborn also have a sneaking suspicion a pregnancy might be a bit harder this time round 😂
