@Cams50 I’m good thank you, although I’m experiencing a sudden need to pee more and am struggling to work out if it’s a pregnancy symptom or a UTI 🤦🏻‍♀️ Am 7 weeks + 1 now. Yep I took both, I was taking ubiquinol for about 4/5 months before my BFP, and AC for about 6 weeks. With AC you’re just meant to have a 5 day break over AF xx

@Cams50 oh it's so annoying isn't it? The infected ones are the worst! Hope it sorts itself out quickly.

@Robyn101 ahh I've not had an OPK peak yet either. Started wondering if I was doing it wrong. But have read that you can get multiple surges in the day, and short windows, so it is possible that we may have just missed it. I don't know. That's why I like the temp checking. Feels a bit more certain. Although by the time you know you've ovulated you're past the peak!!

Well I think AF caught me today. It’s more then just spotting but still light 😳. I think this was an anovulatory cycle as I had two periods last month and now having one again 2 weeks later or 3 weeks later depending on which one is the real one.... didn’t have a temp shift either this month. Not really sure what go think right now! But clearly something hormonally not quite right.

@Moocher90 sorry AF got you? Remind me, when did you stop taking the pill?

Hey ladies, I’ve been on this thread a while but just waiting for AF to turn up - currently on CD81 and still no sign. I’ve seen a few people taking Angus castus, just wondered if anyone has taken it to actually instigate AF? I don’t want to mess with my hormones even more but equally getting very impatient over here! I’ve also been getting random spikes in LH (had one yesterday at 70%, now back down to 30% today) - no idea what’s going on. Any advice is much appreciated!

@ChinChilly stopped pill at end of August. I’ve not been regular was 6 weeks from ending pill to withdrawal bleed then 6 weeks until next period then a week later another period and now 2 weeks later another period

Not much to report here! CD5 and think AF is done already. After thinking I had it easy last month with just spotting, this month was hell. Never had such a heavy AF in my life but least it’s over and done with! I guess I will start DTD every other day from tomorrow but start the OPK from CD10. Here’s to the last attempt of 2020- good luck everyone 💖

@Moocher90 sounds like your body is still settling down, were your periods regular before the pill?

CD11 today, OH night shifts start tomorrow, why are his night shifts always over FW...FFS.

Seven seas ttc tablets seem to be going away no nausea from these ones so far, the only thing I have noticed is my wee stinks 😂😂 I drink loads of water so the only thing I can think is its the tablets 😂 started getting my caffine consumption down, I’ve been having 1 normal coffee first thing in the morning & then switching to decaff

@ChinChilly I haven’t had a period since I was 16 however I do vaguely remember not having any issues pre contraceptive injection. Only was on the pill from April to August this year when doctors wouldn’t prescribe injection because of covid

Also spoke to receptionist and bloods are back but won’t talk to me over the phone as she said she’s not trained so have booked me an appointment to speak to GP about my results on Saturday

@Moocher90 my doctors receptionist gave me the results over the phone but could only tell me they were normal when I started asking questions she booked me in for a consultation

@Nellieee Yehh definitely at least with temps it’s not open to interpretation. I keep getting high OPK but only at like 50% and then it drops again so hopefully my bodies trying to surge and we’ll get there eventually just keep testing daily to try and see something.

Hey @Mol234 I’m in a very similar place, CD80 and no AF yet, no peaks but do get random surges. I think it’s just body trying to regulate. I don’t have any advice... just wanted to let you know I’m in the same boat!

@sperr ouch! We're your AFs heavy pre pil, do you remember?

@Moocher90 I'm sorry, your cycles are sounding all over the place still! I'm hoping they regulate quickly now for you.

@Mol234 sorry I've got no advice I'm afraid but you're definitely in the right place as quite a few ladies here have had very long cycles - I think our record is 140!

I've had a manic last day at work so been a bit quiet today. Managed to do a little bit of last minute Christmas shopping this afternoon and although my annual leave started at 1pm today I had another meeting until 2 and need to work tonight to issue a report tomorrow lol. It's taking my mind off of ttc a little bit though!

8DPO today and my chart isn't doing anything exciting yet. I'm anxious to see if it drops tomorrow though! Btw initially my RHR jumped up by 2bpm today and I got excited but it's readjusted to 72 instead of 73... Still happy it's not going down yet though!

@MintGreenLife thank you! I didn’t realise about the 5 day AF break. Oh gosh that must be so tricky to know the difference 🤔 hope it’s not a uti and it settles down!

@ChinChilly that is annoying about the night shifts but I’m sure you’ll squeeze in some time! Glad the seven seas tablets are working.

