@Nellieee I’m getting spots too! Always had really clear skin but since I stopped taking the pill I’m getting breakouts around my hair line and cheeks - hopefully it means hormones are trying to settle somewhere day 79 since my last proper period and counting

@Juno231 @ChinChilly thanks girls. Will start today. Read somewhere that there is a spike of LH between 12:00 and 17:00, so will test shortly.

The adult acne is so annoying. I have had it each time I've had a pill break of more than three months. I find it calms down after a year or so but sounds like you've not had as much luck @Juno231

@Robyn101 it's so annoying isn't it? Fingers crossed it is a positive sign as you say. You poor thing - that sounds like a long wait! I saw someone mentioned TTC vitamins/folic acid seemed to help regulate their AFs. Might be worth a try if you hadn't started. I've been taking pregnacare for about a month now. How is your temp tracking going?

@LauraT94 nothing special with it I'm afraid, I'm preparing myself for disappointment as it progresses 😅

@juno231 haha, I am always so envious of your charts.

@chinchilly, I think i'm not going to start any changed to my diet (to naturally reduce TSH) until the NY either, I have a lot of stollen, wine and chocolate to get through in the mean time!

I'm 13DPO, another temp drop today so just waiting on AF, she could come as late as 15DPO, so just waiting... then a nice hot hot bath and a big glass of Vino (and maybe some more stollen)!

@Juno231 I'm no expert, but your chart looks positive from the ones I've seen 🤞

@Kay00 I know what you mean about there being too many goodies in the house at this time of year 😂 I’ll be rolling into the new year at this rate

@kay00 haha I'm drowning in good food so there's no way I can start now either. I baked saffron buns with a sweet filling yesterday, made a meatloaf, got a guinness beef stew to make this week and and and and and. Lots of cheeses in the fridge as well as Swedish christmas goods falling out of my cupboards!

Don't be jealous of my charts, they give me BFNs just like yours at the end of the day

@Nellieee thank you! I've had a lot of pretty charts in the past though, they're all trolls though so far!

Oh there is no no no way I'm starting the diet till.new year. Eating Hotel Chocolat as I type!

@Nellieee yep I’ve just got my first bad break out 8 months off the pill and one of my spots got infected and now I have to use an antibiotic cream 😫 I feel like a teenager!

Don’t really understand my temp chart but all a bit pointless until AF anyway just doing it to get used to it really

No peak OPKs either highest being around the 50% ish. I’m planning on seeing a doctor in the new year if AF hasn’t made an appearance on her own

@Juno231 I agree with others that it looks promising, but as you say I've also seen your previous troll charts from your fuck boy body 😂 got fingers and toes crossed though! Would love too have you come join our BFP groups ❤️

@Kay00 hot bath and glass of wine sounds like the perfect FU to AF... If/when she comes!

@Robyn101 some people get a few LH surges before they actually ovulate. I had one at CD16-18 (I think, will have to go back and check!) And didn't actually ovulate until CD 35. Hope something conclusive happens for you soon!

@LauraT94 When you were having LH surges would you test more than once that day to see if it peaks later in the day?

@Robyn101 yes! If I got a high one I would test 3 times that day. Probably 11am, 2pm, 6pm or something like that. Basically not too early, not too late! But didn't catch a peak that first LH surge. Was still convinced I had ovulated though.

Wasn't until CD35 when I thought AF was late, that I did another OPK out of pure curiosity and caught a peak on my first try! Conceived that afternoon 😂

@juno231 mmm that sounds delicious! I bet a Swedish Christmas is really magical.

Tonight im baking little chocolate cupcakes which I will turn upside down and decorate to look like little Chrismas puddings 😊

@laurat94 AF has started to make her appearance as I have started spotting now. Expect full flow and CD1 tomorrow. Which means I'll be starting my fertile week(s) from Christmas onwards... bring on 2021!!

I still have this awful cough, over 2 weeks now and it will not shift, I’ve been coughing so much I think I’ve actually pulled a muscle in my stomach 🙄

I’ve had brown spotting today.... bizarrely though as have had two bleeds this month.

First was 19-22nd Nov but it was darker blood and didn’t appear fresh as such then 29th Nov -3rd Dec which was more normal and fresh looking and heavier then the first albeit it not being bad but despite plotting it on FF it assumes my period was the first one plotted first so currently CD26 today on that basis. I guess I will have to wait and see if AF comes and if so I’m sure by my temps I haven’t ovulated this month.
Dr’s haven’t received my blood results back yet.

@chinchilly oh no! That sounds horrible 😔

@moocher90 hmm... I think you're doing the best thing you can by just collecting as much information as possible as hopefully a pattern/picture will become clear at some point. Do you know when you'll get your results back?

@Kay00 think it will be this week. Had blood test on Thursday. The person who took my bloods said 2 working days however when I rang drs surgery said 3-5 working day x

I’ll keep plodding along testing every day with the cheapies hoping I can catch an ovulation before my first AF just so I know I can 😂

@TheHotelCalifornia fingers crossed for your midwife appt! Can't believe that's been 6 weeks.

Nothing much to report here CD7 and AF still in residence groan. Have decided to make an appt with Dr in the new year as that'll be 8mo TTC and with me being an 'old bird' and DH turning 40, I'm hoping they'll listen and be able to offer guidance etc. Tried to look at private options but head got a bit melted!

We've set our tame property guy a challenge to to our kitchen and downstairs loo as well so hoping he can work his magic with the budget we've got.

@Robyn101 aw fingers crossed you’ll get there soon! And seeing a positive OPK is so exciting.

@mrsmacmc I think making an appointment is a good idea even if just for peace of mind. I’m going make one in April if we haven’t conceived by then as that will be a year for us.

@MintGreenLife how are you getting on? Have you had your midwife appointment yet? I think I’ve asked you this before but did you take ubiqiunol and Agnus castus the whole month or just to ovulation? Thanks x
