Hi @MgW1 that's exciting! I think I can see the faint line! 🤗 How long after poas are you getting the line? If within 5mins then surely can't be evap line?? Have you looked closely at one of these tests before you take it? I noticed on the 'one step' ones that there is a very faint lightening on the test where the test line would appear - might be good to just double check it isn't the same. I'm not familiar with that brand though. Also how many DPO are you?x

@MgW1 Is that within the time frame? i had a batch which kept showing a shadow outside the time frame. Have you got another Frer you can do in the morning? How many days dpo are you?

Well by the time the dye has settled its over 5 mins but less than 10. I did one with by husbands urine to double check and he never got a line 🤣🤣 i mean you prob think i am nuts !! Never had these easy@home ones before but the seem the best strip tests you can get based on reviews i read. I just thought the frer would have had a line of some sort by now 11dpo ish xx

Ahhhh! I think maybe bad batch. I wasnt until the dye had settled i could notice it. Im not feeling it at all this month. Had some cramping today and feel like i do pre period where as last month cramping started over a week before af due but then that ended badly with cp!!! Xx

@MgW1 🤣 that's a good way to test it (using hubby's wee!). I'd be cautiously optimistic if he had no line! 🤗 Unfortunately it's going to have to be the blimin waiting game I reckon. Wednesday on a FRER and it should likely give you your answer. Keeping fingers crossed for you!!🤞🤞🤞x

@MgW1 the fact your husband’s is negative is a good sign but I too would have expected a line on a FRER. Have you used fmu on the FRER? I’d test agin in the morning or on Wednesday. Xx

Yeah I’ve been reading that high cervix is a good sign but also a lot people say it could be low and still test positive...

sorry to hear about your chemical. I had one in June last year and stopped trying for a month or so... really wish I hadn’t because that next month is supposed to be the best time to conceive!!
Gah it’s so hard waiting... but we’ve got so far!

I just keep Google ttc 8dpo or whatever dpo. I’d love this month to be the one so I don’t go insane!

Sorry for the gloom, but, does anyone else feel a huge sense of doom and dread when they know their period is coming and just hopelessness that you have to start all over again? AND have a period for 5 days first..

I've gone from definitely feeling that I'm pregnant to totally deflated today!

Morning ladies! I have a question, does anyone else feel completely bloated, unattractive, uncomfortable and just generally a bit anti-sex when ovulating? I think my body is screwed. 🤪 How are you supposed to make a baby when you're just the absolute opposite of frisky? I seem to get what is like cm and a higher sex drive at CD8...which is basically no use to anyone as a good week before I ovulate! After months of tracking, I think I've finally worked out that ov is definitely later than I think it's going to be, or rather, when it should be based on what my body is telling me.
The other question I have is does anyone know if your cervix still moves higher and opens even when not ovulating? And can you get a positive opk without ovulating? Basically my BBT is not indicating ovulation, neither is my cm (quick creamy), but my cervix is high/open and i got a high opk yesterday...I'm completely confused! And so is my app 🤣x

Gp just phoned me so I've to book in on cd19 for bloods and dp is being referred to get his sperm checked 🙂 if I'm still not pregnant by the time we get the results then they will refer us to the fertility clinic

I feel exactly the same as you @Tara1711. I think I go through the same phase every month, feel positive until AF starts to loom. I've also started to get spots on my hairline which is a sign of AF for me. The thought of another 2ww is painful.

@BubsNumber2inTheMaking haha I know what you mean about the bloat, it's funny how a bit of bloat can make us feel so unattractive. i'm not sure about your cervix question. But I'm sure I read somewhere that positive OPK is not guarantee that we are ovulating and we can have the LH surge (positive OPK) without an egg being released.

@Dogmum13 that's great news and they booked you in quick. Hopefully some tests and plan for going will be able to reduce some anxieties x

I don't think anything can prepare you for how torturous this ttc journey can be.

Does anyone have any tips on how to relax during the never ending tww?!

@Tara1711 No tips on how to relax as I get so obsessive but I try plan some tasks each day to keep me distracted for a few hours at a time! A walk, some reading, repainting the kitchen (this is taking me a long time 😂🤦🏽‍♀️) new series, go through all my clothes and organise etc etc

@Tara1711 my symptoms go on and off too. Remember that earlier this month @Lottiebugz22 tested positive with on and off symptoms!

In terms of distraction im watching the serpent on bbc Iplayer, phonecalls with friends (who don’t know I’m ttc), making delicious food. I’ve started writing down my thoughts, worries, questions it does help. It stops me from typing them into Google every 20 minutes 😂

@BubsNumber2inTheMaking I’m not sure. I’ve only been tracking my cervix for the first time this cycle and was only going off what Google says 😂

@Tara1711 to be honest, I've been taking a break from the chat & throwing myself into work. It's busy enough to be honest. I do have a Dr app in a few days & hopefully something positive will come out of that.

@Sar1010 I'm just feeling very PMS'y 😂 mood swings and very hungry 🤤 I still don't "feel" pregnant.

Also trying to stay distracted. Been watching Protecting Jacob on Apple TV (man Chris Evans is dishy!) and like @FluffyLittleDragon focusing on work that's pretty busy.

That doesn't mean it doesn't pop into my head every 30 mins slowly driving myself insane... lol.

I'll be grateful when this final week of waiting is over no matter the outcome!

My work is super quiet so it gives me so much time to overthink everything!

I'm still having zero symptoms but still feeling ok about it. I think because I've started the gp process, it feels like I'm being proactive now...almost feels like I've passed the worry onto someone else!
Normally though I find work a good distraction but in quieter spells I take it out on my house and have a cleaning frenzy!! 😊 I also like doing mad workouts to get the endorphins going, that seems to lift my spirits too!

Only a few more days of the TWW...hopefully its fantastic news for you and the other girls due around the same time but if not, its the start of another new opportunity!
