When TTC feels like a proper TWATFACE, we’ve got each other’s backs. We’ve had trolling TTC charts, f**k boy bodies and a few of us are giving up and handing our bodies to the fertility doctors instead. Maybe they can do a better job eh?

We are TTC in often weird and wonderful ways and that’s the way we like it...long as we are there for each other, be it DTD, SMEP, syringe, IVF we don’t care 🥰

@DJmum83 my following cycles have been about the same length when I had both chemicals. I don't track ovulation with BBT or anything but I think there's a chance I maybe didn't ovulate in following cycles as I didn't get the mid cycle ovulation spotting and it took another 6 months before the next BFP (and again chemical).

My first ever chemical was my first month TTC. Second was month 6. I'm now on cycle 13. Most people seem to believe a chemical makes you more fertile but its not the case at all with me.

@DKDK123 that’s nice to know. So I’m either psycho symptom spotter who has become a lightweight or I might have an actual reason 🙈

@DJmum83 my parents have had DS as usual on a Monday today so DH & I could have a day together as he's working tomorrow & Thursday so we've done a long walk, a few house jobs, naughty no condom sex downstairs now I'm in bath catching up with call the midwife & you guys & washing hair before DS back in a bit. New year in tier 3 is a quiet affair here!

@Florence13 I was like that on Christmas day! Proper stomach upset (only ate normal food that everyone else did, and had 3 glasses of bucks fizz?). I literally never get an upset stomach either. I didn't even link it to symptom spotting, it was DH that was like- oh is it that? And I said no don't be daft. I then googled and started becoming paranoid. 🤣 To top it off- AF is due today and the witch is making me wait for it! Nothing like dragging out the agony. 🙄

@Minster2012 omg. I'm surprised my DH hasn't worked out that pj's with a bum flap exist! 🤣🤣 They sound amazing! I hope they turn up.

Hope you get them soon! 😉And yes to that many times this week 🤞🏾I said I wouldn't do opk's from now on and I went into boots today and they were on offer, couldn't bloody resist so poas when I got home! No flashing yet but then they rarely do now, they just go straight to smiley for me.

@Florence13 Theoretically she should definitely show today. I always have a 14 day LP. My opk indicated I ovulated on the Sunday and I started spotting on the Monday (sometimes do after O) so I can't see me being wrong? Guess it could come in the morning? I actually don't dare test though! 🤣 I'd rather not know, than suffer the disappointment. Is that weird?

@paintfairy ooh well good luck for potential testing tomorrow then, cos you'll be a day late by then!

@Minster2012 sounds like a lovely day, me and OH have no days off together unfortunately. I'm off when he working and he is off when I'm working.
Yip we are in tier 4 so very quiet for us so I'm working double time so thought why not.

I do BBT but had a couple days of forgetting to do it this month so it's not reliable. Will keep using the OPK but just find it funny how there's not even a hint of a second line when I always have a faint second line until peak day.
Will see what happens xx

@DJmum83 tier 3 here so yeah similar no meeting inside, no pubs & with IVF looming ive little inclination to break rules & mix really don't want to jeopardise it. In theory DH should have been off from Friday 18th to the 4th, but we've got some of the drivers doing runs & accounts need doing so someone has to go in 🙄, def would do it for double time so totes understandable for you but rubbish on no days for you two 😔

@Franklydear OMG! I'd have to change it, just out of principle. We got engaged after SIL but wanted to marry before as I was ill. We were CATEGORICALLY told by MIL we couldn't, we had to marry after SIL as she (her & MIL) had spent 18 months planning her wedding, and we couldn't just "come in and have all the same guests in a wedding in 4 months in case it outshone hers" 🙄totally missing the point I was effectively given maybe a year to live. Hers was Sep, ours was Dec. Diff place, I wanted reception not on their land so it was different So that thread is totally weird as it's so similar. Bizarre.

@Franklydear omg! That's shocking. A week before at the same place? I would have to cancel. Horrible people. Different location and a couple of months apart is OK. But not literally the same thing only one week before.

Oooo @DJmum83 yessss for weds!! Morning & night sex I think that day right?!! And the last I heard from the clinic was a bill for £1635 to be payable in 5 working days dated 22nd Dec (their last open day) so I hope it's fine to call & pay on first day back! On the 21st we got sent online modules to complete by 22nd so I was hoping to hear more on a date by the Christmas hols but I guess not if not paid I dunno. I need to start northisterone on CD21 which is jan 4th for an unknown period of time atm 🤷‍♀️
Still waiting to find out more. Hoping for feb. I might look at my last notes & try work out the quickest dates it could be & go from there but it's when they have space too in their diary.

@paintfairy I actually get on with MIL famously. But we come to blows on a few things & I call her out. Her only daughter (& her kids now) will ALWAYS take priority over her other kids & grandkids & the other Xmas we fell out after she categorically told me that. Oh & the week before I went to try on wedding dresses she told me how unclassy & slutty it is to have a strapless wedding dress...I said "er I haven't even tried a dress on yet what if I like one like that?"..."you wouldn't be slutty like that would you?" Guess what I ended up with 😝
