When TTC feels like a proper TWATFACE, we’ve got each other’s backs. We’ve had trolling TTC charts, f**k boy bodies and a few of us are giving up and handing our bodies to the fertility doctors instead. Maybe they can do a better job eh?

We are TTC in often weird and wonderful ways and that’s the way we like it...long as we are there for each other, be it DTD, SMEP, syringe, IVF we don’t care 🥰

BFN for me this morning at 12 dpo - I'm out! Feeling a bit stressed about Christmas as we are in tier 2 supposed to be visiting my family who are also in tier 2 but 2 hour drive away, down near your way @Franklydear , but were thinking of staying overnight and rushing off early the next morning without seeing anyone so would be basically same risk as if we left late the night before, just hopefully avoiding the traffic and is a bit more relaxing without having to face the drive back the same day.

But they are surrounded by tier 3 and 4 and latest news is saying we are all heading back into full lockdown so that plan might be out the window anyway. I have no food for Christmas Day!

OH's sister just tested positive for Covid and is in a childcare bubble with his parents, but they are saying they are not going to isolate as they didn't see them since Thursday, and she developed symptoms Sunday, so theoretically only people she saw Friday onwards need to isolate. OH's mum works in retail, I feel like they should just be on the safe side and isolate?!

@2020mission @paintfairy I feel the same about having Christmas just the two of us, we've just been sat wfh together since March, it will just feel like any other day, and also feel it highlights the lack of preggo belly. Who would have foreseen this back at the start of the year! We were blissfully ignorant! 😂😭

Sorry - absolute pity party over here. Need to snap myself out of it as lots of people have it a lot worse.

@Amy00 no need to apologise - feel free to vent here! My mum still really wants my husband and me to visit. She originally wanted us to arrive just before the meal (around 4pm) and stay overnight upstairs where they have a separate bathroom and bedroom for us. Their bedroom and other bathroom is downstairs. We planned originally to do that and then leave the next day early afternoon so would have been there less than 24 hours. Now that you can't stay overnight and it's recommended to not go at all, it changes everything. I do completely get why the government is doing it but it's so hard. I think because my mum and dad are retired and my husband and me have worked from home all year, it does feel like we are all really unlikely to have anything to spread but you never know. I just feel like my mum thinks we actually don't want to go as it was us that said we can't 😞

On the Xmas pic I got stuck on the polar bear for ages, I kept saying out loud "where's the friggin polar bear?" & DH was like "what the f are you doing??" 🤣😂happy to provide the entertainment though from @AHobbyaweek s post I want some of what the cat has 😂looks amazing!!

Already walked dogs this morning head torch on whilst DH getting ready for shooting & DS snoozed. Very jealous of all your hair and nails appointments, I think I might have to paint my nails, just for the fun of it, I need to sort out hair, my friend says they have space for January, need to get my ass in gear
2 of the neighbours are arguing outside, I bet is to do with the dogs, my immediate neighbour is a single bloke, with a dog, drinks, parties, the lot, as far as I can’t smell the weed, I don’t care, the other is a new family, they’ve been here maybe a month and a bit?, another neighbour, the lovely lady I check out on, also has a dog, her support worker told her that the new neighbour complaint about her dog, can hear her barking and there’s poo in the street sometimes, we’ll, both dog bark, they are dogs, I know lovely neighbour picks up after her dog, no idea if the guy does, but lots of dog walkers around here, not just this street, and unfortunately many don’t pick up, judging by the evidence.... both dogs are lovely, and come say hello to us, silly thing to fight about, really

@Minster2012 Thankyou!! hahaha I'm going to have to google him so I have a face to the name! You've definitely had a productive morning!! I'm just at my grandmas, she's in sheltered accommodation but is suffering with dementia and Alzheimer's so needs a carer basically, and she's at the stage where she thinks strangers/cleaners etc are stealing from me, so we thought it best that a member of the family goes in, so every morning for the last year that's been me! I love seeing her everyday but it's hard watching her deteriorate literally before my eyes!