In terms of bringing on AF or getting positive OPKs, I know it’s very frustrating but I think my cycles have started to become more regular with time. When I first came off 8 months ago I was ovulating day 20 (which I know is short as some of you are waiting ages) but then getting my period after like 8 days which then lasted for like 12 days but gradually (touch wood) they seem to be getting better. This month I ovulated day 16, had a 12 day lp and period lasted 7 days so hopefully they will sort themselves over time.

@Juno231 I think that chart is still looking very promising! Fingers crossed!

@MintGreenLife hopefully not a uti if it's only frequency and not pain!

Also my RHR just readjusted itself back to 73 so I'm definitely getting a little bit excited!

Sorry to hear @Moocher90. Weird how when you're a teen you used to hope for it to come if you'd had an "accident". How times change. Sound like your cycles are still settling. Hope your results are ok.

@ChinChilly CD11 here too. Have you been temping / OPK testing. I've forgotten how long you have been pill free? Funny you say that about the vits/FA. I'm on pregnacare and my morning wee is radioactive!! Fluorescent.

@Mol234 I was thinking about trying Angus castus too, but AF arrived. I also heard some people say they had a correlation with BFPs and taking pregnacare/seven seas TTC. Not sure if there is any truth in it?

OPK - any tips girls? Strongest test line I've had so far, but I made the mistake of looking way after the usual 3-10 mins (work meetings/calls etc). This is it about two hours later. Can I take it as a positive?

@Nellieee I know! I never ever in the position of having an accident but it’s frustrating when it feels like having constant periods and not ovulating or having enough time to for that matter! I hope it will start to settle real soon! It’s back to spotting now so will have to see what tomorrow brings!

I’ve requested for acess for my nhs surgery to put more information about my medical records on the nhs app so hopefully at least if I do have to go for other blood tests I will have access to the information

@Juno231 it’s the usual feeling of pressure with a UTI, but no stinging when peeing. I did have a weird UTI like this around April time where I just had the pressure. I waited it out for a week but it didn’t go away so got antibiotics and that cleared it up, so it’s very hard to know! With how I feel now though it does seem to come and go, so hopefully just pregnancy related. I had my booking appointment today and am having my bloods taken on Thursday morn, so my pee will be tested then too so hopefully that’ll give me an answer! How are you getting on? Xx

@Nellieee I started using OPKs yesterday theres a something off a line but nothing much! I stopped taking the pill 6 months ago to the date! OPK looks positive to me, it is outside of the time frame but get on that 🍆 just incase!

@MintGreenLife I've been peeing loads! So have the girls on the August due date WhatsApp group I'm part of (can pm you the link if you'd like to join us?). So I'd be willing to think it's a pregnancy thing. I'm drinking way more than normal too, I'm so thirsty all the time!

@Juno231 I'm still keeping a very close eye on your chart haha 👀 if temps stay high tomorrow will you test? To see you say you're getting excited too makes me even more excited!

@Nellieee defo looks positive to me, grab hubby and DTD!

@mintgreenlife i hope your tests come back ok and you don't have an infection. Check my own urine 🙈 i have the dip stick urinalysis tests... I just love to pee on them sticks 😆 I have them to check the protein levels in my urine (which will be higher if you have a UTI) as I always have a moderate level of protein/blood as I have kidney atrophy.

@moocher90 how frustrating you started your period again. Keep charting and testing to build that full picture, you will have something to show your doctor/specialist if you ever need to xx im CD1 too xx

@nellieee best get on that 🍆 I find my OPKs don't change much once they have developed so hopefully you'll ovulate within the next day or so x

@LauraT94 I’m sure it is just a pregnancy thing, just a worry as I have a history of reccurant UTIs and they need to be seen to quickly in pregnancy. At least if my urine test comes back normal on Thursday I will know it’s just a normal symptom ☺️ Thanks so much for the offer, I’ve got a nice little group at the mo which is a good support, but will be sure to get in touch if I fancy joining another one 😊

@Kay00 actually I feel like it would be so helpful if I could check at home as I expect I’ll have a few occasions when I’m not sure if it’s a UTI or not. Did you get them from the GP? Maybe I’ll ask if that’s an option xx

@LauraT94 haha if my temp goes up tomorrow yeah I guess I could test! It would mean I'd make it into the Aug group by the skin of my teeth!

@Juno231 I can’t really remember! Definitely not this heavy. But I’m going to put this down to not having a real AF last month and hope it’s normal again next 😣.

@Nellieee looks like you should be getting to it tonight! AF came back a little this after noon so I got a couple of days I think before I get back on it 😜
