When TTC feels like a proper TWATFACE, we’ve got each other’s backs. We’ve had trolling TTC charts, f**k boy bodies and a few of us are giving up and handing our bodies to the fertility doctors instead. Maybe they can do a better job eh?

We are TTC in often weird and wonderful ways and that’s the way we like it...long as we are there for each other, be it DTD, SMEP, syringe, IVF we don’t care 🥰

TTC again now, had ectopic last year and 2 losses after that also,
Last was a MMC in late sept.
I'm constantly thinking about wanting to be pregnant so bad but also sooo bloody scared!! Anyways I'm currently 10dpo but we haven't done it as much as I'd have liked around ovulation (I work in a gp surgery & fiance works in retail) so we've been bloody knackered from gearing up for crimbo at work lol!
Keeping everything crossed though 🤞

You sound like me and my MIL we get on really well but I call her out, and we have some barneys.
At my wedding I didn't want the parents at the top table as my mum and dad don't speak and I can't stand my mums partner. So I just had bridesmaid and their hubby's and best man and his partner. She was raging still 7 years on she will say how strange it was and she has never heard the like.
I secretly love how much it pisses her off xxx

Congratulations for the BFP and I'm sorry to hear of the chemicals and arrivals of af.

And welcome to the newbies. @hollieL567 I'm so sorry to hear you've had such a difficult journey, I also had a MMC late September. Its truly awful. Fingers crossed for a better 2021 for us both. 🤞🏻

An update for me... My period arrived this evening. I did have a high LH test around the time I stopped bleeding just less than 2 weeks ago so I think I must have ovulated and this in my 1st post miscarriage bleed. Its only light tonight but I'm quite crampy so we'll see... But it looks like we're starting January 2021 as we mean to go on 🤞🏻

Although I found myself surprisingly emotional. Had a tiny cry. Just feel relieved that my period is back and my body is doing her thing again & I duno, just a lot of emotions.

@paintfairy no mine are on the labia minor so no hair follicles there - I think it's called a bartholins gland cyst?

@DJmum83 if you've just missed some temps in the FP and still have fairly low temps then I think you're fine to rely on BBT still this cycle! I missed 3 days in a row last week due to boozing and late mornings 😅.

@Juno231 ouch! I have had one there actually! Not often though, maybe 2 or 3 times? I did squeeze it in the bath, but yeah, made my eyes water. Definitely not good dtd with that there.

@Juno231 good to know I'll keep taking temp and doing my ovulation sticks but i have a feeling I will ovulate later this month due to the chemical the bleeding went on so long compared to my usual AF.
This is what my chart is looking like.
I done an ovulation stick there and there was a faint second line so maybe I'm starting to gear up to ovulate.

I didn't have a single drink over the festive as I was working constantly. Hubby made up for both of us 😂😂

I tested Xmas morning and BFN, temp dropped and AF arrived this morning on day 34. So it's onto cycle 2 for me.
I'm feeling quite positive though, new year, new cycle etc. and I have no headache or mood swings this time round so feeling optimistic!

Tempted to try investing in the CB OPK monitor thing this round though. Any opinions on if it's worth it? I've never had my peak on the cheapie sticks yet...

@Minster2012 no sticking fingers, actually the stuff falled out when I wiped, really strechy too, never noticed it like that before... no idea what it means....

@Minster2012 it's a bit of a festive tradition 😆 not every year but it started one Christmas so I bring them out as a surprise some years 😆

@Emmgrem sorry about the BFN, if you are regular in your cycles i think the CB digis are v good for pinpointing OV for a couple of months, just bear in mind it says when you get a smiley face you can (if you want) test a couple of times a day so you can test in the evening too in case of a shorter peak window which can make it get pricey, the first cycle too you need a few days build up to "learn your hormones" or so it says so that's using up sticks, so a few ppl use in conjunction with IC OPKs to see the difference /similarities & for instance on the pm one PIAP then test with IC & see if they want to use the CB as well. That said a number of ladies over the threads have used & got pregnant from DTD when getting the peaks from them. 🤞🏻

OMG that's brilliant @2020mission you invite them every year??? Even during lockdown Christmas? I imagine their tassels pose quite a Covid risk?! Now I've got images of ....for some reason!

@minster2012 @paintfairy yeah I'm seeing it as a good thing. My body is getting back to normal after a very long time. I think that why I was a bit emotional tbh, because it's been such a long ride and now it's over. Like a relief thing. I'm not sad to see af at all. It feels good to know that we're back in the game 👍🏻

tbh I won't mind if I see af in January either, I feel like my body will benefit from a normal cycle where I can eat properly and create a nice comfy uterus for my egg to live. Obviously nature does not let us choose when we get out BFP and I'd be grateful for any BFP but in my head I know it will take longer... I'd love to have another by the spring which was when our due date was (April) but we will see what nature has planned. It took us 8 months and 6 cycles before.

Been a bit quiet over these last few days sorry ladies, just been enjoying some time off and had a few productive days, we took all the decorations down yesterday and it felt so bare but glad to get it all back to normal, then sorted through all the presents and had a big clear out of old stuff to make room for the new!! So if anyone remembers me mentioning about my friend who had the IB bleeding and didn't want to test over Christmas in case it was a bfn, her af was supposed to arrive yesterday and didn't so she's got a test to take this morning so I'll keep you all updated!!🤞🏼 we've got lotsss of snow here this morning, can't wait to get the dogs out in later when OH gets home! Hope everyone is doing okay❤️

I've just done a full catch up between last night and this morning I'm so sorry I haven't commented much girls but since I've hit 6 weeks I have felt so awful and I feel really bad complaining but ugh 😭 I've had the whole dizzy headache etc alongside nausea and everything else so haven't been able to look at my phone for long periods of time or not much at all really. Spending this week with OH before he goes back to work on Monday which is not a good date reallt as would have liked him to drive me to my first MW appointment but oh well!

@Sausage1990 I am okay so far apart from all of the above !🤣 there I was complaining I didn't have many symptoms and now I am over loaded with what it seems like everything 😩🤢 glad to hear your body is back on track! ❤️
