am,

didn't think you'd be able to stay away - everyone, this is my friend april meadow - the one I was saying about the other day. I knew she'd come on here and find out - even though she PROMISED me she wouldn't

hester · 26/10/2004 13:58

April, you're so naughty

aprilmeadow · 26/10/2004 14:04

Hi Everyone - promise i havent been naughty!

Trying to find my thread and was scrolling down the last hour conversations and all i could see was Conrgatulations S/H.
I promise i didnt peek - because i promised!
Sat at my desk for ages and ages and finally plucked up the courage to phone s/h!

I am so excited and pleased for her and her dh. I was shaking so much as i called her that i nearly spilt my cuppa!! and i was nearly in tears!

I wish i had such nice people on my thread as s/h has on this one.

Tons and tons of babydust to you all ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~*
Love Aprilmeadow

excellent news Sweetheart!!! i am so happy for you.

i've had a bad day. went to the docs who said my blood tests showed that everything is working fine, and that maybe i just have irregular cycles. she's told me to carry on bd'ing and if nothing happens in the next 4 months or so to go back and she'll see what she can do.

that is good news i suppose but i'm feeling a bit down generally and finding work hard to cope with at the moment, which caused a bit of a barney with my dp. not an argument but he got frustrated and shouted, so i cried (with a shop full of customers!) and then he felt really bad cos he didn't mean to make me cry, so i felt bad that he felt bad and so on......

sorry for ranting guys.......

sweetheart · 26/10/2004 14:21

Moschops

So sorry your feeling blue. This ttc lark can be so horrible at times.

Is there any chance you and your dh could go away for a weekend, somewhere cheap and cheerful - maybe Isle of Wight or the Lake District or something.

A nice break might be just what you need to recharge your batteries.

pandagirl03 · 26/10/2004 14:21

moschops · 26/10/2004 14:57

i just had a few more tears.......just found out that John Peel has died. i must be really hormonal, i don't usually cry when famous people die.

a holiday is out of the question because we are self employed, but dp is in a band and they have a gig this weekend at a private party and it's a sleepover (camping, it's in a big field!!)

should meet some cool people and it'll be a change of scenery. we're just both really frazzled and today was the day it all boiled over. dp's trying to give up smoking too, and i know how that feels but i'm just not coping with my emotions/temper as well as i usually do.

at least i can come here and vent!!! this place is a godsend!

Bagpuss30 · 26/10/2004 15:24

OMG Sweetheart congratulations .

Just thought I'd have a bit of a catch up and see who will be joining me on the July thread (when we get round to starting it that is!). I am so pleased for you and happy that I'm not on my own any more .

Geordie · 26/10/2004 16:16

Congratulations sweetheart

Lets hoep we beat the last threads number of bfp's...maybe double it even......

and congrats panda too!!

Sallie · 26/10/2004 16:18

sweetheart and bagpuss - you should start the July thread and then maybe that will encourage more bfps! Fingers but not legs (!) crossed!!!

sweetheart · 26/10/2004 16:23

I think I'll actually be due on 30th June so I'll let Bagpuss start the July thread.

BeckiF · 26/10/2004 16:32

QUESTION!!!!!!! Just been to the loo as I thought AF had started but it was a creamy white discharge?!! Have I got a disease or is it some kind of other 'thing'??! HELP!!!

velcrobott · 26/10/2004 16:34

Hi Becki

Have a look on this website - it talks about cervical fluid in great details !

Tessiebear · 26/10/2004 17:02

Congratulations SWEETHEART!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fantastic news

SHELY · 26/10/2004 17:06

tessiebear- you said you got alot of it on cd 22, i had my positive reading yesterday, and we bd 5 x's yesterday. do you mean you did it more then one time on cd22? he was an animal last nite, he's 43, and i never had a guy be able to do it more then once or twice in one "session", i should be happy, but i don't know now. iam afraid too many cums from him hurts my chances, and/or has depleted him. still gonna bd today anyway, but i wonder if too much sex on one day is bad or good. sore to, ouch good luck to all!

SHELY · 26/10/2004 17:08

bekif- creamy discharge is normal at different points of the month, however if it's itchy and really smelly, you may have a simple infection which is easy to treat, so don't go nuts over it. you'll be ok. if it is itchy and smelly go to the doc, it will go away within days of meds

SHELY · 26/10/2004 17:10

already good luck on here, fabulous!! congrats sweetheart. hope we all can join you soon

ebbie22 · 26/10/2004 18:23
